Abstract: Many new methods for polysilicon texture are invented in solar cell preparation and isotropic acidic corroding has become one of the primary methods for its advantage of fitting for mass production. It is an unavoidable problem that how to evaluate results under different reagent ratio and different reaction time. On the base of Genetic Algorithm (GA), methods for evaluating the best process parameters are given out aided by artificial neural network (ANN), It is proved by experiments that this method can find out the best combinations of process parameters globally.

Abstract: Container terminal production is both an important and complicated element in the contemporary global economy. Amongst other methods, the efficiency of container port or terminal production can potentially be analyzed by Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA). This paper aims to evaluate the efficiencies of the Yangon’s ports using the two alternative techniques. This paper provides a preliminary analysis of Yangon’s port sector for the period (1998-99 to 2007) using DEA in order to asses the impact of transformation. The results are therefore important in terms of the extent to which Yangon’s ports will be capable of competing effectively in the port industry. The scale of merger and takeover activity across the port industry has been extensive in recent years and this can be expected to increase as new opportunities for market penetration and consolidation emerge in the new-private ports sector.

Abstract: The author aims at studying the relationship between comments and recommendation system and online shopping behaviours. The author defines online shopping behavious as online shopping experience, online shipping satisfaction, online shopping intention and items chose. With 285 study subjects, the author uses experimental research design to research the relations between those factors. The results show that comments and recommendation and online shopping experience have positive relation. Meanwhile, comments and recommendation and online shopping satisfaction and online shopping intention have positive relation. Online shopping experience and online shopping satisfaction have positive relations with online shopping intention. There is remarkable positive relation between online shopping intention and items chosen.

Abstract: As an advanced trade mode, E-commerce is widely be used in various fields of national economy. The status of E-commerce has been analyzed by the paper and some restrictive factors have been proposed what about credit problem in E-commerce. In order to solve these restrictive factors, some concrete countermeasures have been proposed based on seriously analyzing the restrictive factors. It is hoped to provide some reference to the development of E-commerce.

Abstract: The emergence of auction that supports bids characterized by several attributes is one of the most recent evolutions within auction theory. The purpose of this paper is to introduce multi-attribute into the on-line auction mechanism, proposed by Lavi and Nisan. Our mechanism is designed for auctioning multiple units of a good when the bidders arrive and depart dynamically. To incorporate the buyer’s preferences across attributes in an auction setting, we adopt a novel application of a scoring function. Furthermore, we describe a competitive reservation utility strategy (RUS), which helps the buyer decide when and how many goods he should buy. Finally, we also perform numerical examples showing our results.

Abstract: The characteristic of cockpit sound recorded by CVR is the key evidence in investigating accident causes for wrecked airplane. But many factors from inside and outside cockpit affects the analysis results, especially noise. And some analysis methods (such as FFT, WT, CZT, and so on) were impacted by internal and external environmental sound in aircraft cockpit. To solve the problems, further analysis and research for typical cockpit Sound’ ICA de-noising based on blind source separation principle. Firstly, the principle of de-noising analysis based on ICA are made in details ,including blind source separation and analysis of OGWE, maximum ratio of signal to noise of blind source separation algorithm; Then, process of cabin sound de-noising analysis based on ICA is done. Research indicates the de-noising of typical cockpit sounds is identical with the de-noising based on wavelet packet analysis in Matlab; more easy and reliable for the research and analysis of typical cockpit sound.

Abstract: It's well known that the technology of human face recognition has become a hot topicin pattern recognition field. Though a lot of progress has been made by many researchersthese years, many key problems still have to be solved in order to popularize the application of face recognition because of the complexity of face recognition. The background, development and main methods of face recognition are introducedfirstly in this paper, then a face recognition method which is based on wavelet transform,KL transform and BP neural networks is used in the paper.Here the face feature extraction includes wavelet transform and KL transform.Moreover,the recognition classifier is BP neural networks.The simulation testing in the paper holds good recognition rate.

Abstract: To ensure the quality of Web applications, Web testing is one of the effective methods. This paper proposes a Web usage model based on probable FSM (PFSM) which provides a way to derive the test cases for a Web application. The testing process is based on the idea that different parts of the Web application have different execution frequency. This testing method is a significant contribution to informed research.

Abstract: Based on the analysis of the automatic cab lifting devices, a permanent magnet motor was designed to drive the piston pump. With the analysis of three classes of permanent-magnet materials for electric motors, the NdFeB permanent-magnet materials was selected to output enough power for the motor. The dimensions of the magnet and the rotor were determined through theoretical calculation and analysis. NdFeB permanent magnet pump motor has some characteristic as follows: low failure rate, simple structure, high reliability, low noise, high power. It can improve the safety, comfort and manipulation convenience of heavy truck.

Abstract: In this paper, we propose an effective scene change detection algorithm directly in compressed domain. The proposed scene change algorithm(including abrupt change and ) test the n frame and n+1 frame through the extracting the feature of each frame. When extract the features of frame, two-dimensional statistical feature m1-s from DCT coefficients without its inverse transform was computed, Divide m1-s space into 42 unequal partitions (subspaces) and count the numbers pr within the 42 subspaces (entries) as the feature vector to judge the different of the two frames. locating scene changes is operated by comparison tests. In comparison with existing representative techniques, the experimental results show the superiority of the proposed method in terms of precision and processing speed.
