Abstract: For the quality control of developed small batch manufacturing mode, a method based on stochastic weighted theory is proposed to optimize control parameters of control charts. The small sample data is sampled again by stochastic weighted method to obtain more information. Then, the sample data’s distribution parameters are estimated. After the estimated distribution parameter are tested, control parameters of control charts could be optimized dynamically. The method improves deficiencies of traditional control charts under low-volume production and realizes the quality control of small batch manufacturing. Experiments show that the optimized control parameters approach theory true values and are better than the traditional control charts’ control parameters. Therefore, the proposed method is fit for the quality control of small batch manufacturing.

Abstract: In this essay, we analyze possible influencing factors which relate to population agingusing SPSS.In accord with the multivariable linear regression model, we conclude that the health expenditure of government and society along with population density have a significant correlation with population aging. Moreover, according to Principal Component Analysis (PCA), the result indicates that such factors as per capita GDP, citizen consumption and so forth have a prominent influence on population aging, and also analyze different influencing degrees of different factors during different periods.

Abstract: The paper uses principal component analysis method to build a real estate company operating efficiency evaluation index system, use of data envelopment analysis method and real estate company financial data (2005 to 2011) to evaluation operating efficiency. The results show that Chinese real estate Company’s operating level of development is on the upswing. From the perspective of scale economy, most of the listed real estate companies no longer increase returns to scale. Accordingly, we can improve the overall efficiency of the real estate company by expanding the scale of real estate companies rather than simply adjusting product structure.

Abstract: Accurate prediction of agricultural prices is beneficial to properly guide the circulation of agricultural products and agricultural production and realize the equilibrium of supply and demand of agricultural area. On the basis of wavelet neural network, this paper, choosing tomato prices as study object, tomato retail price data from ten collection sites in Hebei province from January 1, 2013 to December 30, 2013 as samples, builds the tomato price time series prediction model to test price model. As the results show, model prediction error rate is smaller than 0.01, and the correlation (R2) of predicted value and actual value is 0.908, showing that the model could accurately predict tomatoes price movements. The establishment of the model will provide technical support for tomato market monitoring and early warning and references for related policies.

Abstract: In recent years, the retail industry is facing great changes brought by the Internet, and O2O commerce model is an emerging pattern, especially in the last two years, it has gradually been accepted in traditional industries. In particular the retail industry practitioners who face the huge impact of E-commerce are full of hope and expectation for value and impact that O2O model can bring. For this reason, from the consumer point of view this article firstly considers situation and attitude of the business, and combines with the market situation, then tries to introduce a more comprehensive O2O model and analyses theoretical studies to provide some references for the O2O model practitioners.

Abstract: The rapid development of information technology makes education technology having a new type of teaching media--Virtual Reality. In this paper, the virtual reality technology as a new type of education technology, studying from the view of Educational Technology, put forward a new research field of the education technology--Virtual teaching. It analysis several application forms of virtual teaching: teaching courseware, the network virtual teaching and virtual experiment. And it focuses on analyzing the PC virtual teaching environment platform’s structure and several big composition module.
