Abstract: The article presents the results of the study of environmentally stable evolution of technogenic systems formed during the mineral development in the Far Eastern Federal District (FEFD) of Russia. The scope of ecosystems destruction was defined, and the assessment of waste impact on ecosphere and health of the population was made. Environment protection measures were developed.

Abstract: Using a soil column experiments to analyze the influence of different density of one dimension vertical infiltration of water infiltration rate, cumulative infiltration and wetting front. The experimental results showed that the bulk density of the infiltration rate, cumulative infiltration and wetting front has a significant impact. Infiltration rate, cumulative infiltration and wetting front were decreased with increasing density in the same period of infiltration. The greater the soil bulk capacity, the larger the infiltration decrease ration μ and η, respectively compared to the based accumulative infiltration and the based wetting front depth.

Abstract: Eastern Hebei is the famous iron and gold ore concentrated distribution area of China. The area has long history of geological evolution and complex tectonic and magmatic activities, while the overall structural framework shows Indosinian tectonic EW and Yanshan NE, NNE. However, the Lengkou fault of Eastern Hebei shows NW gradient zone features on geophysical field, it looks inharmoniously with the overall structure, so the geological significance is worth to be researched.

Abstract: We used three TM images of Ebinur lake wetland: 1990, 2003 and 2010 (August) as the basis data source, We basing on the Markov transfer matrix to analyze the change in value and its transfer tendency of each land use type, and using Fragstats 3.3 software to analyze spatial and temporal change of landscape pattern of our study area in nearly 20 years.Our results show : (1) The land use change of the Ebinur lake wetland is significant: both cultivated land and residential land have expanded significantly, vegetation degraded, and the lake areas shrinked; (3)During 1990-2010, the number of landscape patches increased, the landscape diversity index and fragmentation index increased too, the shape of landscape patches tend to fragment, and the contagion index also declined constantly, which all indicating a fragment trend of landscape pattern of Ebinur lake wetland.

Abstract: With the concept of sustainable development and the circular economy concept is widely accepted in the world, resources and environmental issues related to business and society to become the focus of attention. In this context, our large-scale modernization generated a lot of construction waste and the research on how to deal with a lot of construction waste is particularly important. Based on the ecological industrial engineering perspective, consider the environmental impact and resource efficiency. Construction waste handling process does not produce environmental pollution or make environmental pollution minimized to achieve the highest resource utilization, in order to achieve economic benefits, environmental benefits and social benefits optimization. The article first describes the characteristics of eco-industrial engineering concepts and guiding principles of its discipline and the characteristics of eco-industrial engineering. Then, based on eco-industrial engineering ideas, describes the composition and hazards of construction waste and analyzes the problems in processing construction waste. Finally, proposes the whole process of construction waste management model and concrete measures about construction waste recycling.

Abstract: With the strengthening of human activities, more and more sulfur had entered soil system. The sulfur pollution of soil had threaten environment and human health. This paper reviews the status, sources and danger of sulfur pollution soils, and the physical-chemical remediation and bioremediation technology are also discussed. In addition, the future study on remediation technology for sulfur pollution soils was prospected.

Abstract: The tailing sample containing 17.11% Fe was subjected to this experimental and taken from Yunnan. After a series of beneficiation tests, the iron concentrate assaying 58.65% Fe at a yield of 11.48% was obtained by process flow – weak magnetic and strong magnetic discarding tailing in advance, rough concentrate regrinding and weak magnetic – table recleaning, and ultimately realized the effective recycling of iron.

Abstract: s. The cotyledons, Internodes, leaves and stems of sweet broad pea were studied on tissue culture. Research results show that: The ability of different explants for callus formation and adventitious bud differentiation in different culture medium is different. The callus formation rate and sprouting rate of Internodes is significantly higher than other explants, which is a ideal material for tissue culture. The callus formation rate of Internodes was 100% in MS +BA1.0 mg/L+NAA 1.0 mg/L and MS+ 2, 4-D 0.5 mg/L; The bud differentiation is best at the medium of MS+ 6-BA 2 mg/L, which reached 86.7%; the rooting rate was 83.3% at the medium of MS+ NAA 3mg/L. The study provides a experimental basis for further study on the plant regeneration in the sweet broad pea.

Abstract: In this paper, the time series of annual precipitation of Poyang Lake were analyzed which use timing diagrams, autocorrelation analysis, the center moved smoothed analysis spectral analysis and other methods. It was found that the time series of annual precipitation of Poyang Lake is a random strong non-stationary time series; there is a slow increase in long-term trends and changes in the quasi-periodic sequence of 3 years and 25 years.

Abstract: Bacillus sp. was stimulated by external low-voltage static electric field of different intensity at the same time. To make comparisons of the biomass, pH, the metabolism of Bacillus sp.and the surface morphologies of Bacillus sp.treated and untreated. The results showed that when the electric field strength was between 0.5V/cm and 3V/cm, the pH was bigger in test group than control group. The growth of Bacillus sp. was inhibited at 3V/cm, and promoted at 0.5V/cm to 2.5V/cm. The growth of Bacillus sp. was promoted maximumly at 0.5V/cm. Finally, we find that low-voltage static electric field didn’t damage the morphology. The appropriate electric field strength can enhance the metabolism of Bacillus sp.
