Abstract: The characteristics of hybrid electric vehicles’ noise and vibration are different when compared with traditional vehicles, especially in idle condition. Taking the noise level of driver location as reference, this paper investigates the influence of noise of power assisted steering pump equipped in a HEV under idle condition, and figure out how it transfers into cavity using spectrum analysis, vibrational energy transfer analysis, and FRF (frequency response function) analysis etc. It is proved that air-borne noise rather than structure-borne noise is the main source. Test verification is consistent with the analysis result, and appropriate acoustic treatment can be effective in improving the noise level inside the vehicle in idle condition.

Abstract: Empirical mode decomposition (EMD) has recently been pioneered by Huang et al. for adaptively representing non-stationary signals as sums of zero-mean amplitude modulation frequency modulation components. The traditional EMD algorithm adopts the cubic spline interpolation as an effective tool processing non-stationary signal, but it cannot effectively extract the characteristic frequencies from a highly non-stationary signal, and the overshoots and the undershoots may become a common phenomenon during the decomposition process. In order to solve the problem, we presents the piecewise linear fractal interpolation as the spline interpolating. Finally, we will use the simulation signal to verify the effectiveness of the improved EMD.

Abstract: This paper describes a household service robot with two lightweight arms and a trinocular vision sensor. According to DH convention, the coordinate system of two arms is established, and position and orientation of the hand is computed. The inverse kinematics of the arm is solved with geometric and algebraic solution methods. By the trinocular vision sensor, robot can recognize the bottle and get its 3-D space coordinate. Through experiments, both correctness of the algorithm and stability of the robot control system are validated.

Abstract: Structured multi-signatures is a special multi-signature which multiple signer can sign the same message and it provided co-signers with different position have different authorization capability. There are lots of structured multi-signature schemes such as Harn’s scheme and Burmester’s scheme, etc. Though Harn’s scheme was relatively safer, yet this scheme was not safety enough because it was very easily aggressed by the forgery attack. This paper shows the scheme can not resist the forgery attack. Then the paper proposed a new structure multi-signature scheme based on the difficulty of the discrete logarithm problem with verifying signature parameter and signers’ public keys. By verifying public-key, the new scheme can resist lots of outsider attack and insider attack. The validity of the new scheme can be verified, and it is a secure structured multi-signature scheme.

Abstract: In order to visualize the water control planning, optimization of Matlab is embeded into VB programe. Friendly man-machine interface can easily realize the integration of data analysis and water pollution control optimization which can form the visualization software related to water pollution control programs. Examples are shown that combination of the two programmes can greatly enhance the grade and accuracy of planning to improve the work efficiency. The potential applications of the combination of VB and Matlab are discussed in final discussion.

Abstract: In view of the problem that the predictive results of flow quantity are not ideal for the predictive models at present. Based on the chaos identification to the flood system, chaos BP neural network model are developed combined chaos theory and BP neural netwok, flood sequences are disposed by phase-space reconstruction to be as training sample. Network structure can be determined by Matlab toolbox. The established chaos BP model is used to predict the phenomenon of peak value for Huayuankou hydrometric station in 2006. The results show that the predictive model combined chaos theory and BP neural network, has certain reference value to improve flood forecasting accuracy as a new attempt.

Abstract: Wireless data communication technology under industrial environment is a new development trend in recent years, applying wireless technology to the field of data collection can solve problems and shortcomings caused by wired network, such as cabling, faulty inspection difficulties and so on. Safe operation of mine hoist matters much to the safety of mine production. As a result of the lack of detection measures hoist overload occurs from time to time, it poses a greater threat to safety in production. Combing sensor technology with emerging wireless communication technology, the wireless data transmission technology program that takes P89LPC935 MCU as cored controlling component is designed and provided in this project, constructing a new type of real-time monitoring system for main shaft hoist load.

Abstract: For heat supply department and users, traditional charging methods have many drawbacks, of them, heat metering and billing is a prominent problem that needs to be solved. In management administration, the difficulty of metering and charging in heat supply department is becoming increasingly prominent. In this design, ultrasonic heat meter is used to meter heat, the acquired heat data will be transported to data collection node via wireless transmission network the node then connect with internet via the interface thus the remote metering system is finally constituted, all heat meters are linked to form a computer dynamic monitoring network, the monitoring center monitors heat meters according to real-time data transported by the dynamic monitoring network. As a result, informatization and intellectualization can be achieved in heat metering and charging.

Abstract: PSO algorithm is apt to appear the phenomenon of search stagnancy. To overcome the phenomenon, it uses the crossover and mutation mechanism of genetic algorithm and thought of simulated annealing for references. It has put forward the hybrid PSO algorithm and applies it to the problem of logistics center location selection, its validity and speediness has been proved through emulation.

Abstract: The paper introduces a real-time monitoring system for cardiac patient, the system is made up of three main sub-systems: patient physical states data acquisition system based on wireless sensors, wireless communication system and hospital monitoring and control centre. The patient physical states data acquisition system monitors the main physical parameters and movement status continuously. The information from data acquisition system is sent to hospital monitoring centre by wireless communication system. The monitoring centre receives the information from each patient and save them to database, then judge the state of patient by Dempster-Shafer evidence theory. The data from patient can be displayed as graph on computer screen if it is necessary, and then the doctor can diagnose the patient according to the continuous data.
