Abstract: Program faults are usually reported through return-value or emergency. But, when they emergence in the state-orient model, how to make the program return to the fault point’s state and which further corresponding actions should be taken, merely by using the simple method-report or reset, can’t define the return-value or emergency. In order to process the fault automatically, this article presents an automatic program with thoughts of combined coding and state redundant design, and proposes its frame model and algorithm. This model decreases faults of state-switch and increases capability of fault-restore. At last, parts of the results are applied to a vending machine project and the tests show its satisfaction.

Abstract: The deployment is one of the stage while creating a wireless sensor network. A deployment may not reach some requirements for sustained and reliable operations, even though some redundant sensors are deployed. Improving the deployment by adding some sensors is an efficient way, which is treated as the incremental deployment problem. A problem named Minimum Incremental k-Coverage in a two-dimensional continuous space is formulated. Some definitions and theorems of coverage and adding target positions are derived. A heuristic approach to this problem is proposed and its performance is evaluated through extensive simulation-based experiments.

Abstract: A novel algorithm of progressive compression and transmission based on wavelet transform is proposed in this paper, which deals with the connectivity of the original mesh and consequently reconstructs the basic topological relations of base mesh. Not only the spatial correlations between different levels of details but also the time correlations are exploited to enhance the compression ratio. A concept of ‘frame’, which represents different levels of details at different time, is introduced, and compression mode of ‘F+3D’ (a 3D mesh within a temporal frame) is then achieved. The temporal correlations among frames at different time will be decreased by using a temporal-based lifting wavelet. Then, geometry details in a frame will be translated into several wavelet coefficients which will be joined into the bit stream after being quantized and encoded. Experimental results suggest that the algorithm achieve a good compression ratio for larger 3D models, and the performance in the process of progressive decoding and rendering is satisfied.

Abstract: This paper aims to accurately obtain connecting plate outline. First, a camera captured a connecting plate image, then transmitted it to a computer, next converted it to a gray image, after that used Canny operator to extracted its edge information, and converted the pixel points of the gray image to rectangular coordinate values, at last found out all of the vertices of the connecting plate. Research result shows that the system is simple, its accuracy is less than 0.3%, and the data processing is convenience.

Abstract: In the wireless sensor network (WSN), how the Network Mobility(NEMO) protocol application scheme is better combined with the WSN is studied to meet the demand of network group mobility. A virtual mobile WSN condition with NEMO is constructed in the simulation tool NS-2, and the comparative simulation analysis with the Mobile Internet Protocol V6 (MIPv6) in the energy consumption and the node switching time is performed. The simulation result shows that the energy consumptions of major mobile nodes are far lower than those of MIPv6 in the NEMO, with the increase of nodes, the switching time that NEMO requires has a very little growth and is almost constant. Therefore, the NEMO is superior to the MIPv6 for the mobility support in the WSN.

Abstract: High resolution DEM(Digital Elevation Model, DEM) is created based on original CAD terrain map (one reservoir as example). Then the article offers precision analysis、topographic factors analysis、visibility analysis、reservoir volume and submerging acreage computing. Then adopting GeoVRML technique is to implement the functions of WebGIS 、visualization and query of computing result、graph data visualization and reservoir region virtual scene roaming etc. The system implements deep administrative levels information diged and long-distance visualization expression. The result shows on the basic high resolution DEM to realize 3-Dimensional Visualization Analyse and calculation functions and compress the spatial data to release these data in the WebGIS(Web Geographical Information System, WebGIS) as well as.

Abstract: To develop the reverse transcriptase polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) for the detection of European brown hare syndrome virus (EBHSV), 3 specific primers and 9 overlapping oligo primers were designed to amplify a fragment of 335 nucleotides from the genome of EBHSV according to the genome sequences published in GenBank, and a 359 bp DNA fragment of the capsid protein(VP60)gene of EBHSV was synthesized in vitro by using overlap extension PCR to construct the recombinant plasmids pGM-T-EBHSV, then the RT-PCR method was described through the optimization of reaction conditions, sensitivity and specificity tests. Results showed the RT-PCR method was supplied for the detection of EBHSV with good specificity and sensitivity. The sensitivity of the RT-PCR could reach about 50 copies of cloned viral genomic fragments (pGM-T-EBHSV), and no amplifications for RHDV, Pasteurella multocida, E.coli and Salmonella from rabbits detection by this approach.

Digital Wushu instruction court as the computer assisted technology increases alternative teaching method in Wushu teaching activities. Digital Wushu instruction court includes hardware system and software system. Hard ware is mainly composed by digital floor, digital periphery, digital terminal and communication platform. Software includes picture, video, music, text, motion analysis system and so on. The purpose of digital Wushu instruction court is to cultivate students’ interests to Wushu, increase Wushu instruction effect, and develop their self-learning ability.
