Abstract: In order to evaluate the impact of crankshaft structure parameters on the transition strength of main journal and crank arm, this paper takes the crankshaft of V8 engine as the research object, using the finite element method to analyze, and then processing the experimental results with orthogonal experimental method throughout the experimental design, with the crankshaft parameters’ significant analysis of the crank arm overlap degree, main journal diameter, main journal length, crank pin diameter, crank pin length, etc, to obtain their impacts on the strength, and provide the instructive recommendations of crankshaft design and optimization.

Abstract: It is difficult to fulfill effective control since nonlinear and uncertain factors for an antenna servo system. In this paper, a compound sliding-mode control strategy is proposed. In order to control servo system effectively, depart it into two parts. One is reference model without considering disturb and uncertain, the other is real model including disturb and uncertain. To one part, choose reasonable sliding surface and design controller law. To another part, RBF neural network is taken in order to acquire upper bound of uncertain. Simulation and experiment results show the effect of control scheme.

Abstract: Aiming at the characters of high ground stress and high pore water stress, which resulting in water invasion risk in excavation of subsea rock, FLAC is adopted to simulate the strain localization phenomena of surrounding rock with different pore water pressure and confining pressure. In calculation, the strain soft constitutive relation and “first loading then unloading” pattern are used. Simulation result states that, the bigger the confining pressure is the more destruct the surrounding rock is, and the water invasion risk is more serious. In high confining pressure condition, shortly after excavation, the destroy zone is thin ring, subsequently, the arc shoulder and arc bottom occurs shallow hole, the destroy zone increasing, which presents zonal disintegration. Pore pressure has obvious influence at plastic strain of rock, the high pore water pressure results in surrounding rock destroy zone enlarging, which changing the seepage field of rock, and probably lead to seepage instability.

Abstract: In GPS system, the P-code can offer higher accuracy and better anti-jamming property than C/A code. However, the direct P-code acquisition is difficult as its long period and high chip rate. To solve the problem, the idea of expanding the code sequence to a three-dimensional space is put forward. The concept of data resource pool is defined, and the fast direct P code acquisition technique based on the data resource pool is proposed to improve the acquisition efficiency. By effect compression, the acquisition technique can enlarge the uncertainty search coverage and accelerate the search process. Furthermore, the technique based on the data resource pool can get different sub-algorithms according to the different compression method. The simulation results show that the proposed technique can achieve fast direct P code acquisition by the reasonable choice of compression parameters and the compression mode of code sequence.

Abstract: According to the second economic census data of Jiangsu Province, this paper firstly uses PCA-HCA model based on provincial cities data to classify economic regions. And then, it uses BLR-HCA model to reclassify the economic regions based on counties data. Finally, it comes to the conclusion that the past regional classification ways of Jiangsu Province need to be updated. The research on regional economy is dynamic and timely, while deepening the division of labor and finance is an effective way to develop Jiangsu’s regional economy.

Abstract: A new susceptible-infected-susceptible model with feedback mechanism is proposed. The dynamic behavior of the epidemic model with feedback mechanism in scale-free networks is researched by theoretical analysis and computer simulation. The results show that feedback mechanism can reduce the stable infective ratio of system; however, it can not influence the epidemic threshold of system. The results can help us to understand rightly epidemic spreading process in reality networks and guide people to design effective epidemic preventive and controlling measures when epidemic outbreaks.

Abstract: This paper describes a method based on the pair edge difference and background subtraction to detect the moving vehicles, The presented method consists of three procedures, using CANNY detector to refine the frame pair edge information, then get -1 and 1 from a edge difference between two continuous frame, thirdly, the background subtraction is used to detect the moving vehicles, at last, if -1 and 1 can pair and the background subtraction edge information 1 ,the moving vehicles are detected. Experiments show our method is useful and has a good result.

Abstract: Extracting axis of 3D blood vessel images is very important and useful to quantify blood vessel in medical diagnosis. According to blood vessel features, we constructed the energy constraint equation of blood vessel. The initial skeleton curve of blood vessel images obtained by thinning algorithm dynastically converges to the position of the axis under energy constraint equation and along gradient direction of the distance field of blood vessel images. When the equation energy reaches a minimum value, the initial skeleton curve also fixes in the axis position at this time. Experimental results show that the position of the blood vessels axis extracted by this method is accurate, and the axis preserves topology and connectivity.

Abstract: Aiming at the complexity of high arc dam, and the limitation of conventional methods static and rigid body hypotheses of conventional slope stability analysis, which bring great difference with true engineering state. The paper proposed a concept of “abutment safety degree” considering the affection of dam body, and developed the model including dynamic contact element reflecting local rock crack and quasi continuous medium reflecting large deform. Based on above model, combing with 3D element strength reduction method and strain control criterion, the resist safety degree calculation method for dam shoulder high slope of high arc dam system has been constructed, which can fit the complex geo-mechanical engineering. Finally, the method is used in the dam shoulder slope analysis of Xiaowan arc dam system with height of 300m, the result is satisfied, the calculated safety degree is decreasing 20% to the result of conventional method. The method provides a powerful way to the safety evaluation of complex engineering.

Abstract: The next generation Web, Semantic Web, has recently been drawn considerable attention from both academia and industry. The ontology is regarded as the cornerstone of the Semantic Web, is playing an important role with the knowledge expression and knowledge reasoning. Ontology language, Description Logic and the relationships of them were presented. This paper analyzes the principle of semantic reasoning about DL and reasoning machine. Finally, performers testify the practical reasoning task about a concrete Ontology construction.
