Abstract: 7 peptide of Tumstatin(T-7 peptide) is composed of 185-191 amino acids. To study T-7 peptide antitumor activity to human non-small-cell carcinoma(A549), T-7 peptide was designed and synthesized by amino acid synthesizer. Its purity ran up to 98.45% by HPLC and MS. The effect of T-7 peptide on A549 cell growth was observed by MTT assay, growth curve and transmission electron microscopy(TEM). T-7 peptide had the effects of suppressing A549 cell growth and promoting its apoptosis, showing dose- and time-dependent. Its IC50 was 92.84 μg/ml. TEM also revealed that A549 cell treated with T-7 peptide appeared apoptotic morphology, such as cell pyknosis and mitochondrial vacuoles formed. While T-7 peptide had little effect on human umbilical vein endothelial cells(ECV304). These researches were significant to treat human non-small-cell carcinoma in the future.

Abstract: AIMS: To explore gene expressions of Bax and changes of cytC releasing in the CIR hippocampus neuron; to observe the effect on CIR with ligustrazine. METHODS: According to Bannisters, we made ischemia and reperfusion models of rat, and then using ligustrazine to cure; we observed the expression changes of Bax gene in hippocampus neurons by nucleic acid in situ hybridization, detecting cytC release through Western blotting. RESULTS: Ligustrazine protect neuron by reducing neuronal apoptosis induced by CIR, and inhibiting release of cytc by releasing.

Abstract: Mdthod :110 gastric cancer patients were selected from Feb 2004 to Jan 2006, who had complete pathological data and were underwent radical resection. All patients were diagnosed by endoscopy, preoperative histologic diagnosis and exclusion from distant metastasis, using D1 or D2 lymph node dissection, postoperative pathology confirmed stump negative. Univariate analysis was applied on the pathologic information and multivariate analysis was applied based on the univariate analysis. Result :(1)Univariate analysis showed that tumor diameter、histology、vascular invasion、lymphatic vessel invasion and neural invasion were correlated with T/N classification.Multivariate analysis showed that vascular invasion and lymphatic vessel invasion were correlated with T classification and lymphatic vessel invasion was associated with N classification. (2) For T and N stages, lymphatic vessel invasion was strongly related factor. Conclusion: For T and N stages,, lymphatic vessel invasion was strongly relevant factor. For patients with confirmed lymphatic vessel invasion, postoperative adjuvant radiotherapy is suggested.

Abstract: This test according to more suitable conditions and a better process hydrolyze pigskin gelatin preparing anti-fatigue peptide. We establish animal muscle peripheral fatigue model through weight-bearing swimming and feed polygeline to mice implementation of nutrition intervention. In the detection of blood lactate, blood urea nitrogen, liver (muscle) glycogen content and exercise time, we analysis and evaluate gelatin peptide peripheral fatigue effect. Experimental results show: comparing with distilled group, gelatin peptides can be extended to animal movement time (P<0.01), reducing the blood lactate (P<0.01) and urea nitrogen (P<0.01) after movement, improving the content of the liver (muscle) glycogen (P<0.01). This production has significant anti-fatigue effect and can be used as an anti-fatigue food additive.

Abstract: Objective: This study was undertaken to study the effect of MR imaging on patients with elderly chronic alcoholic toxic encephalopathy. Methods: 20 patients with chronic alcoholic toxic encephalopathy (CATE) and 18 patients cerebral infarction diagnosed were collected to analyze conventional imaging material and spectral spectrum line shape variation peak by magnetic resonance imaging (MRI). Results: Cerebral and cerebellar vermis atrophy and abnormal signal in the deep part of the cerebral hemispheres, basal ganglia, pons asymmetric small pieces long T1 and long T2 were detected in CATE patients. And 1H-MRS also showed that the concentrations of NAA and Cho in cerebellar vermis were significantly reduced. In cerebral infarction patients declined NAA and elevated Lac were found. Conclusion: Our study suggests that 1H-MRS play a positive role in CATE diagnosis, which keeps from further damage to the brain tissue.

Abstract: Glassy carbon electrode (GCE) was modified using graphene (G), quercetin (Qu) and Nafion in this sequence to fabricate Nafion-Qu-G composite-modified GCE (Nafion/Qu/G/GCE). The as-prepared modified electrode combining the advantages of Nafion, Qu and G was employed for the selective and sensitive detection of dopamine (DA) in the presence of ascorbic acid (AA) and uric acid (UA). Compared with GCE, Qu/GCE, G/GCE and Qu/G/GCE, the Nafion/Qu/G/GCE was more electroactive and selective for DA. Differential pulse voltammetry (DPV) was used for electrochemical detection, the separations of the oxidation peak potentials for AA-DA and DA-UA were about 304 mV and 136 mV, which allowed selectively determining DA. In phosphate buffer solution (PBS) of pH 6.8, the Nafion/Qu/G/GCE provided a detection limit of 2.31×10-8 mol/L (S/N=3) for DA. Linearity (R=0.9963) of the peak currents against the concentration of DA was found over the range of 1.0×10-7 to 1.0×10-3 mol/L. Furthermore, the modified electrode exhibited good reproducibility and stability.

Abstract: Geotrichum Candidum strain numbered 2.0498 was used as raw material. The Geotrichum Candidum thallus were collected through inoculation and shaking cultivation. Thermal alkaline method was applied for hydrolyzing Geotrichum Candidum mycoprotein to prepare protein foaming agent. The effect of bacteria concentration, Ca(OH)2 mass concentration, hydrolysis temperature and hydrolysis time on foam expansion were studied. The optimization strategy was single factor test and subsequent response surface analysis based on Box-Behnken design. The results showed that the optimized condition were a bacteria concentration of 5.4%(w/v) and a Ca(OH)2 mass concentration of 1.5%(w/v), at a hydrolysis temperature of 95°C for 4.1 h. Under these optimal conditions, the foam expansion was 28.1. Compared with the model theory prediction, the relative error was 0.46%. At the same time, a multiple quadratic regression equation between Geotrichum Candidum mycoprotein foam expansion and impact factors was setted up and it played an important role in predicting the foam expansion.

Abstract: The paper first summarizes the evolution of the differentiation and synthesizing of bone injury discipline and mechanics and then, with the application of material mechanics, mechanical vibration and dynamics in bone injury discipline, comes to the conclusion that differentiation is the prerequisite for disciplinary development and synthesizing is the inevitable trend or result of disciplinary development.

Abstract: After the phloridzin crude solution was absorbed by D-101 resin, the resin was eluted by 50%、60%、70%、80% and 90% ethanol solution in sequence, and phloridzin crude solution, 50% ethanol elution solution and 90% ethanol elution solution were analyzed by HPLC for component. The antioxidation activity in vitro was tested for 90% ethanol elution solution. The result shows that the component in high content of ethanol elution solution is more simple; phloridzin isolated by resin has good capacity on scavenging HO•, O2-•and DPPH•, and shows good doses-response relationship .

Abstract: In this paper, we used bovine serum albumin and polymer as the blocking agents and investigated the effect of blocking agents on non-specific background of polystyrene microbead that used the human serum immunoassay. The results showed that the nonspecific background is lower by using polymer blocking agents. The best blocking condition was that microbeads were blocked by PVXT (0.5% polyvinyl alcohol PVA, 0.8% polyvinylpyrrolidone, 0.05% Tween-20, PBS phosphate buffer, pH7.0) for two hours at room temperature.
