Abstract: An econometric model is set up to analyze the relationship between economic development level and environment regulation of Shandong Province. It is found that environment regulation can stimulate technology innovation then drive economic development. Remarkable hysteresis effect exists between environment regulation and economic development. Advices of Shandong Province economic development under environment regulation are given at last.

Abstract: Sustainable tourism development in Shandong province needs a comprehensive support system with the support and cooperation of the whole society. Therefore, based on the establishment of management agencies with clear responsibility, a comprehensive support system including the development concept system, legal protection system, system security system, policy security system, publicity and education system, professional training and reserve system and so on should be set up to make tourist environment, resources, investment managers, tourists, local residents run effectively, and promote recycling use of tourism resources and environment, achieve ultimately sustainable development.

Abstract: The rapid development of golf sport in China, not only brought the illegal construction of the growing number of golf courses, also gave rise to a certain degree of environmental crisis, and questioned by the public regulation of national policy. Based on the perspective of environmental ethics, This paper analysis follow problems: construction of golf courses in the country appeared excessive consumption of water, occupying large areas of land, destruction of ecological environment and other issues of ethical by using literature, case studies and other research methods, and propose a concrete strategy of construction in environmental ethic through combining with environmental ethics properties and principles. In the present study, the author designed to call attention to the golf course environmental problems caused by construction, with a view to sustainable development and golf-related policy research to provide reference.

Abstract: Abstract. Since the action of high speed train and the repeated heavy loadings, the degradation and deformation that do not restore is produced in the granular railway ballast. Tamping action is an effective method that is being used to recover the elastic of the track. In order to examine the displacement and vibration characteristics of the railway ballast particles while tamped, in this article, main work is being used to establish a coupling discrete particle flow simulation model of the railway ballast and tamping tines in EDEM with the discrete element method. The two main contents are concerned in this paper. The first is to research the modeling method of ballast particles in the software EDEM. The second is to establish a rigid-flexible coupling dynamic model of railway ballast tamping system, and according to this model, the dynamic response of the granular particles under tamping load is calculated. From a numerical simulation, we can find the effect of ballast’s vibration characteristic is related to the shape of particles in significant measure. The research shows the discrete element method is an effective method for solving the vibration problem of railway ballast of random force vibration.

Abstract: Since the reform and opening up, China's economic construction has made remarkable achievements, but the extensive mode of economic growth brought about by the growing environmental problems. The real way out is to apply the theory of circular economy, the use of environmentally sounds of the means of production, from the source to reduce pollution and achieve development in harmony with the environment. This article describes the recent years, some scholars to study the application of circular economy and business results, and proposed vision for the future.

Abstract: Yulin City, which is rich in energy, is one of the national energy and chemical bases. But with the process of exploitation of resources, it causes serious ecological damage and has grim living environment situation in the local environment. It is in long-term about the sustainable development of city very urgent. This paper analyzes the reputation, ruin and its treatment of the development of energy resources in Yulin City, trying to explore the sustainable development mode which is suit in resource-dependent of area.

Abstract: Analysis of the connotation and features of circular economy for ecological agriculture , by introducing the actual development status of ecological agriculture in Ankang city, and according to the situation of cattle - biogas manure - vegetables, rice-duck farming, pig - biogas manure - dish – fish, a pool which is used by three ways, mixed-model of forest, multiple utilization of water resources which are established with circular economy development model for eco-agriculture, the ways to develop circular economy of eco-agriculture are suggested.

Abstract: During The "eleventh five-year plan" period, Jilin greatly promoted the construction of pollution treatment project by implementing the reduction measures, COD of the main pollutants and the sulfur dioxide emissions get controlled basically, environmental degradation get eased in some degree, but the overall environment situation is still severe. This paper proposes appropriate environmental economic policy system based on the energy saving and emission reduction policy implemented in Jilin province,, discusses the environmental finance, green credit policy and emissions trading, to adjust pollution reduction structure and promote the environment economy coordinated development of Jilin Province.

Abstract: This study seeks to explore the tourism destination image of Tibet, and further to compare the difference between the organic image of Mainland China and that of Hong Kong. The findings indicated that both group regarded “the natural and beautiful scenery” as the most important attractions of Tibet. The top three motivations of Mainland people were the mysteriousness, natural scenery, and novelty of Tibet”. Hong Kong tourists were most motivated by Tibet’s natural scenery mysteriousness, and culture. In terms of the concerns of traveling to Tibet, people in Mainland China cared most on health issue, while Hong Kong people concerned more on transportation. The findings of this study may provide useful guidance to marketing strategies and sustainable tourism development in Tibet.

Abstract: Industrial agglomeration often happens in the surrounding areas of a relatively developed industrial zone. If these industries are not environmentally friendly, the entire area will be contaminated. This is often the case in China. Therefore, in order to reduce the pollution in these contaminated regions, restructuring the category, size and spatial distribution of the surrounding industries based on the environmental constraints is urgently needed. In this paper, we build the relationship between the environmental contaminants and the industrial types, calculate the amount of pollution distribution in the industrial chain, and propose the approaches to control the types, size and spatial distribution of polluting industries. In the case of Wuhai and its surrounding regions(WH&SR), Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, based on the calculation of industrial types, size and spatial distribution in every cross-border region, we find that under the world-leading Cleaner Production Standards, output of polluting industries should be less than 20% in order to achieve its environmental goals.
