Abstract: Aimed to wheel flange partial wear problem, the heavy haul train dynamic model was setup, and the coupler and buffer system was setup in detail. The dynamic performance of the train under the longitudinal coupler press force was simulated. The wheel/rail lateral force and wheel flange wear were analyses. Simulation results shown that the front locomotive will suffer a big longitudinal press force for the delay of the brake force transfer; this will lead the rotation of the coupler. The lateral force will apply to the car body at the position of coupler, which was caused by the longitudinal coupler force and the rotation angle of the coupler, then the wheel flange partial wear were induced as a result.

Abstract: user in interactive evolutionary computation (IEC) has the characteristic of fuzzy cognition. Based on this, a method to learn users’ fuzzy cognition knowledge is given. The method includes the fuzzy expression of the basic elements of IEC such as search space, population, gene sense unit and so on. Then a method to increase the performance of IEC based on the knowledge of users’ fuzzy cognition is given. The above results enrich the researches of IEC users' cognition.

Abstract: A parallel checking method is proposed in the paper, in order to improve the speed of sequential circuit checking. The graph form of sequential circuits is isomorphic to finite state machine; a parallel sequential circuit equivalence checking method is designed using parallel minimization method of finite state machine. At last, the effectiveness and feasibility of the method is proved with an instance.

Abstract: Visualization is the main form of human-computer interaction. The grammar formal description of visual language opens and explores the s application cope and theoretical research field of grammar. At present, graph grammar describing visual language is one of the best the formal methods. In the paper, formal parsing method of RGG grammar is studied deeply, a parsing algorithm about RGG grammar is described, and its application on Petri net is discussed.

Abstract: The development process of specialization injection mould design system orienting the injection mould industry based on UG has been studied using related technologies of UG redevelopment for the market demand of more variety, more objective, high quality and short-term concerning the injection mould industry. This paper introduces the key technologies of system development, mainly including interface technologies of UG calls MFC dialog, technologies of parameter modeling and accessing to the database, then demonstrates the process of parameter modeling using this system with an example. The system helps the management for parts library and standard size parameters database of the injection mould, and can enhance the automation and intelligent process of injection mould design.

Abstract: Along with the over exploitation of oil and gas resources, complicated reservoirs should be exploited in abominable environments. New drilling methods, drilling tools and drilling crafts for breaking rock are urgently needed. In drilling project, opening radial holes in the wall of self-excited oscillation cavity, more drilling fluid absorbed from annulus and more hydraulic energy could be obtained to break rock efficiently. Therefore, in this paper, self-increasing flux of cavity with different velocity in annulus, ratio of upper and lower nozzle diameters and diameter of aperture were simulated using CFD numerical method. Then flow fields in different aperture conditions and the best aperture parameter were obtained. Some references can be provided to actual drilling for further better jet breaking rock and improving drilling speed, which also have a good economic benefit.

Abstract: Expanded graphite (EG) was prepared by microwave irradiation at 1000W for 60s. The growth of coupled ZnO/TiO2 nanonods in the pores of EG by using hydrolysis method without harsh conditions was investigated and their microstructure was studied by scanning electron microscopy (SEM). Results show that pores of EG, which can load catalytic nanoparticles, is the physical base for growth of catalytic nanorods. The active edges of graphene of freshly EG is a key factor for the growth of coupled ZnO/TiO2 nanorods under non-catalytic and normal temperature and pressure conditions.

Abstract: A composite photocatalyst of needle ZnO nanorod grafted in the pores of expanded graphite (EG) was prepared by a process of hydrolysis method directly, in which the expanded graphite was prepared by microwave irradiation. Scanning electron microscope (SEM) and Fourier transformation infrared spectroscope (FT-IR) were used to characterize the structure and the chemical structure of the photocatalyst. The results indicate that expanded graphite had a unique net-like pores structure and ZnO Nanorod was loaded on EG to form EG/ZnO composite photocatalyst.

Abstract: We prepared a composite photocatalyst of Stick TiO2 nanorod loaded on expanded graphite(EG).The growth of TiO2 in the pores of EG by sol–gel method under normal temperature and pressure was investigated. Results sugest that pores of the EG which can load catalyst particles (TiO2 nanotube) is the physical base. Stick TiO2 nanorod can be well loaded on EG to form EG/TiO2 composite photocatalyst. So a unique process trying to load TiO2 photocatalyst on EG to EG/TiO2 composite photocatalyst was developed by us.
