Abstract: In order to improve bandwidth utilization and reduce maintenance costs of each system equipment of fast road/highway on Beijing second ring road intersection, the article proposes a countermeasure of using integrated system equipment access method to optimize Beijing fast road/highway on intersection. Compared to the original integrated system equipment access method, this method can effectively improve the bandwidth utilization of the system equipment about 35% and save the cost about 68.1% based on maximum effective retaining the original system equipment.

From the theoretical basis of this paper, logistics and distribution of fresh produce to undertake studies to gray relational analysis of logistics indicators screening, and finally the use of performance linear weighting method to produce logistics and distribution processes were evaluated.

Abstract: Human and objective factors in bid evaluation might bring some risks to the relevant project. Therefore, an evaluation results-oriented model is developed for analyzing the projects' risks. The risk analysis model analyzes bidders’ evaluation results data by adopting the C4.5 algorithm, and then conducts risk analysis based on statistical theory and classification rules of the decision tree. The experiment result shows that the model could correctly detect risk factors of the bid-winning enterprise, issue early warnings of the potential risks during the project implementation, and provide suggestions to cope with the risks.

Abstract: Applying Multi-level Perceptron (MLP) neural network to analyze the importance of consumer behavior factors on new cigarette purchase price, the current price and the average daily amount of smoking, come to the results which education, income and occupation are the three most important factors, and analyzed the specific impact degree and mode of the three factors.

Abstract: In this paper, we selected 98 listed companies as simples and by studying their investment behavior before and after the U.S. subprime mortgage crisis in 2008, we make an empirical analysis of the effect of the balance sheet channel on China's enterprises. Adopt changes in net assets due to changes in asset prices as a variable measure of the balance sheet channel effects, reflecting the impact of the mechanism of direct investment. The results show that: before the crisis, the balance sheet channel effect for low interest coverage ratio greater corporate influence; after the crisis, the impact of the mechanism for the enterprise becomes low interest coverage ratio is not significant, but the impact of high interest coverage ratio of enterprises is still significant, and the impact is greater than before.

It has become a significant point of tourism crisis management to avoid the crisis or keep the lowest loss before crisis erupts. This essay analyzes the content of the tourism crisis pre-warning information management system through its concept and features, and designs the functions of the system. Basic on the realization of its functions, this essay builds up the tourism crisis pre-warning information management system to form a closed circuit of information, and to pre-warn the crisis by reasonable information utilization on any conditions such as non-crisis, successive pre-control and failure.
