Abstract: Education information puts forward new requests to teachers’ professional ability, at the same time, the network environment also provides rich tools, resources and services for teachers’ professional development. The paper summarizes the connotation of teachers’ professional development, models of teachers’ professional development, and strategies of promoting teachers’ professional development.

Abstract: The paper intends to research the planning and design of Hubei Institute of Fine Arts (HIFA)'s new Canglongdao campus. The new campus is envisioned as an eco-friendly, economical, functional and elegant garden-like campus with HIFA's unique characteristics. It can be roughly divided into five areas, viz. the administrative area, the teaching area, the residential area, the sporting area and the studio area. The campus buildings and landscaping borrow from traditional Chinese architecture and gardening. Its road and pedestrian systems are convenient and user-friendly.

Abstract: Compared with the traditional teaching quality evaluation method, Fuzzy Comprehensive Judgment Model. Business English classroom teaching evaluation is an important part of English teaching quality management in institutions of higher learning, and it is of vital significance for us to improve the quality of foreign language teaching. Compared with the traditional teaching quality evaluation method, fuzzy comprehensive judgment Model, based on expert knowledge and subjective experience, can use mathematical methods with rigorous logic to remove subjective elements as much as possible, and to reasonably determine the evaluation index weight; it may take advantage of scientific quantitative methods to characterize the qualitative issues in classroom teaching qualitative evaluation, so that the qualitative and quantitative analysis can get a better integration, which helps to overcome the subjective arbitrariness in English teaching quality evaluation, thus improving the reliability, accuracy and impartiality of the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation.

Abstract: Due to the electric commodity has universal service obligation, the existence of cross subsidy is reasonable. But as the resident demand increasing highly, the range of cross subsidy is expanding which result in unfairness between different residents. In order to encourage residents using electricity reasonably, frugally, fairly and environment-friendly, appropriate method should be implemented as a guide. The paper discusses the necessity of the stepped increasing electricity price and suggests a new idea that retain the peak-valley price while implement the step price. According to analysis, the model can not only recover the distribution company costs but also effectively play the electricity price adjustment demand leverage, which greatly promote the energy conservation, environmental protection and social harmony.

Abstract: In the crucial decade, Chinese educational technology has been growing steadily. Doctoral Dissertation has high academic value, which lays a solid foundation for the discipline. A statistical study on 121 doctoral dissertations on educational technology is conducted, which includes publisher, year of publication, cited frequency, tutor, key words, research category as well as methodology by using Excel 2003, Note Express 2.0 and POSTCM 6.0 as the tools for statistical study. At last, the conclusions have been made. First, a variety of colleges and universities have carried out the research on educational technique, and the research questions cover a range of disciplines. Second, the study on educational technique, as a whole has been growing steadily. Third, instructional design and system development is still the study subject, and moreover, e-learning study turns to be a hot area of research. Fourth, in the aspect of tutor, inter-collegiate training and joint training can be seen. Fifth, learning, technique, instruction, design, system have become the key words. Sixth, the research category is relatively uniform, and information technology has become the focus of the research. Last, the research methods of educational technique have been notable characterized by diversity and a new paradigm has emerged.

Abstract: This paper analyzed the local Financial university Services student satisfaction survey indicators , established a local college student satisfaction survey Financial model and use the designed local colleges and universities service student satisfaction questionnaire survey satisfaction with the status of student services for the school . Using the model to analyze the survey data processing , obtained satisfaction index of services. Research shows : Local Finance college student satisfaction is better, which is inseparable in recent years increasing efforts in building local Finance colleges.
