Abstract: Rhodopseudomonas sp. could be used in wastewater treatment and aquiculture, extensively. Four photosynthetic bacterium Rhodopseudomonas spp., QDS2, QDS3, QDS4 and QDS9, were isolated and screened from the bottom sludge of Qingdao coast. In order to get a mass of PSB, we successfully optimized the culture conditions of four strains by orthogonal experiment and obtained the best culture conditions. The research could provide the bases for the applying of high-effective PSB (Rhodopseudomonas sp).

Abstract: This article is to study, under the same conditions, the color reproduction which were used coated paper, matte paper and special paper separately, with Bangte ink or Daiichi ink, printed by Mitsubishi printing machine. Then the Lab values of the three sheets of blank paper and the four-color color were measured by spectrophotometric densitometer, and analysed by Excel, meanwhile, drawing the colors maps and the chromatic aberration maps. Base on the data and maps, illustrate the three types of paper and two kinds of ink coloration and chromatic aberration, and come to conclusion to control the stability of ink and paper, improve the standardization and accuracy, decrease the error.

Abstract: L-phenylalanine fermentation (L-Phe) is produced by the preparation method of PPA-transamination using the ferment liquor, which is the production of the E.coli No.1 fermented in heat pipe bioreactor (HPBR), the technical indexes are superior. The temperature profile of ferment liquor in the period of microbe growth is well distributed, the mean difference in temperature is 0.08°C, while the maximum value is 0.4°C.Base on operational principle of heat pipe, HPBR solves many problems on heat transfer in traditional bioreactor: nonuniformity of temperature profile, inefficiency of heat transfer etc. The study in-depth on transfer process in HPBR will effectively accelerate exploitation for new-style bioreactor and advancement of biotechnology.

Abstract: The glycolytic enzyme glyceraldehyde-3-phosphate dehydrogenase (GAPDH) is considered to be a housekeeping glycolytic enzyme that catalyzes an important energy-yielding step in carbohydrate metabolism in the cytoplasm. However, GAPDH participates in several other biological activities via the changes of its subcellular localization, which depends largely on the modifications of its catalytic active site Cys residue. In this study, we demonstrated that the active site mutation C154S induced the cytoplasmic accumulation of GAPDH, whereas the wild type was present mainly in the cytoplasm. However, the C-terminal truncated mutant of GAPC, GAPC△C-GFP was present mainly in nuclei in rice protoplast. The further interaction analysis indicated that the GAPC△C disrupted the dimeric GAPC formation, may thus, facilitating its nuclear localization. The result suggested that the nuclear translocation of GAPDH also depends on its oligomeric forms in rice.

Abstract: The strongly swirling turbulent flow in the internal flow field of a high-speed spiral blood pump(HSBP), is one of important factors leading to the fragmentation of the red blood cell(RBC) and the hemolysis. The study on the turbulent injure principle of blood in the HSBP is carried out by using the theory of waterpower rotated flow field and the hemorheology. The numerical equation of the strongly swirling turbulent flow field is proposed. The largest stable diameter of red blood cells in the turbulent flow field is analyzed. The determinant gist on the red blood cell turbulent fragmentation is obtained. The results indicate that in the HSMP, when turbulent flow is more powerful, shear stress is weaker, the vortex mass with energy in flow field may cause serious turbulent fragmentation because of the diameter which is smaller than the RBC’s. The RBC’s turbulent breakage will occur when the Weber value is larger than 12.

Abstract: With the growing demand for oil and gas resources of China, exploration and development face more complex situation and there is an urgent need to move to (deeper than 1000m) deep sea oil and gas exploration and development. As the density window for safe drilling fluid is narrow, the mud line is in high pressure and low temperature environment, and the cycle pressure loss in choker line is larger and other characteristics, Well-kill calculation model with deep-water engineer’s method is disparate with that for land. To this end, combined with the special formation conditions in deep water well control and the characteristics of long choke line, on the basis of considering the impact of the friction of choker line, gas compressibility factor, temperature and other parameters on the casing pressure and stand-pipe pressure, well-kill pressure parameters (including stand-pipe pressure, casing pressure, maximum casing pressure, etc.) calculation model of deep-water engineer’s method is established to carry out example calculation, which has directive significance for on-site well-kill construction.

Abstract: Andrographolide (1) is a primary constituent of Andrographis paniculata (Burm. f.) Nees which is a Chinese herbal medicine possesses extensive pharmacological effects. In this paper, the effect of compound 1 and some 15-alkylidene substituted derivatives of andrographolide (2-13) on murine splenic T lymphocyte proliferation reaction were appraised using MTT assay. The results showed that most of 15-alkylidene substituted andrographolides appraised could exert potent immunosuppressant effects. Especially compound 5, the most potent among all the tested compounds at concentrations with no obvious cytotoxicity, significantly inhibited the proliferation of murine splenic T lymphocytes activated by Con A in a dose-dependent manner (1.56μmol/l-12.50μmol/l), by the most inhibition of 55.8%. Findings implied that suitable 15-alkylidene substituted andrographolides might possess some better pharmacology activity than 1.

Abstract: Konjac glucomannan with different molecular weights/poly(acrylic acid) hydrogels were prepared in this paper. The structure of the IPN hydrogels was characterized by FT-IR and SEM. The swelling ratio of these hydrogels showed they had pH-sensitive properties and the enzymatic degradation tests showed the hydrogels retain the enzymatic degradation character of KGM. Furthermore, hydrogel composed of native KGM degraded sharply in enzymatic degradation test and it had bigger swelling ratio and weight loss ratio than those hydrogels which composed of lower molecular weights KGM. Therefore, hydrogels composed of lower molecular weight might release drug more stable when they were used as drug carrier.

Abstract: The toxin-containing marine pieces which are broken down from the plastics in Pacific Garbage Patch are easily eaten by primary consumers and be enriched through the food chain. So,the enrichment effect of marine debris in the patch of the primary consumer is studied in this research with the composite consideration of time and space. To the enrichment effect, the two-compartment bio-concentration model of primary consumer is constructed taking into account of the distribution of plastic garbage debris in water and biota. The result is that the increasing amount of the concentration of garbage debris in organisms is larger than that in seawater. So controlling the amount of waste which is the most fundamental measures should be implemented right now to prevent further deterioration of the situation. And dealing with the existing waste is also very necessary to prevent the further enrichment of the food chain.

Abstract: New composite foams were prepared by co-foaming of Melamine-Urea-Formaldehyde (MUF) resin and wood fiber in the closed mould at 70°C. The effects of amount of wood fiber on mechanical properties, brittleness, flame-retardant, insulation and microscopic structures of wood fiber-MUF foam were investigated. Results indicated that the flame-retardant properties increased, and the brittleness and mechanical properties decreased with the increase of the amount of wood fiber in composite foams. The addition of wood fiber resulted in more uniform cell size distribution and irregular cell shape, but had little effect on insulation properties.
