Abstract: The algorithm is presented in this paper based on the character about RBF adaptive neural network filtering needn’t previous information of input single and noise and has better ability of nonlinear mapping and self-study. The adaptive noise cancellation system is designed. The system can improve LMS algorithm slow convergence speed and extraction of narrow band signal faults and has small amount of calculation and real-time good characteristic. The effect is better at Using this system in the field of life characteristic signal detection identification. Results show that the system has the high feasibility and validity.

Abstract: As the next generation of CNC standard, STEP-NC can be used to solve the current problem of information integration in digital manufacturing. With the characteristic of the STEP-NC data structure, the key technologies to approach the process planning by workingstep features based on STEP-NC are studied. Geometric information translating, feature information extraction, process planning, STEP-NC file generating are all involved. The detail of the lexical analysis of the AP203 files, the operating of the geometric information database and the translating from AP203 to geometric information database are studied. Applied the STEP-NC enabled technology, the system of process planning by features is established. The conclusion is useful for 3D process planning and the intelligent machining. The interoperable and integrated information between CAD/CAM is reached.

Abstract: This paper deals with the modeling and control of discrete event robotic manufacturing cells using Petri nets, and proposes a methodology of model based design and implementation of hierarchical and distributed control. Hierarchical Petri net models are adopted; conceptual Petri net model and detailed Petri net model. The overall detailed Petri net model is decomposed into local Petri net models which are used by the local machine controllers. The upper level station controller coordinates the distributed local controllers so that the aggregate behavior of decomposed subnets is the same as that of the original Petri net. The overall control system is implemented using multithreaded programming based on Petri net based multitask processing. Simulation experiments show that the distributed Petri net model based control system can perform the overall multitask processing control by coincidence of the behavior of the real system with the local Petri net models.

Abstract: With the development of integrated circuit technology, it is more and more difficult for debugging circuits. Generally, to achieve a powerful debugging capability of circuits is often at the expense of larger cost of hardware overhead .This paper propose a method of debugging structure designed in full-custom CPU based on scan-set testability methods and combed with the boundary-scan technology. This debugging structure can reduces much scan chains hardware overheads and is applicable to all general-purpose CPU chips. Moreover, it owns a powerful debugging capability which is observing and controlling the internal registers of circuits from JTAG port. This structure only increases the difficulty of the circuit logic design, but greatly decreases the cost of hardware.

Abstract: The purpose of this study is to integrate a knowledge management which provides graphic representation on concept structures based on clustering technique. The polytomous student problem chart (S-P chart) is adopted to classify students into proper learning styles according to response pattern with caution index and score. Furthermore, weighted polytomous ordering theory (OT) is used to construct graphic concept structure of each learning style. The integration of polytomous S-P chart and weighted polytomous OT could help knowledge management for students. In the study, the empirical data is the assessment of linear algebra from university students. The results show that each learning style has its own features of cognitive characteristics. In short, the integrated methodology can improve knowledge management for students more feasible. Finally, some recommendations and suggestions for future studies are discussed.

Abstract: RFID technology is an untouched automatic identification technology, which can identify object automatically and acquire the relative data. It has the advantages of needing no manly intervention and being able to work in severe environment. Thus RFID technology has been used in many fields such as mechanics, material flow, electric power system etc. Although in-situ structure health monitoring has been researched almost forty years, many important problems have not been resolved, such as position identification of damage occurring in large scale structure, pre-evaluation of civil structure usage lifespan, etc. And also there are quantities of structure parameters which can not be acquired through in-situ health monitoring technology. Especially for the long span urban evaluated bridges and tunnels, the advantage of in-situ health monitoring is less obviously. In some means, manly structure inspection is the sufficiently supplement to in-situ health monitoring technology. Therefore, in this paper, a new urban railway structure inspection system is developed by adopting RFID system and personal digital assistant.

Abstract: As a concept of delegating signing rights for digital signatures, proxy signature is a well studied subject in cryptography. Proxy signature is an important delegation technique. It plays an important role in auto-office system. In this paper, we give a secure and efficient proxy signature scheme. The security of the scheme is base on the fixed inversion problem of bilinear map. It has the following advantages: simple construction, short size and low computation.

Abstract: The concept and usage of cutter offset compensation was introduced, and the cutter wear compensation and cutter radius compensation were calculated. The processing error produced by tool corner radius was analyzed, and the function, application occasion and usage of radius compensation in CNC lathe cutter is discussed, which has special significance for the accurate machining. The examples are given to illustrate how to using methods and skills in NC turning programming reasonably.

Abstract: R Parameter programming and Programming Jump instruction is an advanced programming method in SIEMENS system and similar to the macro program in FANUC system. It uses parameter variables instead of functional codes and address values to make up a processing program. The R variables can plus, minus, multiply, divide, evolution, power, trigonometricfunction and so on in the logical calculation, In NC machining programming, uses R Parameter programming and is Programming Jump instruction, may realize the NC procedure logical judgment, comparison, transfer and other logic operation, resulting in a greatly simplified program, provides some solutions to numerical control programming for some special, complex and the similar parts.
