Abstract: Modeling of bionic-bone tissue scaffold is the kernel of the structure design and bionic manufacturing of bionic bone scaffold. According to the growth requirements of new bone tissue cell on the porosity and pore size of bionic bone tissue model, an approach for modeling of bionic-bone tissue scaffold based on the surface model of bone tissue is presented by filling the profile model of bone tissue with the delamination of hollow unit cell. The hollow cubic unit cell is designed with controllable porosity and pore size. The algorithm for filling the profile of bone tissue with delamination of porous unit cell is provided for generating the model of bionic bone with pore structure. The scaffold model is stored in Common Layer Interface (CLI) file for the Rapid Prototyping Manufacturing (RPM) of scaffold.

Abstract: Based on RP, the web-service platform architecture of bionic manufacturing was proposed to provide the service of networked bionic manufacturing with service publication. According to B/S hierarchical structure model, the four-layer architecture was constructed. It includes user layer, service layer, semantic layer and data layer. The description meta-model of web-service was constructed based on the manufacturing ontological knowledge. The dynamic connection between two collaborative enterprises and their manufacturing condition were described with enterprise class, process class, resource class, enterprise-alliance class, project class and strategy class. The information flow of web-service was detailedly described to show the service process of bionic manufacturing.

Abstract: To describe the modular structure of numerical control (NC) system and deal with the problem of interference between modules in software reliability analysis, a module dependency graph (MDG) was presented and a scenario-based scheme was proposed. MDG describes reliability of module in different application environment, module dependency and structure of software with establishing maps among modules, execution scenarios and reliability. According to the information shown in MDG, an algorithm based on the idea of traversing directed graph in graph theory was proposed. The algorithm calculates the reliability of scenario with breadth-first principle. The reliability of system could be obtained from reliability and running frequency of scenario. The scheme eliminates the defects of the conventional methods which ignore module correlation. Case study proves the scheme could evaluate the reliability of NC software effectively.

Abstract: A kind of multi-sensor detection device was designed by using multi-sensor combined detection technology. The signal of axial force, torque and vibration in vertical and horizontal direction in deep hole drilling were collected respectively, and delivered to computer for processing by using data collection device. And then the feature parameters that can reflect the cutting tool wear were abstracted by means of the method of time-domain analysis and frequency-domain analysis. Finally, the state was classified by mode identification method and the judgment samples are also obtained.

Abstract: This dissertation mainly introduces Fuzzy-PID Control which are used in the PFPL (Pseudo-flexible Production Line). The servo system plays an important role in the NC machine. The performance of servo system decide the quality of NC machine in very great degree This dissertation research and develop a milling and paring manufacture unit of open CNC system -- Numerical control unit of PFPL. By using the GT-SV motion controller, put up the software and hardware platform of NC unit rapidly with module design method and the target -oriented programming idea .Take NC milling machine as the process platform, this dissertation use intellectual PID control method to improve the servo control of motion controller, through the pointing accuracy survey of the milling machine, confirmed the actual effect of Fuzzy-PID control.

Abstract: At present, crankshafts are finished mostly by abrasive cloth and manual steel brush, which is not ideal on finishing quality, efficiency and cost, especially cleanness degree does not meet design and use request. So a new horizontal spindle barrel finishing for crankshafts has been developed. To contrast the finishing effect, surface geometric characteristic, physical-mechanical property, cleanness degree etc. are analyzed, which indicates this process can comprehensively improve the surface integrity of crankshafts’ part. Simultaneously, this process can decrease cost, reduce labour intensity, improve efficiency, and easy to automation. Its application has wide economic and social benefits.

Abstract: Based on product configuration and modular design, a product rapid design method for customer individual requirements was proposed. Aiming at the product configuration correlation of this product rapid design method, we classify the product in accordance with the product functional modular classification principle, define the correlation between the functional modules, set up the correlation matrix between each module and recognize the customer demand of individual product configuration immediately by using the exclusion algorithm. At last, taking multimedia LCD projector as paradigm, we verify this method.

Abstract: Because of the control complexity of the Parallel Kinematic Machines (PKMs), such mechanisms may suffer from lack of accuracy at high speed. Unfortunately, conventional motion controllers have very limited flexibility because they are designed for Cartesian coordinates. Therefore, the motion control system for PKMs with both high performance and open architecture is urgently demanded. In this paper, an open architecture control system for PKMs based on multi-DSP parallel procession is presented. Then, the hierarchical distributed control strategy is discussed in details. In addition, the realization of an interactive communication interface among DSP processors is presented. According to the testing results, the developed system is capable of obtaining an interpolation sampling period at least 3 times faster than that could be offered by most controllers based on single-DSP, thus it is available for high-speed and high-accuracy control of PKMs.

Abstract: The grey relation analysis method of the grey systems theory is combined with the fault tree analysis method of reliability theory, and introduced to the analysis and diagnosis of striking cylinder of piston air-compressor. The various fault pattern occurrence possibilities in fault tree analysis of the striking cylinder of the piston air-compressor are analyzed and judged by calculating importance of the bottom event structure of the fault tree as well as the calculating and sorting of the grey relation degree, which provides theoretical basis for accurately preventing the fault occurrence. Calculation example showed the effectiveness and reliability of this method.

Abstract: A new learning way for neural network (NN) in which its weights can be optimized by using the ant colony algorithm is presented in this paper. The learning of neural network belongs to continuous optimization. The ant colony algorithm is initially developed for hard combinatorial optimization. A kind of ant colony optimization (ACO) for continuous optimization, which includes global searching, local searching and definite searching, is developed based on the basic ant colony algorithm. A three-layer neural network, as an example, is trained to express nonlinear function. The efficiency of the new algorithm is examinated. It is found that the new developed method has the merits of both ant colony algorithm and neural network.
