Abstract: Aimed at combination weighting in multiple attribute decision making, a new approach for combining different weighting vectors is proposed. The proposed approach considers the randomicity of weights themselves and the consistency among weighting vectors, constructs a constrained weighted relative entropy model. Aimed at the disadvantage in the TOPSIS based on Euclidean distance, the TOPSIS based on Mahalanobis distance is adopted to solve the coefficients of optimal weight vector. Finally, an example is conducted and the results show the proposed approach is effective and is more reasonable than three other combination approaches.

Abstract: Studies have shown that a large proportion of the construction accident causes can be traced back to insufficient safety planning and design. The essence of incorporating the planning and design stage into construction safety risk management is an idea of “forward prevention” and “source management”. In this paper, bridge engineering as an example, a development idea of construction safety risk assessment during the planning and design stages in China were presented, such as perfecting a basic theoretical system, combination of legislative push and engineering practice, derivation the safety planning and design from the project construction status, etc. Chongqi Bridge and Taizhou Bridge engineering cases showed the construction safety could be built by improving the safety planning and design of the project, which could reduce the safety risk and thereby cut down the casualties and health hazard in the construction process.

Abstract: According to the status of vocational teaching quality evaluation, this paper will have an analysis of the AHP that is used to quantify the qualitative classroom teaching quality evaluation. It is applied to determine the weights of evaluation factors, to build a hierarchical model of teaching quality evaluation, to analyze implementation steps of AHP: construct hierarchical model-determine the weight of each factor-derived decision alternatives. Questionnaire analysis has proved that this method not only can be used to have a comprehensive evaluation of teaching quality but also to have an evaluation on the secondary index. The method is scientific, rational and has a high application value.

Abstract: Some multimedia teaching software based on the content analysis of already existing problem in the design process to understand the current situation of multimedia teaching software design university. A deep understanding of the knowledge classification learning theory is proposed on the basis of the knowledge classification learning theory as the guiding theory of software design can change the status. And put forward the knowledge classification learning specific design methodology under the guidance of the declarative and procedural knowledge of autonomous learning and multimedia teaching software. Finally based on the above specific strategies to achieve the design these kinds of knowledge learning multimedia teaching software.

Abstract: To manage operation mechanism of sports coaching teams, the mathematical models are introduced based on the coach evaluation system in USA. Using datum of college coaches and economy in USA from 1913 to 2013, we select top 3 college coaches in basketball, football and baseball field respectively from nearly 4,000 coaches by the AHP model and the Input-Output model. The conclusion is that economic factors should be considered in evaluating coach capacity.

Abstract: Using the empirical analysis, and a study object with the Shenzhen Polytechnic colleage, we make the investigation and research on college students ' interpersonal flat-form under new network media environment through the questionnaire survey.What is more, we also have a concrete analysis for the following aspects, such as its use and cognitive from students towards the new network media.Meanwhile,we recommend university should state his significance of the new network media to the university life through systematic course or training, guiding the graduates to know and understand its essence and historical development. Last but not least, it can cultivate students’ media evaluation and application development.

Abstract: Based on document method, statistics method and comparative methods, quasi-experimental design is employed to do the comparative study of teamwork instructional model. Two basketball major classes of grade two are singled out as the research objects, 42 people for each class. The results show that the group cohesion and team spirit in experimental class scores higher than that in control class.

Abstract: This paper analyzed and researched physical education curriculum evaluation system according to the principle of computer evaluation technique. The first part introduced the physical education curriculum evaluation system this thesis designed the function of the system. The second part of the paper established the mathematical model of the teaching model of physical education through a comprehensive fuzzy evaluation theory and introduced comprehensive fuzzy evaluation matrix form. The third part designed B/S and C/S joint framework model of computer evaluation of PE curriculum combined with comprehensive fuzzy evaluation mathematical model. Finally, this paper designed the Java programming language taking the evaluation of the students about physical education course for example and concluded the implementation form of the data structure table and designed the physical training computer evaluation system.

Abstract: The paper introduces the conception of civilian-run colleges and civilian-run colleges' teacher and teachers' turnover, analyses the reasons from external society factor, civilian-run colleges' human resources management factor and teacher' individual factor, then puts forward some measures of stabilizing teachers. Since teachers' turnover is the foremost factor in human resources management of civilian-run colleges, when analyzing reasons it involved every aspect of human resources management, so the paper put emphases on effective measures to control teachers' turnover, such as establishing an effective recruitment policy, a reasonable training system and perfect compensation system and vocation career programming, etc.
