Abstract: Aphis glycines were collected in primary grain crop production region of Hei long jiang province in 2010.The resistance of Aphis glycines to ten commonly used insecticides was tested by immension method. The LC50 and relative toxicity ratio of Aphis glycines were gotten. it could be used as a reference for resistance monitoring or other related researches. The results showed that Aphis glycines had light resistance to organophosphorus pesticide, and it was sensitive to avermectins and cypermethrin.

Abstract: Response surface methodological studies of extraction technology of pigment from black rice was carried out by a two-level fractional factorial design involving four variables, namely extraction time (min), extraction temperature (°C), liquid-solid ratio (ml/g), extract concentration (%). The results indicated maximum extraction efficiency at 30 min, 70 °C, with 8 ml/g liquid and solid ratio and 75% extract concentration, which was also verified by experimental data. 84.58% pigment can be extracted from black rice when the extraction progression is one.

Abstract: This paper uses the finite element simulation system of the anisotropic elastic wave to simulate the two component wave field characteristics of the HTI medium in the coal-seam with fractures. The simulation results of the single shot record indicate that when the coal-seam contains fracture. The wave field characteristics under different fracture parameters are observed through the single shot record. The influences can be found mainly in the energy and amplitude vers offset characteristics. The characteristics of x component and z component are different. This may provide some experimental references to fracture detection using the PS-wave.

Abstract: The purpose of this study is to evaluate the effect of particle size on serum protein opsonization and in vitro macrophage uptake of polyethyleneglycol modified poly (D, L-lactide-co-glycolide) nanoparticles (PEG-PLGA-NPs). PEG-PLGA-NPs were prepared by modified-spontaneous emulsification solvent diffusion (modified-SESD) method. Serum protein adsorptions to PEG-PLGA-NPs were evaluated by bicinchoninic acid (BCA) protein assay and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Complement activation was also investigated by ELISA for complement fragments iC3b. Uptake of PEG-PLGA-NPs by macrophages was measured by fluorescence spectrometer. The results showed that serum protein adsorption and complement activation were augmented for nanoparticles with a larger size below 400 nm. Phagocytosis of PEG-PLGA-NPs by murine peritoneal macrophages involved serum-independent and serum-dependent phagocytosis. Serum-independent phagocytosis decreased, while serum-dependent phagocytosis increased with the increase of particle size in the nanometer and submicrometer range. Consequently, nanoparticles with size of about 400 nm were phagocytosed more readily than either smaller or larger particles

Abstract: In this paper, the mathematical physical model of the heat and moisture transfer, which is about a vertical single-U-tube heat exchanger of a ground source heat pump (GSHP), is used to simulate the soil temperature fields inside drilling around a vertical single-U-tube ground source heat exchanger. The soil temperature fields inside drilling in the GSHP project running for one year are computed numerically. It shows that soil structure, cooling and heating load, cooling and heating period, and convalescence period have been determined by practical engineering conditions, the distance in the plane between drillings have a huge influence on heat transfer effect, only when the distance is designed reasonably, can it be possible to make sure normal heat transfer efficiency.

Abstract: We synthesized Fe3O4 microspheres using a solvothermal method and characterized their morphologies, structures, surface property and magnetism by field emission scanning electron microscopy (FE-SEM), powder X-ray diffraction (XRD) patterns, Fourier transform infrared (FTIR) absorption spectra, and vibrating sample magnetometer (VSM). The results showed that the synthesized Fe3O4 microspheres with a tunable size range of ca. 80–200 nm are composed of many Fe3O4 collective nanoparticles. XRD pattern confirmed that the Fe3O4 microspheres belong to cubic structure. Magnetic investigation reveals that the Fe3O4 microspheres have higher saturation magnetization and negligible coercivity at room temperature.

Abstract: The oxygen transfer process of starch wastewater in the shaking bioreactor was studied. A biological oxygen consumption system was simulated by the sodium sulfite solution. The effects of liquid volume ratio in different volume shake flasks, rotational speed and temperature on the volumetric oxygen transfer coefficient were investigated. The results show that the volumetric oxygen transfer coefficient increased with the increasing rotational speed and temperature, while decreased with the increasing volume of shaking flasks.

Abstract: RNA secondary structure study is one of the most important fields in computational molecular biology. According to different conditions, RNA secondary structure prediction derives two ways. In the paper, the method to predict RNA secondary structure is introduced in two ways. It includes the mathematic models and main algorithms. The paper also points out the existing problems. The main development directions of RNA secondary structure prediction algorithm is also be indicated.

Abstract: 2638 branch samples are gained from the 14 sample spots and the data of 50 parse trees in the spots investigated by Muling Forestry Bureau in 2008. The type of the curve are determined by the observation of the radius(r) of various kinds of trees and the scatter diagram graph of crown depth (lx) . This paper is to use power function, single formula, parabola and hyperbolic function models to fit. Through the comparison of the results of fitting, it is found that the fitting effect of the average crow of Korean pine is the best whose correlation coefficient achieves 0.58, and for parabola, spruce and fir are the best respectively with correlation coefficient 0.69 and 0.72; The same model is applied to fit the outside shape of the three species and the result is similar with that of average crown: hyperbolic function of Korean pine is the best and parabola of spruce and fir are the best. After test, it is found that forecast accuracy of model is higher. Average crown of Korean pine is 95.7% and outside crown is 92.1%; Average crown of fir is 94.9% and outside crown is :95.9%; Average crown of Spruce is 96.0% and outside crown is 95.4%. From the point of comprehensive results, the fitting of crown shape model is better and the model chosen can better describe the crown shape of the main conifer species in Muling area, achieving the desired objectives.

Abstract: The effect and mechanism on gastric juice secretion by electroacupuncturing at Zusanli points on rabbits with modern apparatuses were studied. Zusanli points were stimulated with electroacupunctures to observe the flux of gastric juice in the study. Before and after Cimetidine being injected by the pathway of points, Zusanli points were respectively stimulated with electroacupunctures to observe the flux of gastric juice secretion. The results showed that the flux of gastric juice slowered (P0.05) when the stopping acupuncture group for 10 minutes compared with the during acupuncturing group, but after Cimetidine being injected, the flux of gastric juice secretion did not increase obviously (P>0.05) during acupuncturing for 10 minutes compared with the no acupuncturing group, and also did not increase (P>0.05) stopping acupuncture for 10 minutes compared with no acupuncture. So the study showed that the flux of gastric juice secretion could be increased by electroacupuncturing at Zusanli points, and the mechanism may be come true by the gastric H2 receptor pathway.
