Abstract: Robust spectrum sensing is one of the essential issues for building and commercializing the cognitive radio system. With the challenging wireless environment, a reliable and computation feasible real-time spectrum sensing method using filter bank has been proposed in this letter. Extended Gaussian Function and Fast Fourier Transform are effectively combined together to implement a non-parameter and thus robust spectrum sensing. Numerical results are provided to compare the performance of the proposed method with that of the existing spectrum sensing.

Abstract: Although studies have emphasized the importance of fit between technology competency and environmental factors on new product development, the empirical examination of this field has been somewhat scarce. This paper therefore examines whether the fit between technology competency and environmental turbulence exist, and impact of this fit on firm’s new product performance. Based on a survey of cross-industry sample of 336 manufacturing SMEs in China, we find that technology competency and environmental turbulence interactively impact NPD performance. Specifically, the efficiency of internal technology competency would deteriorate in dynamic environment.

Abstract: Over the last decades, small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) have grown exponentially and become a key element in China’s economy. The purpose of this paper is to conduct a compararive evaluations of innovation capabilities status of SMEs in China across different sectors. Six dimensions of innovation capability that influence mostly NPD performance of firms are identified, such as technology, organization, strategy, organizational climate, manufacturing and marketing. A practical survey was carried out in the manufacturing industry of Zhejiang Province. We find that in different firm sizes and development stages SMEs have significant disparities in intensity of different capability dimensions respectively. Medium firms has higher scores in all of innovation capability dimensions than small firms. The bottleneck of capabilities in small firms are found in Org_Process, M_C, and MKT_S. All of firms in three stages are consistently adept in MKT_L, Climate_L, and lack in Org_Process; Mature firms exhibit the greatest level in all of innovation capability dimensions, and growing firms and startup firms are lower in sequence.

Abstract: Based on the work of domestic and foreign scholars and the application of complex systems theory, we study the first-order approximate solution of a category nonlinear model, and the intrinsic complex relationship among oscillation amplitude, phase, the system inherent damping parameters, driven amplitudeand driving frequency of approximate solution under the circumstances of system quality resonance that incentive frequency of nonlinear model which is far away from system inherent frequency when . We also study the evolution process of system complexity with different combination of factors , and have got some useful research findings.

Abstract: Classification is one of most important tasks in pattern recognition. Support vector machine (SVM) and its improved algorithms are quite important to classification. Although these approaches perform well in practice, they can’t take within-class and between-class scatter into consideration. Inspired from the Fisher’s discriminant ratio in linear discriminant analysis (LDA), a minimum within-class and maximum between-class scatter support vector machine (MMSVM) is proposed. MMSVM has the advantages of SVM and LDA and reflects distributions of classes, therefore, classification accuracy is improved in most cases. Experiments on many datasets verify the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm.

Abstract: Large 3D model lightweight is a practical need in CAD developments and applications. In this paper, a lightweight algorithm through intelligent geometrical information reduction for large assembly is proposed to generate simple model by using the assembly structure. This algorithm aims at reducing the size of 3D CAD model from three levels: components, feature and surfacing geometry. Key strategies such as components suppression, surface treatments based on hollow suturation and shell extraction, were used in the processing. Later experiments show that our lightweight algorithm can get satisfactory results with preferable computing performance. The lightweight technology can be widely used in many areas such as collaborative design and movement simulation, etc.

Abstract: The innovative value chain is the organic unity of the concept of innovation and the value chain. It emphasizes that all units of the value chain coordinate to increase in value and optimize the system so as to realize the w ho le innovative benefits. Based on the theory of technological innovation, this paper analyzes the traditional product development process and sums up its drawbacks; then constructs the model of enterprises’ innovative value chain and puts forward that what the enterprise's innovative value chain emphasizes is taking the knowledge flows as the intrinsic power class, taking the service flow as the foundation, taking the value increment as the goal, taking the customer demand as the guidance and application through the innovation analysis of enterprise service activity flow.

Abstract: In this paper, the scheme design was studied primarily based on module design method. Moreover, with the black-box method, Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) and the calculation of interrelation, the scheme design process was discussed. The framework provided the fundament research of the glass-stacker machinery.

Abstract: Related theories about business intelligence and supply chain management (SCM) are introduced firstly, then the critical technologies about business intelligence-based supply chain management (BISCM) are discussed, and at the same time, the integrated framework of BISCM is proposed. It is believed that the integration of SCM with BI can resolve the problem of “rich data but poor information”, and enhance the competitive advantage for enterprises involved in the SCM so as to beat all other competitors in the fierce competition.

Abstract: This article applied multidimensional and cooperative game theory to analysis the resource distribution problems of monopoly group and oligarchic groups. Such distribution method will make sure that every sub company can not only obtain normal profit but also can maximize the profit of whole group. This article also gives some application research which can provide reference to the choices of group competitive strategy
