Abstract: Shanghai’s development begun with shipping industry and prospered with industrialization. Compared to the national industry, which has developed since the late Qing dynasty, the development of Shanghai’s modern industry is more recent and is a very memorable history. It recorded the history of the traditional industrial development in Shanghai and its current situation, focusing on a large number of industrial enterprises that have had and still have the glory and dream. In this paper, we will discuss Zhang Hua plush textile company's technology and brand-making, and how they contributed to the company’s success and profitability, in detail. Instead of symbols, their high-quality products, big name, and relationship with consumers definitely have powerful functions in the enterprise and in connecting consumers. In the brilliant, high-spirited but hard times, we hope that it would arouse awareness for a new understanding of the past days, give birth to the new beginning of the old story, and step on a new endeavor.

Abstract: N-isopropylacrylamide was synthesized in a mixture of DMF and THF ( 7:3 in volume ratio) and characterized by FT-IR. The behavior of poly(N-isopropylacrylamide) chain was studied by spectrometer in mixtures of water with DMF and THF. Cononsolvency phenomena were found to be temperature-dependent, as demixing occurred upon increasing temperature. A significant shrinkage of polymer chains and deswelling of polymer gels, followed by phase separation, were observed for high water fractions.

Abstract: Sorption potential of hemp powders as sorbents converted from wasted hemp fibers for Zn2+ ions from diluted aqueous solution was explored. Spectrophotometric method was selected to determine the concentration of Zn2+ ions in the solutions. The influence of different factors on the sorption, such as pH, amount of hemp powder applied as well as initial concentration, were studied, respectively. The obtained results show that the sorption capacity for Zn2+ was the maximum when the pH was 5.85. Increasing the initial concentration of the solutions resulted in increased sorption capacity. Depressed uptake capacity was obtained while amount of hemp powders was increased.

Abstract: Two kinds of warp-knitted spacer fabrics are knitted on a Raschel latch needle warp knitting machine with glass continuous-filament yarns. The glass/ unsaturated polyester resin composites are produced by manual molding technology. The tensile and flexural properties of composite specimens are tested in automatic testing machine. The tensile and flexural properties of composites are analyzed in the course, wale and diagonal directions. The results show that mechanical properties of composites possess obvious orthotropic characteristics; the differences of fiber volume fraction and yarn orientations result in the different tensile mechanical of composites. Warp-knitted spacer fabric composites revealed good flexural mechanical properties.

Abstract: Poly (vinyl chloride) /poly (acrylonitrile) (PVC/PAN) hollow fiber membrane was prepared by phase inversion method and it was hydrolyzed in different NaOH solution concentration. After hydrolysis modified, the change of surface characteristic of the PVC/PAN hollow fiber membrane was described by Fourier transform infrared attenuated total reflection spectroscopy (FTIR-ATR) and water contact angle. Morphological structures of membranes were observed by field-emission scanning electron microscope (FESEM). Protein filtration was employed to evaluate the antifouling performance of the membrane. All these results demonstrated that PVC/PAN hollow fiber membrane modified by hydrolysis showed high permeation flux, good hydrophilicity and antifouling.

Abstract: The daur in China is a typical of a few people northern minorities. Now, daur nationality in the production and living on the way people basic anointed by the localization, the traditional costume culture, social concern by serious loss very little. This papers to the dress culture of the daur nationality as the research object, and through field investigation and understanding, and analyzing the dress, which subdivided, aims to preserve and inheritance of the daur nationality traditional clothing culture.

Abstract: With the development of modern technology, fiberglass composite materials are widely applied. The advantages of fiberglass reinforced composite materials are high strength and light weight. In order to produce a prefabricated fiberglass composite, a machine chart was drafted for weaving the 3D fiberglass fabric with five layers. The obtained five-layer 3D fabrics were composited with polyurethane matrix. Afterwards, the performance of the prefabricated composites was tested and the optimal ratio of fiberglass to matrix was determined by statistical analysis.

Abstract: In this paper, 357 female students in soochow university which are 18 to 26 years old were selected as subjects. Front, back and side photos are taken by using digital camera, and then photo manipulation was done to amplify the contrast between the human body and background. The width and thickness of human characteristic positions were measured by COREDRAW software. Meanwhile, the girth of each position was got by manual measurement, and the width and thickness of human characteristic positions were extracted by MATLAB. Finally the girth, width and thickness were analyzed by SPSS to obtain the girth calculative rules, and the error analysis was done to verify the veracity. The result showed that the regression fitting was feasible and accurate.

Abstract: The agricultural wastes from harvesting corn, viz. corn husks and corn cobs were used as raw materials for the preparation of microcrystalline cellulose. From chemical composition analysis, holocellulose, -cellulose, hemicellulose, extractive and ash contents found in the corn husk were higher than those in the corn cob except for lignin. The study found that these corn residues could potentially be used for microcrystalline cellulose preparation. The properties of the microcrystalline cellulose obtained from these corn residues were examined in comparison with the commercial microcrystalline cellulose, Avicel PH101. Their crystal feature was in cellulose I form which showed the crystal reflections at 2s around 15 o, 17 o and 22o, being the same as that of Avicel PH101. Whilst their crystallinity was lower and the crystal size was smaller than Avicel PH101. The crystal size of the microcrystalline cellulose from the corn residues was around 3 nm whereas that of Avicel PH101 was about 4 nm. In addition, the thermal stability of the prepared microcrystalline cellulose was slightly lower than that of Avicel PH101. Corn husks provided more thermally stable microcrystalline cellulose than corn cobs.

Abstract: Composites of poly(L-lactide) (PLA) with hemp linter fibers, prepared by batch mixing and plasticized with poly(ethylene glycol) (PEG; weight-average molecular weight 1000 g/mol), were examined by differential scanning calorimetry, thermogravimetric analysis, and mechanical tests. The properties of samples of PLA/hemp and PLA–PEG/hemp composites were analyzed as a function of the fiber amount. The thermogravimetric analysis of the composites, carried out in air, showed that the degradation process of fiber-filled systems started earlier than that of plain PLA, independently of the presence of the plasticizer. Mechanical tests showed that the property of the composites have been enhanced increased with the hemp content. The mechanical performance high-point of composites appear with count of hemp linter fiber at 1%.(sample count of hemp fiber form 1% to 7%). Plasticization with PEG did not improve the tensile properties of the composites, but improve its break stress.
