Abstract: With the rapid development of e-commerce, online store, characterized in less investment and operating flexibility, are favored by more entrepreneurs. This paper analyzes the principal factors, affecting the competitiveness of online clothing shop, based on third-party platform with online sales of conduct, and the intrinsic link between them. And emphasis should be placed on the network store management, target market, products value, service quality, network store promotion, prestige image and logistics services to cultivate and raise the competence of network store so as to get unique competitive edges.

Abstract: There are few enterprises in economy scale among the majority of enterprises in industrial clusters, and they cannot carry out independent research-and-development of new products. Therefore, they have to rely on innovating resources of the clusters to enhance their comprehensive strength in competition. In this study, we analyzed the driving forces for collective learning in industry clusters, and try to establish a model for collective learning and competitiveness of industry clusters, and provided a new approach for upgrading industrial clusters.

Abstract: This study focus on the application of traditional scheduling model’s algorithm, algorithm’s mechanisms and solving effect of project scheduling problem solution. An improved project resource scheduling model based on Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO) is presented in this paper. Experimental results show that the algorithm has better performance in terms of scheduling success rate and convergence rate, better solution quality and has more advantages in the convergence rate.

Abstract: In this era, computer Science and Internet has been the basis of our live. But it carried out information crime and it is worsening.Thus, instead of traditional evidence, electronic data has been an effective means to deal with information crime. So it is very improtant for the university to develop a related course and train students to deal with it. East China University of Political Science and Law has set up a college course named information crime and computer forensics for undergraduate students for eight years and done some study work. Both of them has got great achievements.

Abstract: Labour quota management is a basic work for enterprise management. It plays an important role for improving productivity and reducing costs. First, the production process of redried enterprise is in-depth analyzed. Second, the system dynamics model of labour quota is established and mathematical functions of variables and the selection of parameters in the model are thoroughly discussed. Third,computer software is used for simulation to define labour quota. Empirical studies show that using the model and parameters to define labour quota not only greatly enrich the quota theory, but also has a strong practical value.

Abstract: According to the characteristics of space launch day, the common performance conditions (CPC) were improved. After the CPC were weighted, the value of the performance influence index was presented. And based on the modified CREAM method, a human reliability assessment was given. Consequently, the outcomes of this work can provide the human error probability and data base for safety assessment of space launch site.

Abstract: Aiming at the problems of performance evaluation is not comprehensive and objective in vehicle mounted anti tank missile training simulator, establishes the evaluation index system of missile shooting based on AHP and Delphi method, and constructs the hierarchical structure model. Using the sum product method to Calculation the approximate value of the Judgment matrix, solved the problem of getting the index weight between the elements. Checked the consistency of judgment matrix, verify the validity of the model, and finally through a concrete application example, obtained the comprehensive score of the calculated gunner firing. The research of this paper can provide a feasible method to enhance the training system of evaluation model, also has great practical significance to improve the effect of training simulator.

Abstract: In this paper, data mining association rules algorithms and techniques for relevance Shanghai CSI 300 Shanghai Financial Futures Exchange and the Shanghai Stock Index Futures Stock Exchange Composite Index were analyzed. The results show that the futures contracts and price movements highly positive correlation exists. The author believes that between the two since it is highly positive relationship, IF way of trading and settlement transactions should be fully consistent with the way the Shanghai Stock Exchange and deliver company's stock. Thus, equal opportunity traders in futures contracts and stock traders, more conducive to the development of China's securities market.

Abstract: The hazard property for disaster trigger factors of barrier lake risk refers to the natural variation factors and abnormal degree of the lake. The exposure property for hazard susceptible environments refers to the societal, economical and natural environment systems that may be threatened by the lake and its secondary disaster. Finally, the vulnerability for hazard afflicted areas refers to the assets lost and impaired by lake disaster due to a variety of natural and social economic factors.

Abstract: The data mining technology has strong function of extracting unknown information and knowledge with potential value from irregular data. The data mining procedures are introduced in this paper, it is applied in the intelligent decision system, and application and the solving steps are analyzed. The composition of intelligent logistics decision system is described. Finally, the simulation is taken, and the genetic algorithm of data mining technology is proposed and it is applied in the intelligent decision-making system of logistics. The simulation results show that the system can be applied in the logistics planning and decision making, the data mining technology can provide guidance for decision layer.
