Abstract: This paper describes several current routing lookup algorithms, to study and analysize the complexity and operating practical performance of these routing lookup algorithms. The results show that although the binary search algorithm is not greatly improved in the searching performance, but in IPv6 environment, because searching performance of multi-branch Trie tree will decrease greatly, thus the superiority of binary search algorithm will be reflected better.

Abstract: High transversal properties requirements of heavy axial forgings, traditionally, often are met through the selection of high-performance materials, the improvement of metallurgical quality and repeated forging. But the production costs and power consumption are both high. A new slant forging method is adopted, by controlling the metal flow direction in forgings, to achieve the increase of transversal mechanical properties. Finite element method was applied to study the influence of forging process parameters on flow lines in axial forgings, providing theoretical guidance for the eventual realization of the forging method.

Abstract: The eco-efficiency and sustainable development have become the focus of world and the issues to be resolved urgently. In this paper, the recent research status of eco-economic region of Poyang Lake in China is analyzed, and the multi-level evaluation index system of eco-efficiency of Poyang Lake is constructed. The minimum input and maximum output method based on DEA(Data Envelopment Analysis) is proposed, the mathematical model of validity evaluation of eco-economic region of Poyang Lake is set up and programmed by MATLAB. Efficiency evaluation of a complex system with the cases from nine districts of Poyang Lake region in China is realized, which is more than one homogeneous decision-making unit of multi-input and multi-output. The MDEA (Modified DEA) method resolves the problems of ranking DEA efficient units of Poyang Lake, The DEAP2.1 software differentiates the technical efficiency and scale efficiency of eco-economic region of Poyang Lake, and adjusts the DEA inefficient units to become technical efficiency. The model can be used to analyze efficiency and diagnose different units at the same time or same unit at different time. It can be more accurate and convenient for the management process of eco-economic region of Poyang Lake and the similar eco-economic region.

Abstract: Adopting improved variable oblivion factor least square arithmetic to real-time amend Kalman’s state transfer matrix, we put Maple Dam reservoir flood forecast real-time adjustment for example, then apply and compare with other ways. The result shows this arithmetic is preferable.

Abstract: On the basis of conventional hot-top casting, low frequency electromagnetic field was applied in the process of hot-top casting to produce 7050 aluminum alloy ingot, the influences of low frequency electromagnetic field on cold-shut have been studied. The experimental results show that under the effect of the low frequency electromagnetic filed, the depth of cold folding has been decreased, and the as-cast structure has been refined. The reasons for low frequency electromagnetic field improving the surface quality, refining the structure of the ingot were summarized.

Abstract: In view of the traditional Active Shape Model (ASM) method’s flaw and insufficiency, the paper proposed several improvements methods. The traditional ASM method carries on the characteristic search using of the initial point which provided using the person face examination;in the improvement algorithm, the paper has used the method of pupil orientation on the initialization and adopted improvement methods of edge restraint, auto-adapted length of stride to effectively improved the ASM method performance. The experimental result indicated that, the improvement ASM method has a bigger enhancement in the accuracy and robustness.

Abstract: In this paper, a scheme of reliable control for switched linear systems with intermittent measurements is developed. The stochastic variable is assumed to be a Bernoulli distributed white sequence appearing in measured output. Sufficient conditions for the existence of the switched observer and the switched controller are derived in terms of linear matrix inequalities (LMIs), which can maintain the closed-loop system is stochastically stable with a prescribed performance level.

Abstract: This paper is to integrate information technology and medical-related technologies to develop a Healthcare Information System for geriatric care. This system not only can process geriatric consultation services, and ensure that all patient’s information are stored in standardized format , but also provide medical personnel for statistical analysis and processing purposes. Furthermore, this paper uses the Apriori algorithm of data mining for helping doctors to find out the relationship of geriatric syndrome. Moreover, by using the result of association rules, we found out five common aging diseases. Through this information system, we will be able to ameliorate the quality of medication and the efficiency of work in hospital.

Study and Practice of Recrystallization Annealing Process of High-Plasticity Cold-Rolled Steel Sheet
Abstract: More detailed analysis of chemical compositions, cold plastic deformation and microstructure and properties change of 40Mn and 65Mn steel in recrystallization annealing process were made in the paper. How to get high plasticity and improve the performance of cold pressure processing technology as to cold-rolled 40Mn, 65Mn steel in recrystallization annealing technology, it was suggested that hardness was appropriately sacrificed to ensure the high plasticity. The paper analyzed concretely the reason of the influence of ball Fe3C to plasticity. Recrystallization annealing process and metallographic structure analysis were made. Basically set the process of 40Mn and 65Mn steel recrystallization annealing. Initially carry out the practical application, receive a better effect and have more potential applications foreground.
