Abstract: There are two elements in road traffic accident scene graph, base map and other elements in the site of traffic accident. The base map mainly includes traffic sings and traffic markings. Drawing traffic accident scene graph is a necessary link during disposing road traffic accident, while drawing the base map costs most of the time of drawing traffic accident scene. In order to save processing time of dealing with the traffic accident, the concept of road base map is proposed. The symbol design and data organization of the base map are analyzed. All this provides a new way to make the traffic accident scene graph.

Abstract: Recently, the inconsistencies are pointed out by previous authors for the problem of finding the strains, stresses and energy densities observed in isotropic elastic magnetostrictive materials that are in the form of thin films deposited on non-magnetic substrates. We discuss the reason of such inconsistencies that the total normal stresses should be the sum of the stresses caused by the external mechanical force and magnetic field. We show that such a situation can be realized in many of the current models used to make predictions for magnetostrictive structures and the inconsistencies can be explained.

Abstract: The application of the essential work of fracture (EWF) methodology for the fracture behavior characterization of closed-cell low density polyethylene flexible foams is discussed in the present paper. The thickness of the foamed sheet and the relative orientation of the initial crack were the main parameters studied. The interpretation of the results is carried out on the basis of the material microstructure and the applicability of the testing method.

Abstract: A two dimensional numerical heat transfer model of buried geothermal heat exchanger has been established by finite element method. This model is used to analyse the heat transfer between buried vertical pipes and the ground, and determine the ground thermal properties together with parameters estimation method. The ground thermal conductivity of an actual project was measured and the analysis shows that the results can be used for engineering design.

Abstract: Compared with ordinary Pulverized Coal Combustion (PC) fly ashes, Fluidized Bed Combustion (FBC) ashes have some special properties. The effect of FBC ashes content on the strength of cement mortar was studied, and the physical properties of FBC ashes-cement mortar with 30% FBC ashes were also investigated. The results show that the flexural and compressive strength at 7 and 28 days of the mortar gradually decreases with the increase of FBC ashes content. Under the same dosage, the strength of FBC ashes-cement mortar is greater than that of PC fly ashes-cement mortar. The FBC ashes-cement system presents a normal setting time but poor soundness with more than 3.5% SO3. This work confirms that the properties of FBC ashes-cement system are superior to those of PC fly ashes-cement system when SO3 content is no more than 3.5%.

Abstract: Haikou, one of leading historical and cultural city, whose history block and the building overhang is paid close attention to, because of whose entire and continuous value. But it is a long time since established, the function layout and the appearance elements are old, which is far away from the need of society, economy and culture development nowadays, is badly in need of reform. With the start of example area in history cultural block and the following survey, author is going to do a further study of reforming old city background, seeking out suitable local planning method and principle. The article expounds the background, target and constructs intention of Haikou historical block planning design, providing the extended train of thought about the historical block renewal.

Abstract: Sudden water pollution incidents are incidents that the pollutants affected by some unexpected factors following into water bodies, resulting in contamination of water resources within a short period, which will lead to emergencies of adverse impacts on society. According to the ways of pollutants following into water bodies, sudden water pollution incidents could be classified into four categories. Sudden water pollution incidents have potentially risks, and some positive approaches should be adopted to control them. Those have been discussed in the research that three sudden water pollution incidents having taken place in Huanggang River basin and their treatment measures, and the four hidden pollution hazards existing in Huanggang river basin have been analyzed.

Abstract: This paper made an example of Zhang Xiangwe’s former residence (which in Siyang County, Jiangsu Province). Through the meaningful exploration of the environment and the spiritual significance of architectural form, this paper tried to carry out more spiritual meaning of monumental buildings and make a positive reference of the protection and development of today’s celebrity’s former residence.

Abstract: The permeability, frost-resistance and deicer-frost resistance of air-entrained concrete of Qingdao Bay Bridge were studied. The results show that frost-resistance and deicer-frost resistance of concrete can be enhanced by a big margin and impermeability of concrete can be also improved by appropriate air-entrainment. The frost-resistance and deicer-frost resistance of concrete samples gathered from site were inspected and they can meet the design demand for durability of concrete Qingdao Bay Bridge.
