Abstract: According to the basic principle of CFD simulation and methods, a framework structure was studied for its vortex-induced vibration and control principle of around the flow field, it revealed the characteristics of vortex-induced vibration and rules, systematically studied frame structure fluid-solid coupling effect and the flow field active control methods and mechanism. Results provide the theory basis for the frame structure around the flow field and the wind induced vibration effect.

Abstract: Starting, implementation, and operation of building facilities system are very vital, especially under limited budget. To component repair cost decisions, suitable assessment, and accurate prediction of the condition of assets are essential. The purpose of this study is at supporting the condition assessment and predicting the future of component condition by NCES condition metrics. This paper reflects on the NCES condition index process in maintenance and repair system of building components by research in similar subjects and looks specifically at the use of NCES condition index (CI) as a development tool. The result of research can be used as a guide to assist component managers and building owners to make suitable decisions about component appropriate maintenance based on limited budget during its service life.

Abstract: Data recognition is the most important problem of traffic information recognition to be resolved, evidence inference method for such uncertainty problems have a strong advantage, but it can’t deal with contradictions of evidence, that largely limits the practical application of it. This paper improves D-S evidence inference algorithm. The improved algorithm can effectively deal with contradictions of evidence, and obtain more satisfactory and reasonable fusion results. Finally, the algorithm is verified by traffic information simulation experiment.

Abstract: The construction industry has been known as a complicated environment with respect to the multiple phases and multidisciplinary participants. The emergence of new concepts and information technologies including BIM, IFC, Web, wireless networks and Mobile Computing, give the construction industry a powerful potential to build a platform allowing project participants to work collaboratively. This paper reports a conceptual framework for a BIM-based collaboration platform that contains the model of BIM-supported integration for construction processes and the technological architecture for the system. This paper concludes with suggestions for further developing and testing of the conceptual framework.

Abstract: Load structure method is commonly used in tunnel design; there are two problems for its implementation in Marc software: first, the force cannot be applied directly in Marc; second, the position of the spring around the tunnel is unknown. In view of first problem, by means of force conversion, a subroutine programming with Fortran is adopted to exert the force. For the second problem, iterative algorithm is adopted; the tension spring will exit calculation, and a comparison of the spring position in the two steps will be made, if the position is the same, the computation will finish. The work above realizes the Load structure method in Marc software and enlarges the application of Marc software in underground engineering. The verification example is given to prove the validity of the interface subroutine.

Abstract: The mainframe of high-pressure grouting machine used for daily ceramics is the main load bearing member, and it has high strength and stiffness requirements. The finite element static analysis on mainframe is discussed in this paper for researching its stress and transfiguration. The result can provide reference for design, and the discussion has some generality and practical value engineering.

Abstract: In this paper, chaos theory principle is applied in studying the concrete mixing process.Using piecewise linear mapping model describes the stirred mixture mixing and separation process.A chaotic model is established for particle movement in mixing process.In order to determine the reasonable stir parameters , the solving mixed movement method and the number of periodic windows is also given out. Suggested using chaos model determine the reasonably mixing time, proposed pre-mixed aggregate method, aggregate pre-wet method and admixture batch feeding ways to improve productivity and mixing uniformity.

Abstract: This paper describes a survey of site safety organization in construction sites. It explains the principle of a successful safety organization and system for Construction Company based in Cheng Du, Si Chuan. Most employees of the company and some of the subcontractors took part in the survey more than 10 construction projects. Total, 365 valid records were obtained from the construction sites. The results of the survey provide reference to project managers and construction safety officers. Last, analysis and summary are given in this paper.

Abstract: At present, the highway construction of China is in the stage of rapid development. A variety of asphalt mixtures have been applied to a certain extent in the highway construction. However, the water stability of asphalt pavement is also a serious problem to the highway. This research studies the water stability of a new kind of asphalt mixture—Superpave by changing the water content in different condition. The following conclusion can be found in this paper. In the normal saturated condition, the maximum water content of Superpave asphalt mixture is 0.35%.And in the vacuum saturated condition, the maximum water content of Superpave asphalt mixture is 1.78%.The water of Superpave asphalt mixture takes nine days to drain completely in the normal saturated condition. But in the vacuum saturated condition, the time is more than two months. In different water content conditions, the splitting tensile strength of Superpave asphalt mixture is 0%> 100%> 25%> 75%> 50%.

Abstract: The bid assessment method is adopted in conducting qualitative indicators in the quantitative process, lack of a scientific and reasonable conversion method.Against these problems of the project evaluation methods, the value of the project will be introduced in the bid assessment mechanism, considering the project features and costs, integrating comprehensive weight method to quantify the weight of sub-functional evaluation of bidders value target.And it make the evaluation method is more scientific, reasonable and conducive to achieve optimal project value.
