Abstract: A statistical analysis is made on papers published in Geomatics and Information Science of Wuhan University from 2001 to 2010 in terms of the number of published papers, the statistics of key words frequency, the number of published papers of authors, the regional distribution of authors, the number of co-authored papers, the added number of paper authors and active author group. The research direction of geomatics and the scale and trend in which geomatics researchers have cooperated in past ten years is represented. It is reflected that the Journal has played an important role in the information transmission, experience exchange, talents training and the improvement and development of China’s geomatics cause.

Abstract: There are two main risks in aging society. First, macroeconomic stall caused by labor shortages. Second, the basic pension insurance fund income over expenditure, causing social instability. Now there is not research about risk assessment. Russia and China have different social system, based on catastrophe series method to create aging risk evaluation system. This paper evaluate the aging risk from the impact of the economic system and the social systems. This method combines the quantitative indicators and qualitative indicators, and it doesn’t need to determine the index weight. Finally China and Russia have been at the severe aging risk.

Abstract: With the city urbanization and increase in the number of motor vehicle, Study of the city traffic pattern from taxi GPS data has become the research hotspot. This paper analyzes two city taxi GPS data; calculate the peak of get-on/off amount, the time span distribution of time dimension. Radius of gyration of spatial dimension. Then analyze the traffic characteristics through these temporal characteristic parameters.

Abstract: With the economic transformation and the reform of higher education, the ‘dilemma’ in the talent market and the great changes in the college students’ employment market have become the focus points of social concerns. This paper made quantitative analysis of college students’ employment option, and constructed a game model of college students and employing units in order to make evolutionary game analysis. By deriving the evolutionary trend, we obtained the evolutionary stable strategies and locked the opportunity cost, degree of talent effort and working ability as the key factors that affecting the college students’ employment option.

Abstract: With the rapid economic development and the progress of science and technology, mapping technology has made great progress in our country. New mapping technologies are introduced and putted into use in more and more industry. In this paper, the fast mapping technologies are used to solve the sudden crisis situations, such as geological disasters and accidents.

Abstract: With the development of cloud-based data centers, cloud-based system has been widely used in many kinds of enterprises. Human resource management is an important issue in enterprise management. In this paper, we proposed a cloud based system for human resource management. Under the help of our design, the performance of the human resource management system can be improved apparently. In order to illustrate its superiority,we use some experiment to evaluate the proposed system. The experimental results indicated that the cloudy-based system would consume less memory and cpu resources while it has faster connection speed.

Abstract: The symbiosis theory is dated from the biogeochemical theory. From a symbiosis theory perspective, the development of Logistics Park bears some similarities. Accordingly, this article aims at researching on the basis of the symbiosis theory, analyzes the path feature, the path selection and other issues that occur in development processes of logistics parks. And then, this article obtains a conclusion that the ultimate development goal of logistics parks is forming a complete integration symbiosis model. At last, this article analyzes the stability of this model by logistic pattern, which will open up new thoughts and new methods for the development of logistics parks in China.

Abstract: Human behavior is one kind of complicated phenomena. Comprehensive and profound understanding of their behavioral characteristics has been the direction of the tireless efforts of people. In recent years, studies have shown that: if the time series of human behavior is a Poisson process, its probability distribution is exponential distribution interval. However, currently a number of empirical analyses show that: some of the probability distribution of the interval of events triggered by human behavior are Power-law distribution and the process is an intermittency process. In this paper, based on a statistical analysis of about 1300000 user log of TJU-ACM from 2004 to 2013, we found that distribution of the interval of submit time of users follows a power law with an exponent characteristic, which is a difference from the analysis results of the previous wording. After investigation, we knew the reason for this result is that the answer to the question of ACM online is driven by a specific interaction of interest. It also further demonstrates that for the time series of some natural phenomena and human behavior, its time domain features are shown a strong episodic, and its distribution characteristics are driven by specific factors.

Abstract: Crowdsourcing has become an important tool to aggregate the wisdom of the crowd in this Internet age. A central problem in building an online crowdsourcing system is to determine the appropriate number of workers to assign tasks to. We study this problem by formulating a Bayes Net framework and introduce a quantity derived from posterior distribution to measure the convergence of crowd opinions. Using this quantity, our algorithm could stop soliciting opinions from more workers if the distribution of opinions is unlikely to change in future predictions. We empirically demonstrate the effectiveness of the designed strategy by building a challenging fine-grained image annotation task on Amazon Mechanical Turk. Experiment results show that our approach not only saves annotation cost but also guarantees high annotation quality.

Abstract: Pig farmers’ behaviors of veterinary drug usage will affect the quality safety of pork products. Based on factor analysis and the field research of pig farmers, this paper makes the evaluation research on pig farmers’ usage behaviors of veterinary drugs with real evidences. And the results show that: the indexes of pig farmers’ behaviors of veterinary drug usage are a bit low, and the main factor that restricts pig farmers’ behaviors of veterinary drug usage is that pig farmers lack knowledge of the usage of veterinary drugs. Through the behaviors such as establishing the guidance on drug usage and keeping medication administration records, pig farmers’ behaviors of veterinary drug usage can be standardized to some extent.
