Abstract: Nowadays , the problems of inheriting and protection resident constructions more and more obvious , by analysing the form and meaning of construction , the common tendency of the form of constructions are indicated . When analysing the structure, form, and decorating of construction, and solving the problems of bamboo Pile dwelling (Dwelling of this style were built on stilts), from above them, the decoration of the development and the form of construction of the new Dai model are concluded. However, the civil construction in Sipsong panna which are regarded as the symbol of local culture, exploiting its inner meaning ,refining its elements of ethnic group, is quite significant to the heritage and protection of the designation and forms of of constructions.

Abstract: B-cell epitope prediction is important for vaccine design, development of diagnostic reagents and for studies to elucidate the interactions between antigen and antibody on a molecular level. Here, we present a new epitope prediction method based on six different scoring functions and exploited LibSVM to predict the antigenic epitopes in protein surface. Using bound structures of the testing dataset, the method was able to predict antigenic epitopes with 50.6% sensitivity, 62.9% specificity, 19% precision and an AUC value of 0.616. While using unbounded structures of the testing dataset, the performance of the method was nearly the same. Compared with another epitope prediction method EPCES, the performance of the method is statistically similar. The results suggest that more effective features that discriminate epitopes from non-epitopes may further improve the performance of the prediction method. Also, the new algorithms for predicting the epitopes are desired and the construction of large with non-redundant datasets is strongly needed.

Abstract: Ammonium sulfate fractionation was implicated as one of essential steps to purified Myoglobin (Mb).We adopted SDS-PAGE analysis and absorption spectra scanning to demonstrate the effect of ammonium sulfate on Mb and its derivatives. The results shown that protein with the molecular weight above 37.8kDa were dominated in myoglobin extract of tilapia, which can be precipitated with ammonium sulfate. Mb molecular weight of tilapia is about 15.8 kDa, which can be collected by the treatment of ammonium sulfate with saturation between 60%-70% to remove unwanted protein. The absorption spectra show that Mb derivatives could be transferred to met-myoglobin after preliminary fractionating with ammonium sulfate.

Abstract: The novel kind flowerlike mesoporous spheres of calcium silicate hydrate (CaO•SiO2•H2O, CSH) have been synthesized by co-precipitation method on based with water/alcohol/calvital/ tetraethyl orthosilicate (TEOS) system. The synthesized CSH were applied as a carrier to study the loaded behaviors of ibuprofen(IBU),was used to investigate the drug loading behavior of the CSH for different times has been also discussed. The drug loading capacities(DLCs) of CSH loaded for 12h has reached 116.78wt.%. The structural, morphological and textural properties were investigated by SEM, FTIR, TG and BET. The results show that it would be a good candidate as drug carrier for bone repair.

Abstract: Four kinds of brain active peptide (BAP) in Cerebrolysin were effectively modified by mPEG-ALD5000 of single molecule. At pH = 5.0, 25°C, with Cerebrolysin (injection)/mPEG-ALD5000 feed ratio of 5 mL : 1 g, the modification rate reached 72.805% after 30 min. The method of nerve cells culture in vitro was used to evaluate the biological activity of modified Cerebrolysin. The result showed that after the BAPs in Cerebrolysin were modified by mPEG-ALD5000, the activity of promoting nerve cell growth of Cerebrolysin was significantly improved.

Abstract: Cordierite–mullite composites were prepared by using iron tailing, burn talc, suzhou soil, knar clay and alumina powder as raw materials. The main influencing factors such as the molar ratio of cordierite to mullite, amount of iron tailing and calcination temperature were discussed. The microstructure of the sintered sample was analyzed with X-ray diffraction (XRD) and Scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The results show that the optimal prescription was V sample (36.4635wt% of iron tailings, 13.6813 wt % of burn talc, 10.2154 wt % of suzhou soil, 3.8405 wt % of knar clay and 35.7984 wt% of alumina), and its sintered material contains about 50% of mullite and 50% of cordierite; The optimal sintered temperature was 1250°C and the holding time was 2 hours. The bending strength of the sample is 29.79MPa and the thermal shock resistance expriments are above 60 times.

Abstract: Nanoaluminum hydroxide was extracted from iron tailing by the chemical deposition method and the structure, morphology and purity of product was attributed by XRF, FE-SEM, XRD, FT-IR, and DTA-TG, etc. The experimental results showed that the product was spherical in shape with granular size around 100-200nm in diameter. These results indicated that this technique is fit for commerial run to utilize iron tailing as a potential alumina resource in the future.

Abstract: The alkaliphilic bacterium strain Ⅰ-2, which was isolated from soda lakes, was identified as Bacillus akibai by 16S rRNA sequence analysis and suggested to be a new subspecies of genus Bacillus. Two novel thermotolerant alkaline endoglucanases Ⅰ-2-A and Ⅰ-2-B were produced by this alkaliphilic strain. The purified Ⅰ-2-A and Ⅰ-2-B had molecular mass of approximately 60 and 90 kDa, respectively. The optimum pH of Ⅰ-2-A was about 9.0, while that of Ⅰ-2-B was about 8.0. Both enzymes exhibited maximum activity at around 50 °C and were stable up to 50 °C.The two enzymes were resistant to most metal ions and reagents examined. Mass spectrometry analysis indicated that Ⅰ-2-A was probably different from the endoglucanases reported. Ⅰ-2-B showed homology with those of family A5 endoglucanases but low similarity was found in C-terminal amino acid sequence.

Abstract: Coronary heart disease (CHD), called “thoracic obstruction” in TCM, is one of the most important types of heart disease for its high incidence and mortality. The methods of syndrome studies in TCM can not be completely in accordance with these of modern medicine because of the complexity itself. In this paper, we investigated the ability of Artificial Neural Networks (ANNs) to predict CHD patients with or without qi deficiency syndrome. Predictions with Multilayer Perceptron Neural Network (MPLNN, one type of the ANNS), we obtained recognition patterns made up of eight biological parameters. The accuracy of this recognition pattern was 82.2%, and the accuracy of validation pattern was 80.0%.

Abstract: In construction project, it is important for managers to optimize resource allocation. It leads to get the optimum time and control cost. In this paper, we get a new approach to optimize resource allocation through analyze the time-cost curve and PERT technique. It is easy to use this method even if the information is limited.
