Abstract: In order to reduce the production cost, NaOH pretreated rice straw was used as the sole carbon and energy source to produce laccase. The production cost of laccase under submerged fermentation considering the cost of medium culture, equipment and operation. The results showed that the operation cost represented the highest contribution to the total cost, while, the cost of the culture medium was significantly low, representing only 6.68% of the total costs. Showing that as rice straw is cheap and easily available and will cause environmental pollution when mishandled, so it is financially and environmentally very attractive to use it for the production of enzymes for biotechnological use.

Abstract: The paper is concerned with 1-MCP effect on post-harvest Pleurotus eryngii weight loss rate, polyphenol oxidase (PPO) activity and fruit body microstructure at different storage stage.The results showed that compared with control group, the weight loss rate and PPO activity were decreased by 5.94% and 37.38% ,and its microstructure had least change after 14d when treated with 0.3µL/L 1-MCP.The weight loss rate and PPO activity also decreased by 5.42% and 33.98% respectively with least change in fruit body microstructure after 14d when treated with 1-MCP for 24h. It proved that the optimal 1-MCP processing concentration is 0.3µL/L and the most appropriate processing time is 24h. These processing conditions slowed down the weight loss rate and browning level ,also reduced the change of fruit bodies microstructure and extended storage period

Abstract: Based on detailed investigation and research of rural life energy consumption situation in Beijing, conclusion is made that the current coal-dominated energy consumption pattern has caused environmental pollution and even health hazards. At the same time, low energy efficiency also leads to energy waste. To optimize rural energy consumption structure and improve regional air quality, measures of energy utilization according to local conditions and a balanced energy mix should be taken. Thus realize reduction and substitution of coal.

Abstract: The current situation of environmental protection clothes under low-carbon economy era is analyzed, and the design methods of environmental protection clothes are discussed by starting from three elements of clothing design: clothing styles, materials and colors. On the one hand, the damage of clothing production to the environment will be solved; on the other hand, long-term sound development of the industry will be realized. To realize the change of clothing product from the aspect of design, so as to gradually change the production modes, further to make it fit the requirement of environmentalism.

Abstract: The technique of carbon balance estimation for large region is developed. The carbon balance estimations for the Republic of Karelia for 1990 are received. The estimations of direct and indirect carbon fluxes from fuel-energy complex for 1990 and 2000 are performed. The carbon fluxes in forest industry are determined and anthropogenic flux is calculated. The carbon fluxes determine potential for biofuels. Bioenergy has the potential for providing significant share of future energy supply.

Abstract: Recently, China has been constantly attacked by haze weather, which is reported to be connected with China’s high coal consumption. This signal indicates that China's development of low energy consumption, low pollution, low-emission-based carbon economy is imminent. Jiangxi province, rich in natural resources, owns large reserves and many kinds of mineral resources. Development of low-carbon economy is necessary to achieve sustainable development. This thesis analyzes the current situation, prospects, as well as the main problems of low-carbon finance in Jiangxi Province by an overview of domestic and foreign scholars’ works on carbon finance research findings, and focuses on putting forward relevant proposals to the development of low-carbon finance Jiangxi.

Abstract: As the main working fluid pair to transfer energy and cool down the equipment, water is used in a large amount in thermal power plants. It will promote water conservation and resource recycling if the water use is managed effectively in production and the wastewater, which come from circulating cooling water system, the pretreatment in boiler feed water preparation system, desalination system and condensate polishing system, is disposed and recycled well.

Abstract: Electricity as an important way of primary energy consumption, occupy an important position in fossil energy consumption and carbon dioxide emissions. The significance of this development of low carbon electricity and the necessity of establishing a low carbon index system for the smart grid has been described. 10 factors from three links of power generation, power transmission and distribution, electricity consumption in power industry have been summarized. Combined the analysis of interpretative structural modeling to establish adjacency matrix and reachability matrix, the interpretative structural modeling of index system is decomposed to determine basic indicators, intermediate and advanced indicators which impact low carbon benefits. It has been briefly pointed out that application of interpretative structural modeling.

Abstract: The carbon tax is levied on carbon dioxide emissions, its main role is to inhibit the use of fossil energy companies are. In this thesis, a carbon tax model, and the model of the simulation study, the researchers showed that a carbon tax can give companies the right to choose freely choose the way to cut emissions of carbon tax system. Such a system would encourage enterprises to adopt minimum cost level of output to produce.
