Abstract: Phase change thermal storage used metal as phase change material (PCM) is an important mode of solar thermal energy storage. In this paper, the heat charging processes of solar heating units were simulated under three kinds of heating flux 100,150 and 200kW/m2 at the bottom face respectively, while the thickness of heat receiving layer at the bottom was in 5, 10 and 15mm. Al-Si alloy was selected as PCM used in the cylindrical body of the units which were in the size of φ1000×1000mm. The change of temperature and solid-liquid phase change interface of Al-Si alloy were analyzed to find out the suitable absorber thickness of thermal energy storage units which can run safety under the condition of temperature 700~900K and heat flux 100~200kW/m2, such as the application of solar thermal energy storage unit in high temperature solar thermal power stations. In the last a test system was built up and the experimental result was close to the simulation value of a unit in the size of φ300×1000×10mm.

Abstract: Based on the recovery of vent gases for current popularity of small skid-mounted natural gas liquefaction process, in this paper, the nitrogen gas expansion refrigeration process and natural gas cooling self-expanding processes was simulated respectively. The main parameters of flow rate, power and temperature for the different refrigeration process are obtained also, and influence of different refrigeration process on performance and cost of recovery device. The simulation results show that the cycle of natural gas self-expansion with pre-cooling is used to recovery BOG gas with high efficiency, and simple operation. This cycle with pre-cooling will apply the cold energy of BOG efficiently.

Abstract: Determining optimal segmenting scale of remote sensing objects is very important for remote sensing classification and identification. At present, selecting the optimal scales for objects in remote sensing images usually uses two methods, that is, average local variance and maximum area. Due to influences of subjective factors and difficult to implement, this paper proposes a new method based on fractal dimension to solve this problem. This experiment probes certain internal connections between fractal dimension on different scale and optimal segmenting scale of remote sensing objects. It offers a new method for seeking efficient ways to determine optimal scales of different objects in remote sensing images

Abstract: In text association classification research, feature distribution of the training sample collection impacts greatly on the classification results, even with a same classification algorithm classification results will have obvious differences using different sample collections. In order to solve the problem, the stability of association classification is improved by the weighing method in the paper, the design realizes the association classification algorithms (WARC) based on rule weight. In the WARC algorithm, this paper proposes the concept of classification rule intensity and gives the concrete formula. Using rule intensity defines the rule adjustment factors that adjust uneven classification rules. Experimental results show the accuracy of text classification can be improved obviously by self-adaptive weighting.

Abstract: Working conditions, characteristics, and development about the mainshaft bearing for wind turbines are investigated and mathematical model based on the rated dynamic load is proposed in this paper. With the help of the nonlinearly minimum function, viz., fmincon, in MATLAB toolbox, the constrained optimization method for the main parameters of the bearing is studied in order to improve the bearing life.

Abstract: The provincial innovative competitiveness consists of exports, patents and the flow of FDI ( Foreign Direct Investment), and the paper analyzes those factors which influence the exports, patents and the flow of FDI. In the end, the paper uses all the variables of factors to make regression the provincial economic growth, and find that provincial innovative competitiveness can explain 52% of economic growth.

Abstract: Corn stover was pretreated using different soaking conditions at mild temperature. Among the tested conditions, the best was 1% NaOH+8% NH4OH,50°C,48 h, Solid-to-liquid ratio 1:10. The results showed that soaking pretreatment achieved 63.6% delignification, retained the xylan and glucan. After enzymatic hydrolysis, conversion rates of xylan and glucan were 70.9% and 78.5%, respectively. The pretreated filtration re-soaking cause 52.7% xylan and 65.0% glucan conversion. NaOH+NH4OH treatment can be performed under mild conditions, gives a good buffering effect, low carbohydates degradation and extensive removal of lignin. Additionally, simultaneous saccharification and fermentation was conducted with pretreated corn stover to assess the ethanol production. For the whole process, 0.15g ethanol /g corn stover was achieved using Saccharomyces cerevisiae Y5, and 0.19g ethanol /g corn stover when using Pichia stipitis.

Abstract: Coal storage is adequate in China, building up thermal generator set exerts short construction period and low cost, 73% of thermal power generating units used out of 800 million units in China. The coal storage is to guarantee the normal operation of generating units, in order to ensure the stable operation of socio-economic importance. Some of the previous papers are also involved in the past to the genet coal storage issues, but most of them are in power enterprise perspective, with method of using the stored power enterprises maximize the benefits of the problem, this is the stand point of power grid enterprises to study the coal storage reserve margin for the economic stability of the whole society to run normally. This paper uses optimal control of differential equations for this problem and study carefully the mathematical derivation and calculation, finally prove that the economic performance needs proper functioning of the coal reserve margin indicators, and would be helpful for power system and the administrative department of government related management system, would also help power companies avoid coal supply risk in advance to some extents.ximately 20% by the publisher. Abstract: System informatization is a synthetic application which combines control science, computer science and network technology. Informatization technology is more and more applied in industry control system because of its simple structure, easy maintenance and high reliability. This article reviews the development history of informatization, and introduces its current research statuses. Based on the basic theories and composition of informatization systems, this paper deals with the problem of observer and controller design for a class of informatization systems where the network connection only exists between the sensor and controller. Finally, the future developments of informatization system are outlined.
