Abstract: The structure and characteristics of test signals of the experimental device for cutter head in shield machine are analyzed. Based upon this analysis, Profibus-based control system is designed. With the use of a distributed I / O station on-site analog signal, the problems of anti-interference for long-distance transmission of signals are resolved, and high-speed transmission for sensor signals and control signals are realized.

Abstract: It is discussed the rainproof-curtain of self-induction & automatic lifting in the paper. The rainproof-curtain consists of two parts, rainproof-curtain’s mechanical drive as well as rainfall signal detection and control system. Meanwhile, the mechanical drive includes rainproof-curtain, reel, drive motor, and so on. And the rainfall signal detection and control system includes rainfall induction and data acquisition module, infrared remote control module, drive controller, and so on. The motor is started when the rain signal is detected by rainfall sensors and is handled by singlechip. So it can be achieved that rainproof-curtain’s automatic lifting unmanned control. In addition, the automatic lifting rainproof-curtain has also manual and remote control functions.

Abstract: This paper introduces a design of control motor in automatic money counter to deal with the issue that is over-count when facing counterfeited, polluted and incomplete notes. It is commonly required that the counter turns into stop status within tens of milliseconds. The advantages and disadvantages of the DC and AC motors are analyzed so as to develop a 400 motor control system. After experiments, the design is proved to be reasonable, reliable and accurate in terms of picking the unrecognizable notes.

Abstract: In this article, a novel electro-mechanical energy conversion model of power harvesting from the vibration-induced the piezoelectric stator of the traveling wave rotary ultrasonic motor was proposed. Based on the curvature basis approach, the relationship between the deduced voltage and the mechanical stain induced by piezoelectric polarization was formulated. In addition to the relationships between the maximum induced voltages at the resonance frequency, the conversion energy density and the dimensions of the piezoelectric stator were also derived. The analytical model shows that the vibration-induced voltage is proportional to the exciting electrical voltage magnitude and square of height of the piezoelectric ceramic (PZT) but is inversely proportional to the permittivity of PZT and the damping coefficient of the stator. Some simulations and experimental results demonstrate that the maximum output voltage coincides with the energy conversion analytical model.

Abstract: Based on characteristics of small batch and multi types of electroplating, a new method on mixed line production is proposed for an enterprise. PLC is used as control core to achieve accurate docking of multi-hoists and coordination mechanism of hoists. A hoist control system of electroplating product line, which is flexible, safe, reliable and high degree of automation, is built via associating PLC with rectifier power supplies, inverters, sensors, drive units etc. This system greatly improves the automation and efficiency of electroplating product line.

Abstract: Structure plan of a new type of pneumatic plate-type vegetable seeder was put forward, and virtual prototype of the seeder was established in the paper. By kinematics simulation and analysis, L-shape arm length and minimum distance between metering device and cell plug tray were optimized. The machine control system and air pressure switch system were designed in detail. Results of orthogonal test show that, the main influence factor for single-seed rate and empty-seed rate is sowing efficiency, the second is diameter of suction hole, next is relative pressure, the minimum is interaction between those factors. The main influence factor for multi-seed rate is diameter of suction hole, the second is relative pressure, next is interaction between factors, the minimum is sowing efficiency. The best seeding effects can be achieved under the condition of 0.9 mm suction hole diameter, -4.5 kPa relative pressure, and 200-tray per hour sowing efficiency. The single-seed rate can be up to 93.59%, the empty-seed rate is 1.25%,and the multi-seed rate is 5.16%。

Abstract: Aimed to robot-assisted percutaneous surgery, we present an estimation equation to calculate the deflection at needle tip based on dynamics model in this paper. According to the equation, we can use the needle loads to calculate the estimation deflection of needle tip, during needle insertion into soft tissue. Finally, verifying experiments of estimation equation were carried out on a liver. The experimental result shows that the error of equation proposed is small and acceptable. This equation can be used to estimate deflection and direction of needle tip, and can also provide a reference strategy in robot-assisted percutaneous surgery

Abstract: Spatial calibration is a key technique in Freehand 3D Ultrasound. In this article, a two-layer Z-fiducial phantom with one “Z” shaped fiducial in each layer is used to perform spatial calibration. After freehand scanning above the phantom, the intersections of the scan plane and Z-fiducial plane in B-scans are segmented, and the calibration transformation matrix between the coordinate system of the position sensor receiver and B-scan is calculated using the least-squares fitting algorithm. At last, the calibration result is evaluated on two criteria: precision and accuracy. The result shows that our phantom is convenient as well as reliable for freehand spatial calibration.

Abstract: According to electrical vehicle (EV) working requirements, a built-in permanent magnet (IPM) synchronous motor is selected as the topic motor. A mathematical model about the motor is described here. To make the EV run smoothly, safely and economically, two control loops for the electric motor are developed. One is based on motor current control, which consists of maximum torque per ampere control and field weakening control. Other is motor speed control loop, in which a sliding mode control (called a variable speed exponential reaching law) is used. Through simulation study, the control scheme developed here can make the motor work well, which means it can be used in some EV driving systems.

Abstract: As to the low dynamic response of tangential follow system, especially the poor dynamic follow ability when executing small arc rapid interpolation. Based on the principle of mechanical dynamics, the mathematical model of leather cutting machine tangential follow mechanical transmission system is built, considering a type of high-speed numerical control leather cutting machine as the research object. Joined mechanical model and servo motor model together, its electromechanical combined system diagram is created by Simulink. On the basis of this diagram, the dynamic characteristic is analyzed. The composite evaluation standard including multiple performance indexes is used for the fitness function, the three-ring PID control parameters of tangential follow system is optimized with genetic algorithm (GA). The results show that GA optimization is more superior and efficient, comparing with traditional PID setting method.
