Abstract: To match, test, and determine the working conditions and correctness of each function of the aircraft measurement system. This article proposes a design of equivalent test platform which can produce digital and analog signals for the self-testing of measurement system. By using the ethernet protocol chip W5300 to achieve the high-speed communication between host computer and equivalent device. Communication uses UDP unicast data transfer mode with advantages of high-speed and long-distance transmission, and the Phenomenon of data packet loss is not easy in transmission.

Abstract: In order to achieve the requirement of measuring forces during micromanipulation, a cantilever-based sensor using optical laser and position sensitive device (PSD) to monitor cantilever deflection is designed. To increase the resolution of the sensor at the specified measurement range, mechanical analysis and noise analysis are adopted to optimize parameters of the cantilever-based sensor. The experiment results show that the cantilever-based sensor can achieve the measurement range of 20mN and the resolution of 6.74μN.

Abstract: Traditionally, highway engineers use pencil and ruler to lay out lines and curves over contour maps for highway geometry design. Numerous calculations of stopping sight distance, minimum turning radius, and curve alignments are required during the design process to ensure safety, to minimize economic and environmental impact, and to reduce construction costs. Engineers usually perform iterative computations manually during the design process to meet design criteria and environmental constraints. The traditional process of highway geometry design is cumbersome and time consuming. The traditional approach limits engineers from taking a broader perspective in the overall highway geometry design process. Current method of three dimensional (3D) has nothing to do with highway design process. CARD/1 was developed to enhance the learning experience for highway engineers. This tool allows engineers to design the highway efficiently and to modify the design easily. A 3D highway geometry model can be generated by the software at final design to allow engineers to place themselves in the driver’s seat and maneuver through the designed highway at maximum design speed. Some key technologies of highway design with 3D-animaion based on CARD/1 was discussed in this paper.

Abstract: In the case of complete information, it is of great significance that use cubic Bezier curves which used as primitive form standard in graphic system to express the spatial data for data processing and transmission. In the text fonts of map, it is customary to use straight lines and the set of quadratic Bezier curves to describe the glyph outlines,but it is inconvenient in the process because the quadratic Bezier curves are non-standard curves. Based on this situation, in this paper,it is proposed the method of quadratic curves fitting using cubic Bezier curves and derive corresponding computing formula. The method is that remove the characters glyph outlines which are described by curve edges from the font and fit the curve edges with quadratic Bezier curves, finally the curve edges are fitted by cubic Bezier curves segment by segment. Through the result of the experiment, it proves that the differences between fitted cubic Bezier curves and quadratic Bezier curves to be fitted are small. The text graphics curves expressed by the method represent the geographical features effectively and provide an effective way of the transformation from font text to the map text.

Abstract: This paper introduces a method of measuring the gear chamfering profile based on laser sensor and machine vision through two grades. After machine vision part uses a vision sensor to get the location information of gear teeth at first. Then the laser sensor is moved to the position of gear teeth and takes the measurement of gear chamfering profile precisely.

Abstract: The retinex is a human perception based image processing algorithm which provides color constancy and dynamic range compression. The multi scale retinex with color restoration (MSRCR) has shown itself to be a very versatile automatic image enhancement algorithm that simultaneously provides dynamic range compression, color constancy, and color rendition. But the MSRCR results suffer from lower global brightness and partial color distortion. In order to improve the MSRCR method, this paper presents a modified MSRCR algorithm to Landsat-5 image enhancement considering percent liner stretch and histogram adjustment. Finally, the effect of modified MSRCR method on Landsat-5 image enhancement is analyzed and the comparison with other color adjustment methods such as gamma correction and histogram equalization is reported in the experimental results.

This system take the binocular range finder as a principle, may supply around the automobile body the object distance information, the precise periphery object distance information is the independent road sense foundation, thus this topic research results have the broad application space. Carries on regarding the binocular range finder's analysis under the OpenCV environment, OpenCV takes one kind to open the source the machine vision function storehouse, in the last few years along with the edition renewal, the function strengthened gradually, has involved machine vision nearly all domains. The research on two-sided visual in the OpenCV environment, simplified the binocular vision development step, sped up the development progress.
