Abstract: On the base of analyzing the kinematics equations of non-circular machine tool, a new control algorithm is created by lathe tool kinematics principle, which based on the time-base method, in the non-circular machine tool have been verified on the experimental results show that the machining accuracy can be improved effectively. In order to obtain non-circular turning function relative to traditional CNC system, a new Open CNC systems was designed based on PMAC (programmable multi-axes controller) and linear motor. The research focused on the time-base following control between the CNC system and the linear servo systems used for the non-circular section turning. The advantages of the linear motor system directly driven by simple structure, quick transient response, high velocity and acceleration, high accuracy, little vibration and noise etc, which meets the requirements of manufacturing parts with non-circular section, and has been widely applied in the CNC forming and machining. To fit the crank non-circular contour, uses the high frequency linear servo motor to drive the tool move to-and-fro with high frequency, so the tool will track the crank non-circular contour with real time. With the results of several experiments for time-base following control with displacement feedback, the feasibility and efficiency of Open CNC system are verified.

Abstract: With the Phase Doppler Analyzer (PDA), the distribution characteristics of the liquid propellant simulated media produced by the designed counter dual-swirl air blast atomizer are studied. The results indicate that, the maximum axial mean velocity decreases with the increase of the axial distance away from the swirl exit plane, but the uniformity of the distribution along the radial direction are better and the differences among the degree axes decay. The circumferential distribution of the droplets’ diameter is uneven. The uniformity of the droplets’ diameter decreases after increases along with the radial direction. The mean diameters of the droplets increase first, and then decrease with the increase of the radial distance away from the center axis. The distribution of the droplets along the radial direction is better as the spray evolves to downstream.

Abstract: Using the APDL (ANSYS Parametric Design Language) and combining the object-oriented visual design interface of VB, the parametric analysis and modeling system of belt conveyor driving drum is established. With the system, the designers only need to enter the right design parameters to generate the driving drum model and the corresponding post-processing results instead of the repetitive work. It improves efficiency and provides a basis for designing the suitable driving drum. The correctness and feasibility of the system was verified by analyzing examples.

Abstract: The electrical haulage shearer is an important coal mining machine, and the reliability of cutting unit plays an important role in improving the production efficiency. First of all, the dynamic fault tree of not-cutting failure for the MG550/1220 electrical haulage shearer was established. The dynamic fault tree was analyzed by the binary decision diagram and Markov method in the manner of modular approach. Eventually, the minimum cut sets, the top event unreliability and the importance measures of dynamic fault tree were obtained. Research shows that the improper installation of first shaft bearing, the cage off of the first shaft bearing, the cutting motor damage and the poor quality of lubricating oil are the principal contributor to the not-cutting failure of the shear. Consequently, these parts should be given more attention in the optimization design and routing maintenance.

Abstract: Three sets of handling equipment were developed during the renovation of 500-meter long rail production line in Shahe Welding Rail Base Station. The equipment is nonstandard which includes multiple support units to uplift the long rail during its translating process. In this paper the relationship between the number of supports and the performance of the equipment will be discussed in detail.

Abstract: The stress analysis model of sliding vane which is the critical element in a compressor is put forward and dynamic analysis of the sliding vane has been done by Mat lab in this treatise. Through analysis and computation the forces transformation ranges of sliding vane in serial production are got out and variety regularities of forces are analyzed. Based on forced analysis frictional efficiency is analyzed and imitated. The relationship of compressor’s main design parameters with frictional efficiency is searched out. The results are significant for property analysis and optimization of compressor.

Abstract: Along with the increasing electric load in the mobile, the request of the mobile electric system is increasing as well. Today, the standard output voltage of the claw alternator in the mobile is 12V or 24V. The performance and efficiency of the traditional claw alternator in the mobile cannot meet with the increasing request of them anymore. In addition to actively develop the new claw-pole alternator, try hard to improve the performance and efficiency of the traditional motor by optimizing the parameters is a solution to the problem of efficient and economic means. This paper will calculate the basic mathematical claw alternator model of the 14V machine. Based on it, have the machine’s structural parameters analyzed and optimized, making the operating performance as high as possible on the basic size of the motor in the original.

Abstract: Aiming to the advantages of traditional manual mechanical adjustment for gaps between key parts of offset machine, a method for gaps adjusting automatically was proposed and a prototype of adjusting device based on BR622 offset machine was formed. In this research, the principle of adjustment automatically was discussed, the configuration with the ARM controller as core of adjustment automatically system was designed, the control software process was analyzing and a prototype was developed. The method of automatic adjustment for gap can simplify the operations and has practical significance.

Abstract: This paper explains and demonstrates how to construct integration simulation model of exavtor operator based on modelica language. The paper firstly introduce the history of modelic language and application in production design; secondly the paper construct exavtor operator dynamics model by D-H method and construct operator’s modelica model by dymola soft; then the paper analyse the hydraulic system of operator, and construct hydraulic simulation model which integrate to operator mechanism system; at last the paper gives simulation results of vauious operating mode. Because of consideration in coordination of mechanism and hydraulic of operator,the simulation results approach actual working process,and improve the exavtor’s design efficiency and reliability.

Abstract: The important sign of product innovation is the superior to exploit better manufacture functions, light weight as well as reliable performances with lower cost. The paper is focused on the truss structure optimized design which is used for arch bridge reinforcement. The strength, stiffness and dynamics consideration are analyzed by finite element method (FEM), and the topology optimized truss structure is put forward based on the analyzed results.
