Abstract: In this paper an image watermarking based on krawtchouk moment invariants is proposed. krawtchouk moments are selected for image watermarking because image reconstruction with these moments is better than other orthogonal moments like Legendre, Zernike and Tchebichef. Watermarking is composed of the mean of several function of the first and second krawtchouk moment invariants order designed to be invariant to translation, scaling and rotation. The watermarked image is a linear combination of the original image and a weighted nonlinear transformation of original. The weight is computed such that the mean of the watermarked image invariants is a predefined number. Watermark detection is as simple as computing the moment invariants of received image. The experiment results demonstrate the proposed method can obtain better visual effect, meanwhile, it is also robust enough to some image degradation process such as adding noise, cropping, filtering and JPEG compression.

Abstract: The feasibility of the application of probes with refraction angle of 20 degrees is discussed, and application effects of the probe are verified by experimental testing. The result shows, for ultrasonic TOFD testing of small flaws in lower part of high-wall-thickness work-pieces, the probe pair with refraction angle of 20 degree is superior to 45 degrees.

Abstract: Engineering database was the core of Bridge Seismic CAD System. It was a new engineering database for bridge seismic design based on relation database and data characteristic of bridge seismic design. The engineering databasewas suitable for storage and managing data of bridge seismic design, it was also created condition for data storage andmanagement of Bridge Seismic CAD System.

Abstract: The principle and cost analysis of Constraint-Based Space-Time Adaptive Monopulse (C-STAM) are given. Based on the idea of cognitive radar, a novel Knowledge-Aided Constraint-Based Space-Time Adaptive Monopulse (KA-C-STAM) is proposed. With the knowledge given by a tracking filter in data processing, the KA-C-STAM improves the performance of angle estimation. Numerical examples verify the validity of the novel method.

Abstract: The PSK signals have been applied widely in wireless communication systems, such as in the military and commercial satellite system, the digital short-wave radios, and the ALE system of radio station, etc. This article will be discussed on the problem of how to identify the PSK subclass signal in the situation of non-cooperative communication. In addition, the blind identification method based on Wavelet Transform (WT) and Phase Clustering has been mentioned in the following without knowing any prior information. The first is to obtain the phase mutation phase difference by using WT, and then the modulation recognition of PSK subclass signal will be achieved through the threshold that ground on characteristics of PSK structure. When SNR greater than 2dB, the recognition rate of PSK subclass signal can reach more than 93%, in the condition of white Gaussian noise.

Abstract: This article is devoted to the forward Euler difference method for the parabolic equation. In this paper, a forward Euler difference scheme is derived. It is shown that the forward Euler difference scheme is convergence and stability. Moreover, a numerical experiment is conducted to illustrate the theoretical results of the presented method.
