Abstract: This article mainly studies the establishment steps of the enterprise-level project management system, aiming at solving the existing problems about project management in the general contractor enterprises. Based on the specific establishment steps of project management system , this article analyzed the present situation in enterprise of project management, and put forward ideas that establish the enterprise-level project management system to solve problems, therefore,put forward proposal to realize the above ideas by using information integrated solution, completing the enterprise strategic target.

Abstract: With the development of our country socialist market economy as well as our country accession to the WTO, the construction market gradually opens, and the competition is day by day intense. It has brought the unprecedented opportunities and challenges for the engineering project management. There is therefore an urgent need to analyze the engineering project management model. The engineering project management model is one of the key factors to the successful engineering project, along with the development of society and continuing to develop. In view of this, this article first has carried on the contrast analysis to several kinds of commonly used engineering project management models, and then discusses Partnering model which has been successfully applied in recent years in the field of engineering in some European and American countries and Chinese Hong Kong. Finally, it analyzes the present situation of our country engineering project management, proposing the corresponding measures, with a view to contributing to the realization of our country engineering project optimization management.

Abstract: the set pair analysis method that deal with uncertain problem of system and Markov chain theory that research the transition law of system state was appled to establish the dynamic assessment model for safety management of bridge construction. Taking a bridge construction project as an example, this paper conduct a dynamic assessment through five time intervals and come to a conclusion that the assessment results are general and they need rectification, but the system state is developing into a favourable level. And the evaluate results verify the rationality of the model.

Abstract: An aqueduct of larger-span prestressed concrete arch structure for river diversion project is located in coastal areas, and raises difficult questions on deformation and stability control of the construction process due to greater wind load and poor soil. Due to the limited width of bracket erection, this paper put forward five possible construction schemes, and does the comparative analysis using three-dimensional finite element program, and gets the economic and reasonable one. Finally conduct a pressure test after the bracket erection, and verify the analysis results using measured stress and deformation data.
