Abstract: In order to improve quality and efficiency of technical service, a new mode of technical service is presented, which is networked technical services oriented product lifecycle. Definition of the networked technical services is put forward, feature of the networked technical services is analyzed and function of the networked technical services system is introduced. Base on these works a prototype system of the networked technical service is developed. Results of the system running prove correctness of theory and feasibility of technology.

Abstract: Based on Oxley’s predictive model, the novel analytical modeling of shear band spacing of serrated chip in high speed cutting of aluminum alloys is investigated accounting for the effect of strain rate hardening in addition to temperature softening. It is indicated that the shear band spacing decreases with increasing the cutting velocity and increases with increasing undeformed chip thickness. Other than the cutting velocity and undeformed chip thickness, the shear band spacing initially descends to minimum and subsequently ascends with increasing the tool rake angle.

Abstract: It is a classical result that there is no compactly supported, symmetric, orthogonal univariate scalar wavelet. In this paper, the author aims to obtain multi-wavelets with several good properties. That is, the multi-wavelets are compactly supported, symmetric, orthogonal and have suitable vanishing moments. Firstly, we point out that the orthogonality and symmetry of the multi-wavelets can be obtained if the filter banks are constructed by matrix factorization. Secondly, it is presented how the choices of 2-th real orthogonal matrices matters in the construction. In the end, this paper discusses how the parameters are chosen so that the multi-wavelets will have suitable vanishing moments.

Abstract: Derricking device of flexible transmission is widely applied in crawler cranes, while its derricking speed hasn't been studied very well. In this paper, the kinematics model of derricking device is firstly established. Next, the dynamic analysis is done. A succinct method based on the load's prescriptive swing angle is put forward. The reasonable speed and acceleration of derricking device are determined according to the method. The adopted values provide a reliable basis for design and analysis. The study puts a way for the following work. All in all, it is innovative.

Abstract: A large amount of standard parts are usually used in manufacturing enterprises, in order to promote efficiency of product design, establishment of standard part library is very important. It can greatly reduce repetitive design and drafting. UG NX software is used as the platform. The method and step to establish the standard library based on UG/Open API and MoldWizard are studied deeply. The problems such as entry function and how to edit attributes of the standard library are solved eventually. By contrasted with other second development methods, MoldWizard is adopted to establish the enterprise’s standard part library. The design scheme and system architecture of the library are given, and the process of establishing the library is shown by examples. A mould for bottom telephone cover is rapidly designed based on MoldWizard. It proves that standard mould part library can help to improve the drafting efficiency and quality.

Abstract: Logical framework of enterprise integration platform is constructed, which is based on the model of user-process-applications. The application systems and business processes are encapsulated by the neutral and standard web services with the support of enterprise applications and database. By using services publishing and discovering mechanisms, enterprise resources can be located and shared. Services within the enterprise can by dynamically orchestrated as processes, so that the enterprise business process can by dynamically constructed and monitored according to the changing environment. Core of the platform is orchestration and management of web services, which is driver by a process engine. The platform is exhibited as enterprise portal supporting single sing-on. An enterprise –wide Kanban system is also incorporated within the platform, covering the enterprise and workshop information. An example is given at the end.

Abstract: E-Manufacturing is a new manufacturing concept under current situation. It is the effective enterprise technologies of integrating all kinds of heterogeneous systems from plant floor sources to suppliers and customers by electronic and Web technologies. To achieve this, it needs an information-supporting platform called e-Manufacturing Information Integration Platform, which are the solution facing services. It utilizes Web Services to encapsulate the functions of the basic information systems of manufacturing companies. Those functions become the e-Manufacturing nodes and these e-Manufacturing nodes form an integration platform. At the end, a reference modeling of open e-Manufacturing Integration Platform based on the web services technology is presented. The core concepts of e-Manufacturing Integration Platform are shown. At the same time, the key technologies and implements are researched.

Abstract: In the interoperation among enterprises in Business, there is a big problem that different data models and information description are used in different enterprises’ systems which blocking the ambient Semantic collaboration. Ontology is an important tool to overcome syntax and semantic misunderstanding. Our goal is to provide a user-friendly environment supporting syntax and neutral format data model for business information. In this paper, a unified description of data model which mapping from logical data of enterprise’s information system is developed to solve the gap in interoperation. It provides the methods to realize the mapping among serious types of data or information. Firstly, database and other types of information are transformed into neutral format which described by OWL. Secondly, the neutral format can be mapped into the semantic entities and semantic linking through the process of extraction and annotation and added into ontology and been described in a standard method which makes the collaboration could be understood. Lastly, a prototype is described and realized as an integration platform.

Abstract: Automobile gearbox assembling line is a typical dynamic discrete system. It is very difficult to guarantee the layout reasonability and running reliability of the system with traditional experience design. In the paper, with the given automobile gearbox assembling line, visual simulation was adopted to realize the design and management of the system. The methods of queue-service net and event scheduling were applied on the modeling of assembling line and simulation of running process, respectively. And through the experiments on the system, the optimal number of AGV and reasonable scheduling rule were obtained.

Abstract: Looseness fault can occur in rotor part, bearing and pedestal for the vibration caused by alteration of operating craft and inappropriate installation. In the paper, a new pedestal looseness model is proposed by comprehensively considering the advantages and disadvantages of current models of pedestal looseness. By using nonlinear finite element method, the nonlinear characters of overhanging dual-disc rotor bearing for pedestal looseness fault are studied. The work has important significance on safe running and prolonging the life span of machines.
