Abstract: The virtual reality technology is a three-dimensional virtual environment composed by computer hardware, software and various of sensors. It creates an unprecedented wealth of content and more fantastic teaching environment which reflects strong advantage in experiment and practice. In accordance with the needs of experiment teaching, multi-level interrupt virtual experiment environment is studied combining with the characteristics of its principle. The experiment environment is based on Tec-xp test box designed and developed by Tsinghua University computer factory. Microsoft Visual C++6.0 language is adopted for software platform development. Seen from the system needs analysis, object-oriented simulation method is adopted for modeling in this experiment environment. Meanwhile combining with computer system features and the characteristics of Computer Organization Principle teaching, the basic theory and methods of discrete event system simulation are used, which make the operation of virtual environment the same as on real device.

Abstract: The customer satisfaction is essential in the quality management of the port authority. To improve the customer satisfaction of the port authority in this paper the authors used the method of the DMAIC in the Six Sigma management. This article analyses the quality management of customer satisfaction in the port authority by using the SPSS software, fishbone diagram and other methods. There were presented that improved management could effectively enhance its service level and service quality that benefit increased by 20%. This point in this paper can improve the processes of key port business, their service management system, management capabilities and expand services.

Abstract: With the deepening reform of college English teaching in China, many self-access centers(SAC) have been established in universities to promote students’ antonomy and cultivate their leanring ability. Based on the theories of constructivism, humanistic psychology and cognitive psychology, the self-access language learning ( SALL), with its new emphasis on speaking and llistening , is a very good supplement to traditional classroom teaching ,whose focus is only on reading and writing. This paper intends to probe into the effectiveness of students’ SALL in SAC of Wuhan Polytechnic Universtiy through an empirical study. After analyzing the findings qualitatively and quantitatively, the results show that that learners’ autonomy, by and large, can be achieved. SAC and SALL is sure to be very helpful to arouse learners’ learning interest, foster their independence, improve their problem–solvling ability and facilitate their four-skilled abilities.

Abstract: Based on conventional location problems of distribution centers, the location problem of multiple distribution centers was considered, in which both the plant capacity and clients’ demands were fuzzy parameters. A mathematical model was built with fuzzy constraints and converted to an interval programming model based on cut set- by means of introducing the concept of cut set. Then, the interval constraint was converted to its certain equivalence for solution through the satisfaction, thus the interval programming problem was further converted to a deterministic 0-1 mixed integer programming problem for solution.

Abstract: A new color image watermarking scheme is presented. The visual characteristics of HVS, multi-resolution of discrete wavelet transform, and color image content information are adopted to classify the wavelet coefficients and find a new JND model. The embedded watermark is processed by Arnold transform and chaotic modulation, which can improve the security of scheme. The combined JND model-guided watermarking scheme provides the maximum strength transparent watermark to compromise the robustness and invisibility. Both better invisibility and robustness work than other algorithms based on HVS are shown in the experimental results.

Abstract: Mobile Ad Hoc Networks (MANET) are different from other network features, every mobile node possesses the role of host and router which makes routing mechanism become a key of the influence network stability. Because MANET topology is dynamic and easy-changing, so many scholars provide multipath and backup path routing protocol to solve the problems above. In 2001, Marina and Das proposed AOMDV multipath routing protocol which solves the limit of AODV single path routing protocol and promoted the efficiency of the whole network operation. However, we find out AOMDV has more than one first hop problem that cannot operate the multiple paths in some sparse networks. Thus, this paper uses the idea of common link to solve the problem which is an adaptive and efficient multipath routing protocol. To correspond to different dynamic topology, we need to adjust to route establishing scheme, in order to efficiently increase the number of paths and to decrease the frequency of route discovery which will provide a stable network connection. Finally, through the NS-2 simulation of experimental results shows our scheme the better performance in end to end delay and package delivery rate, compared with AOMDV routing protocol, and our scheme does not cause the additional network overhead.

Abstract: An adaptive model reference parameter identification method without sensors for PMSM is presented in this paper and this method is based on double manifold sliding mode. The real model of PMSM is selected as the reference model and the d/q frame observer which is constructed using current model of the motor is selected as the adjustable model. The manifold sliding mode surface is constructed using the output (current in d/q frame) errors of the two models. Proper parameters are selected to guarantee the stability of the observer. The adjustable model converges to the reference model and the running state of motor can be identified. Theoretical analysis and simulation results show that the proposed strategy has high static and dynamic performance,high tracking precision as well as stronger robustness.

Abstract: According to the current situation and characteristics of China's equipment manufacturing industry, this paper thinks that the development path of China's equipment manufacturing industry is to construct the network of equipment manufacturing industry cluster innovation. It’s a system to construct China's equipment manufacturing industry cluster innovation network, which need to improve enterprise integration capabilities through the establishment of the network of main business leaders, focus on building innovative platform network and also need collaboration of system and environment to support network. On this basis, this paper analyzes construction strategies of the innovation network of industry cluster.
