Abstract: In this paper, lead into fuzzy theory and set up the decision-making model of the quality project(U,V,R)of " two type” town urban planning based on the multi-factors. The model Including project planning factors set = , judge factor V= for each element of the planning factors set and Multiple fuzzy decision matrix .the test results prove that the fuzzy theory is feasible with individual characteristics and the quality of decision-making of "two types" of urban planning

Abstract: Some properties of -Strongly Gorenstein projective ,injective and flat modules are studied and some connections between -Strongly Gorenstein projective , injective and flat modules are discussed . At last, these properties under change of rings are considered.

Abstract: In this paper, we use two-phase mixture model and the 3D Realizable k-ε turbulence model to numerically simulate the advection secondary turbulence flow in a circular secondary clarifier. The PISO algorithm is used to decouple velocity and pressure. The results show that the model can provide a reference in designing sedimentation tanks.

Abstract: In this full-scale study, water treatment processes with preozonation were carried out. This work estimated the performence of preozonation of two typical kinds of surface waters in North China, Luan River and Yellow River. UV254, algae, chlorophyll a, Trihalomethanes Formation Potential(THMFP) and Haloacetic Acids Formation Potential(HAAFP) were investigated. In addition, formaldehyde and bromate, which are the main ozonation by-products, were also measured. Results showed that preozonation played an important role in reducing algae, chlorophyll a and UV254. About 33% of THMFP and HAAFP were removed by preozonation. Moreover, the processes applied in this study with preozonation were applicable to different raw water, and the water quality of the effluent was greatly improved. In the final effluent, half of the THMFP and HAAFP were removed. Formaldehyde and bromate were both below the limits(900 μg/L and 10 μg/L, separately).

Abstract: Various parameters (time, initial concentration, pH value and temperature) are investigated. The results show that with increasing the temperature decreased the absorbance. The optimal condition is that the maximum adsorption is 0.47mg•g-1 at303K, pH 1. Adsorption process fits the Langmuir isotherm equation, the adsorption reaction is exothermal reaction.

Abstract: Wheat husk, an agriculture byproduct, was used to adsorb copper (II) from aqueous solutions. Variables of the system, including contact time, pH, salt concentration, and equilibrium copper concentration, were adopted to study their effects on copper (II) adsorption. The results showed that coexisted salt was not favor of adsorption and pH value near 5 was favor of adsorption. Adsorbent quantity of copper onto wheat husk increased with the equilibrium concentration increasing. The kinetic process can be predicted by Elovich model while the equilibrium data was fitted better by Freundlich model.

Abstract: In the present paper, the ability of carboxymethylcellulose sulfate (CMC-S) for Cu(II) removal was studied. The influence of factors, such as the pH value, the initial copper concentrations, and the contact time, were investigated in detail. Atomic absorption spectrophotometer was applied to determined the concentration of Cu(II). The results showed that the adsorption process was strongly dependent on the pH value and the initial copper concentration. The optimum pH value was in the range of 6-7. The theoretical adsorption capacities for Cu(II) was 127.7 mg/g. The equilibrium data was well fitted to the Langmuir isotherm model at 25°C, which can be explained as a monolayer adsorption.

Abstract: A fuzzy membership function was defined for each direction to predict the membership degree that an object pertains to a certain direction. Nine fuzzy membership functions were defined to describe the direction relations between fuzzy objects and crisp objects with corresponding fuzzy sets. Direction relations were described by a 3×3 fuzzy matrix, which was computed by an aggregation operator defined on the nine fuzzy sets. The fuzzy matrices and crisp matrices of direction relations between fuzzy objects and crisp objects were computed respectively, and comparison of fuzzy matrices with crisp ones reveals that the proposed fuzzy approach is more effective than existing crisp method.

Abstract: The factors affecting indoor thermal environment are briefly introduced in this article, and one Internet bar was tested and analyzed that used evaporative air-conditioning in lanzhou, gansu. Meanwhile, through the air temperature, the relative humidity and air velocity of sensitivity factors were analyzed that heat sensation to human body, changed the heat sensation for people's from qualitative to the quantitative. As one way and the basis has provided for the improvement room internal heat environment quality.

Abstract: Based on experimental results and theoretical analysis at different temperatures and time of unit diffusion quantity, the chemical reaction rate in the reaction process between iron and molten tin, is investigated within the range of 260~350°C. The results indicate that the chemical reaction rate at different time decreases rapidly with the time at the same temperature, it take about four minutes to cease. Morever, the numerical value of the reaction rate at different time are close and decrease with the increasing of the temperature.
