Abstract: Based on parametric techniques, feature techniques, and feature-based parametric modeling techniques, the system of the parametric feature modeling techniques family and its modeling method were put forward to realize rapid and efficient modeling. The technical term of family table, the steps and characteristics of family table modeling were proposed firstly. Then, Pro/program and its application in the parametric modeling of mechanical products were discussed in detail, and a feature-based parametric prototype was developed by UDF. Finally, a running example of feature-prototype for spur gears was given to demonstrate the validity and efficiency of the feature-based parametric modeling techniques family.

Abstract: Based on the fact that symmetric coupler curve can have three different tangent points with given straight-line, the three symmetric points of coupler locus was specified, and they was made into symmetric tangent points to determine the position of instant centre method. The size of the hinged four-bar linkage straight-line mechanism is determined using the position of instant centre method. The results were shown that coupler locus curve is obtained with this approach that is approximated with the intended straight-line precisely, and the basis of this approach is simpler than other analytic approaches.

Abstract: In this paper, the methods of the basin of attraction and the nonnegative coercive function are used to discuss the existence and uniquence of the periodic solution to the Newtonian equation of motion. Some Theorem is proved and the main results are generalized and discussed in this papers.

Abstract: pay management, which is an important function of human resources management in enterprises. Enterprises pay gets relationship with effective management of the entire enterprise human cost of reasonable control, overall satisfaction of staff and internal management of enterprises in the fair and so on, all kinds of problems. This article states the contents of salary management and the function of incentives and analyzes the mistake and reasons in pay administration, and establishes some ways to solve those problems. At the same time, it also analyses a fair and effective pay system to attract and retain the talented in order to encourage employees' enthusiasm for work and improve enterprises' overall performance.

Abstract: Workflow management systems (WFMS) are complex distributed systems, which are geared for the orchestration of business processes across multiple organizations. In order to adapt to the heterogeneous, distributed and dynamic environment, we propose a goal-oriented active service model. The model is designed to support organizational coevolution for providing workflow services. This paper reviews the introduction and motivation for active service approach, discusses the technologies used in active service, which represents steps towards the end goal of building virtual service group and organizational coevolutionary(COE) algorithm.

Abstract: A typical fan desulphurization measuring points (failure-prone region), according to measurement data on many occasions, its failure to find the development trend of the equipment malfunction and made more accurate judgments. At the same time, the preparation of the equipment, the corresponding vibration diagnostic criteria and common fault identification intelligent system and continuously updated to facilitate site inspection personnel equipment vibration condition monitoring work and improve their equipment to grasp the operation of the accuracy and efficiency.

Abstract: In line with the principle of ergonomics and mechanism and based on bar linkage ,this thesis puts forward a nursing bed robot with the introduction of its structure and working principle. According to the many-body system dynamics theory and by the application of the simulation software ADAMS of mechanical system dynamics ,we first set up the pattern of the virtual model machine which posses a nursing bed with the combined linkage of sitting up straight with its knees bent. And second we successfully optimized the dimensions of the structural parts of the nursing bed robot by realizing the design goal of minimizing the maxi force intensity borne by the linear motor .Finally following the result of optimization and the optimal scheme which satisfies the design requirements, we made the model machine of the nursing bed robot.

Abstract: In this work, the artificial neural network model and physical model are established and utilized for predicting the fiber diameter of polypropylene(PP) spunbonding nonwovens from the process parameters. The artificial neural network model has good approximation capability and fast convergence rate, is used in this research. The results show the artificial neural network model can provide quantitative predictions of fiber diameter and yield more accurate and stable predictions than the physical model, which reveals that the artificial neural network model is based on the inherent principles, and it can yield reasonably good prediction results and provide insight into the relationship between process parameters and fiber diameter.

Abstract: The internet with its growing population has technologies which provide the tourism enterprises’ management with an unprecedented level of connectivity and the ability to communicate efficiently and effectively directly with tourism customers. E-business which operates on the backbone of the Internet could help the tourism enterprises generate innovativeness conducting to additional revenue by reaching the markets they could not access using traditional systems. The innovativeness plays a very important role in the tourism enterprises’ management in recent years, by which the application of e-business can supply with more convenience. The article analyses the factors which lead tourism consumers to becoming online consumers. Particularly, e-business is viewed as means of the innovativeness affecting the tourism enterprises’ management, so the e-business application is proposed to add innovativeness to the tourism enterprises’ management recently. The model of the innovativeness of the tourism enterprises’ management is tried to be tested on tourism e-business consumers who do online shopping for tourism product or service. Finally, it can be believed that e-business acceptance of tourism enterprises is determined by the tourism e-business consumers’ attitudes to the model of innovativeness of the tourism enterprises’ management.

Abstract: In this paper, we investigated the definition of product design knowledge, design knowledge origin characteristics and design knowledge formalized representation method, etc. We also established the methods to classify and represent the concept-design knowledge and developed an ontology-based model presenting the design knowledge as well as a model for modeling cycles. From the design knowledge management’s angle, design knowledge modeling approach is studied to support the design knowledge development, transfer and reuse for the construction machinery the knowledge modeling.
