Abstract: Thin inter-bedded low permeability reservoir is sand layer alternating with mud layer and seriously longitudinal heterogeneous. Fluid flowing in this reservoir presents non-linear seepage characteristics. The dynamic models of porosity and permeability were deduced by the concept of bulk strain. Based on flow field partition principle, oil flow field of overall fractured cross-row well pattern could be divided into four units. Each unit could be divided into three regions with different flow mechanisms. Considering non-Darcy flow and fluid-solid coupled, a mathematical model was established for overall-fractured well pattern in thin inter-bedded reservoirs. The results show that production of well pattern with fluid-solid coupled effect is less than that without. Production of thin inter-bedded reservoir grows with the increase of the ratio of net pay thickness to gross thickness (NTG). With increasing semi-length of hydraulic fracture, production of overall fractured well pattern increases with decreasing increment. The more starting pressure gradient, the smaller production of well pattern in thin inter-bedded low permeability. When the starting pressure gradient exceeds 0.01MPa/m, it influences the production remarkably.

Abstract: As layering trail production is regularly used in monitoring of oil-producing profile during oil exploration and development, stratification testing is applied using downhole tools, which is characterized by high cost and poor randomness. To address this issue, a study into crude oil fingerprint-chromatogram monitoring oil-producing profile is carried out with various advantages such as low cost, continuous, rapid and accurate analysis, as well as good reproducibility and reliability. This program has worked out the difference between chromatographic fingerprint analysis method and characteristic fingerprint peak, completed the construction of chromatographic fingerprint database platform, and developed a software of chromatographic fingerprint computing oil-producing profile.

Abstract: Many countries in the world begin to attach great importance to the utilization of the unconventional gas. The resources of unconventional gas in China are abundant. The development of unconventional gas is still in the early stage. Tight gas enters large scale and commercializing stage. Shale gas is in the initial stage of commercialization. There are mainly three challenges need to confront, uncertainties of unconventional gas resources, key technology with low cost and environmental pollution. So in the future, resource evaluation, engineering technologies and environmental technologies need to be strengthened in China. Tight gas is the most realistic resources to develop in China and the development and utilization of shale gas is the most anticipated. In the next ten or twenty years, the production of unconventional gas in China will increase considerably and play a major role in national hydrocarbon resources.

Abstract: Aimed at the analysis of the ion changes of the North east block in Lamadian oilfield asp flooding field in different period, we puts forward a new and more effective anti-scale agent combined with actual situation on site and the design method of the drug concentration. By combining the extraction liquid ion anti-scale indoor simulation experiment, the changes of different scale anti-scale agent dosing concentration during the period of experience formula. And the north east block in Lamadian oil field, the application of asp flooding experiment, achieved good anti-scaling effect, because of the scale pump inspection cycle to achieve an average of 300 days or more.

Abstract: Differences of physical properties between matrix and fractured region, size of fractured region and production allocation all affect production characteristics and development effect of fractured gas wells. Building a numerical simulation model of fracture network dual porosity, we studied impacts of these factors in contrast of programs of different parameters. Larger stimulated reservoir volume and higher permeability of fracture network result in good well performances but no meaningful increase in gas production when reaching a certain degree. Therefore, optimization suggestions of size and physical properties of stimulated reservoir volume as well as production allocation are proposed.

Abstract: Screen completion is usually adopted in horizontal wells of heavy oil sandstone reservoir, however, frequent pump inspection even long term shut-off caused by thin sand production of some wells bring serious impact on production. For this reason, the gravel pack completion sand control technology in horizontal well is created on the problem of thin sand prevention and control in horizontal well through study on influence factors and treatment of gravel pack in horizontal well, stimulating test of sand packing process and study on gravel pack string in horizontal well. The technical problem of thin sand prevention and control in horizontal well has been solved with the successful application of the technology in field tests.

Abstract: High temperature gel plugging agent was constituted of HG modified resin, cross-linking agent, HS solid particles. In this paper, the factors such as modified resin, cross-linking agent, salinity and HS solid particles, temperature on gel were studied. And the function of agent high temperature gel plugging agent was tested. High temperature gel plugging agent has some characters. For example, it can form gel at a low temperature, and isn’t affected by salinity. It has high strength, and its forming gel time was adjustable. The agent was used in 42 wells, which steam injection pressure were increased largely. The plane and vertical contradictions were improved. The wells product more oil. High temperature gel plugging agent improve steam effect. The application results show that the high temperature gel plugging agent was suitable for water blocking in multiple rounds of steam injection.

Abstract: Fault tree approach is a widely used for importance and risk assessment. This paper analyses the blowout risk in production platform by a fuzzy fault tree method. This method is appropriate for the situation that lack or incompleteness of data. The judgements from experts can be quantified by using this framework. Analysis process is introduced. It establishes a fault tree including a top event and 13 basic events. The top event is blowout. Through analysis, 15 minimum cut sets are obtained and the fuzzy failure probability and single definite probability values are calculated. Finally, the probability of blowout risk in production platform is 5.67×10-4.

Abstract: Ganoderma lucidum (G. lucidum), a medicinal fungus called ‘‘Lingzhi’’ in China is one of the most famous fungi in traditional Chinese medicine. For hundreds of years, this mushroom has been known as a traditional remedy for treatment of several diseases, such as hepatitis, hypertension, chronic bronchitis, bronchial asthma, cancer and others. Polysaccharide is an important pharmacological ingredient extracted from fruit bodies and mycelium of G. lucidum. It has been extensively documented that G. lucidum polysaccharides (Gl-PS) had wide bioactivities, such as anti-aging, anti-tumor, hypoglycemic, immunomodulatory and immunotherapeutic activities [1]. In our previous studies, Gl-PS has been proven to have significant anti-hypoxia and anti-fatigue effects in mice [2], which suggesting that it might be beneficial to exercise-induced oxidative stress. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of Gl-PS against exercise-induced oxidative stress in liver of mice.

Abstract: Elevated plus maze was used to establish an animal anxiety model to investigate the anti-anxiety effect of Schisandra Chinensis (Turcz.) Baill lignans (SCL). OE, OT, CE and CT were observed, and based on them, the ratio of OE (OE%) and the ratio of OT (OT%) were calculated, respectively. It was considered that the fewer the OE was and the shorter the OT was, the more serious the anxiety of mice was. The results showed that compared with those in the control group, both OE% and OT% presented an increasing trend in the different dose SCL groups, indicating that SCL has an anti-anxiety effect; there were significant differences in the anti-anxiety effect between 70 mg/kg SCL and 140 mg/kg SCL groups, and the control group, but no difference in it between 35 mg/kg SCL group and the control group, indicating that the anti-anxiety effect of SCL may be dose-related.
