Abstract: -This paper deals with the problem of fault detection filter (FDF) design for singular stochastic systems . By using an observer-based FDF as a residual generator, the robust fault detection is formulated as a filtering problem. Based on linear matrix inequalities (LMIS) techniques and stability theory of stochastic differential equations, stochastic Lyapunov function method is adopted to design a FDF such that, the filter residual system is sensitive to the fault but robust to the exogenous disturbance.Sufficient conditions are proposed to guarantee the stochastically mean-square stablility with an performance for the faulty detection system. The existence of a FDF for the system under consideration is achieved in terms of LMIS . Moreover, the expressions of desired fault detection filter are given.

Abstract: Vibration isolation structure of Siemens-Schottel-Propulsor (SSP) is analyzed and the parameters and optimization in vibration isolation structure is computed theoretically in this paper. The choice of parameters in vibration isolation structure is an optimization process, and it is subjected to many practical constraints. From the view of the force strength, the vibration isolation materials should be “hard” while from vibration reducing effect it should be “soft”. For the double-layer vibration reducing structure, in addition to meeting the requirement of deformation and strength, the obvious stiff difference should be arranged in structure to reduce vibration. The vibration isolation structure plays the role as a transfer functions, outputs different responses according to different excitation input. The results show that the characteristics of the exciting signals should be considered in the SSP vibration isolation structure’s design, it is important to select the vibration isolation for SSP cushion materials.

Abstract: In this paper, Mobile Agent (MA) and a number of intrusion detection system described. Considering the shortcoming of the current intrusion detection system, a new system called the intrusion detection system based on MA was described. Using the autonomy of MA, Intrusion Detection System based on MA avoids single-point failure, and robusts the system. As a result, the security of network has been increased.

Abstract: In this paper, According to the collaborative manufacturing resources optimization deployment problems, designed subsection crossover and subsection mutation based on process code, adopted fitness scaling method and ranking method to select operators, proposed an improved genetic algorithm based on DNA computation for solving the resources optimization deployment problems, so that the offspring are better able to inherit the good features of parent. Through simulation, tested the designed algorithm performance; by comparing with conventional genetic algorithm test results, it proved the validity of the designed algorithm.

Abstract: Mathematical expectation is one of the important digital characters of the random variables. Many decision variables in decision problem are random variables; it is difficult to define their concrete distribution, while we can use their mathematical expectation to resolve decision questions. The applications of mathematical expectation in decision question were analyzed by example from two aspects of project contract decision and obtain employment decision.

Abstract: Spectral data such as near-infrared spectrum and frequency spectrum can simply the modeling of the difficulty-to-measured parameters. A novel modeling approach combined the feature extraction with extreme support vector regression (ESVR) is proposed. The latent variables space based feature extraction method can successfully complete the dimension reduction and independent variable extraction. The novel proposed ESVR leaning algorithm is realized by using extreme learning machine (ELM) kernel as SVR kernel, which is used to construct final models with better generalization. The experimental results based on the orange juice near-infrared spectra demonstrate that the proposed approach has better generalization performance and prediction accuracy.

Abstract: The spectral properties of broadband pumped optical parametric amplification (BPOPA) are investigated theoretically. General mathematical expression to describe the relationship between the pump bandwidth (BW) and the parametric BW is achieved. There exist broaden and compression point of parametric spectral BW by observing the figures origin from obtained expression. Results obtained show good accordance with published experiments and the numerical simulations, which is calculated by means of three-wave mixing equations. The results are helpful for optimization of broadband pump-based OPA and optical parametric oscillation.

Abstract: The foundation style of such construction as liquefied oil storage tank and environmental protected reaction pool is mostly annular foundation. In the paper, the annular foundation will be put on WINKER foundation, and then the annular foundation will be simplified as a curve beam, the cubic B spline functions as displacement functions of curve beam. The dynamical equation and the nature frequency of annular foundation based on the instantaneous principle of minimum potential energy, and put forward Spline Function Method to solve the nature frequency of annular foundation. Numerical examples are provided to demonstrate the simplicity and effectiveness of the present method. The results are in good agreement with experimental data.

Abstract: A new occupant restraint system test bed was designed based on the regulations on automotive seat test and safe-belt contact point strength test, which was capable of conducting seat rigid test, safe-belt contact point strength test, headrest performance test. The structure and parameters of the test bed were designed and FE model of the centre frame of the test bed was built with ANSYS to analyze the strength. Then the measuring and control system was developed based on LabVIEW. Finally, the static strength test of automotive seat and safe-belt contact point test were performed to evaluate the test device. The results demonstrated that this device met the test regulation requirements and could be used to conduct further investigation and vehicle design for occupant restraint system.

Abstract: Initiation style can affect detonation wave, with which the movement and shape of rod is controlled deeply. The driving characteristic of discrete rod is investigated numerically by finite element code. Four initiation styles are chosen to analyze the driving rule of the shape and velocity of discrete rod. According to those investigating results, side one-point initiation is the optimal style. In this condition, higher velocity and lower velocity margin are obtained, as well. Compared with other initiation styles, side one-point initiation can improve the damage ability about 10% for the certain requirement.
