Abstract: With the development of e-commerce, security has been the center of the transaction. This article analyses the technologies of e-commerce and then examines the issues related to the security of assets and transactions in the e-commerce components and activities. After examining the technologies used in e-commerce, the article goes on to identify the security requirement of ecommerce systems from perceived threats and vulnerabilities. Then e-commerce security is viewed as an engineering management problem. And a life cycle approach is put forward.

Abstract: Bent-arm PenduBot is more similar to human arm, which attaches more and more robot experts’ attention around the world. As the foundation of the multi-link PenduBot control, the mathematical model should be established first. Based on the method of kinematics and dynamics, the N-link bent-arm PenduBot mathematical models are established in this paper, including the nonlinear model and the linear model. The natural characteristics of different pendulum are analyzed. By using the condition number of the controllability matrix, the control difficulty for higher order systems is compared.

Abstract: Since it lacks theoretical and technological solutions for guiding the eco-transformation of 1st and 2nd generation of development estates (industrial parks) and construction of eco-industrial parks (EIP), the principles for construction and optimization of EIP were put forward through the analyzing of the function and structure of industrial eco-system in EIPs. The 3rd Party Reverse Logistic System (3PRLS) was then introduced to improve the efficiency of materials recycling rate in the operation of EIP. The operation and profit model of 3PRLS were provided, and its information platform was designed for accomplishing the former functions by applying the knowledge of expert system, network topology, and data base. This research introduced the “decomposer” – the 3PRLS to traditional linear industrial system, which is satisfied with market condition as well as technologically feasibility. The technical solution for 3PRLS was also provided.

Abstract: Uncertainty for the building structure and nonlinear, this simulation of a multi-storey structure under earthquake is presented based on the BP neural network and system identification, controller will be built to effectively reduce the structural response, and to strengthen the unique damper performance.

Abstract: In order to make the library of applied university give play to cultivate person with applied ability this paper analyzed the consist of library resources, suggested to develop library of applied university by educative target and educative direction of applied university. It makes the aim of library construction be clearer and more definite, and construction fund be more efficacious. Wei think that the construction of library resource is the foundation of library played performance but the management of library resource is more important. For this reason a new managed model of library resource of applied university was put forward by the character of applied university library in this paper.

Abstract: Based on ahp, the fuzzy mathematical theory, combined with the background knowledge has established the postgraduate education quality analytic hierarchy model, and using this model study postgraduate education quality evaluation question. Take the graduate student factor, the teacher factor, the school factor and the external factor as the foundation variables ,has established the usability fuzzy evaluation indexes of membership functions ,integrating the analytical hierarchy process (ahp) gives evaluation criteria on the relative weight of evaluation target, finally uses the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to give the scientific evaluation to the graduate education quality.

Abstract: This paper took 8 tourism central cities in central Liaoning urban clusters as an example, chose 7 indicators to analyze the centrality indexes of the tourism destinations and study the development of regional tourism industry. It firstly made a principal component analysis, then used the extracted principal components as a new integrated variable, the principal component score matrix as the new integrated variable data to make a cluster analysis through the software SPSS. From the perspective of tourism planning, the paper finally determines to establish a system of tourism central cities: Shenyang isⅠ-class tourism central city, Anshan, Fushun and Benxi are Ⅱ-class tourism central cities, Yingkou, Fuxin, Liaoyang and Tieling are Ⅲ-class tourism central cities, and provides the basis for distribution of the regional tourism economy in central Liaoning.

Abstract: Many schemes have been proposed to implementation the distributed mutual exclusion. All those algorithms or schemes can be dived into two types based on the fault-tolerant operation. To any type algorithm, the size of the intersection of any two quorums will impact the number of average messages exchanged per Critical Section (CS) execution importantly if the sites are not always operational. In this paper, Basing on the discussions about the average messages in different cases of different algorithms, we get the average messages in the two types algorithm have the same monotony properties to k. and when N and k are all constants, the average messages functions are monotony descend to p. The average messages are more when k=1 than k=N if p is small enough. The minimum of the average messages is When p=1.

Abstract: Connect6 is an emerging chess game in recent years. It evolves from Renju or Go-Moku. Because of large board, the search space and the state space are very large and the efficiency of searching algorithm is higher than Renju or Go-Moku’s. This paper mainly introduces key technologies of Connect6, such as board representation, move generation, searching technology and evaluation function, etc. Machine learning is used in the Connect6 computer game program. Hot topics and tasks are also proposed in the end.
