Abstract: Force state of belt conveyor during horizontal turning section was researched to improve the design level of belt conveyor with horizontal turning. On this basis,three-dimensional mechanical model describing the force state of conveyor belt during horizontal turning section was built. Then each force acting on conveyor belt was decomposed along principal coordinate direction by coordinate transformation, and the balance equations were established at different coordinate axes directions, respectively. According to the calculation formula of running resistance derived by balance equations, the factors affecting running resistance were analyzed, which can provide theoretical basis for the optimization design of belt conveyor with horizontal turning.

Abstract: The new methods for separating, storing and transporting drained coal mine methane (CMM) is based on gas hydrate formation. The kinetic hydration process is studied experimentally in detail for two kinds of synthesized CMM with three concentratons of SDS solution. The hydration rates in six experimental systems are calculated using the self-established model to compare the effect of SDS. The results show that the establised model can precisely calculate the hydration rate; SDS decreases the gas hydration rate. This is due to the reason that SDS in the hydrate growth stage, can strengthen the hydrogen bond of water molecules, and be absorbed to the metal wall of the high pressure cell, the SDS membrane can react with mine gas and form crystal nucleus, thus, the hydrate formation rate is raised. It can provide the reference for seeking the optimal surfactants in the hydrate formation process for the mixed gas.

Abstract: According to the feather of the many mine shafts extends to the deep, a new high lift head mammoth electric diving pump for drainage was developed. To study the unsteady characteristics that caused by interaction between the impeller and guide vanes, the sliding mesh technology and RNG k −ε Turbulence models was adopted to simulate the unsteady flow in the pump. The pressure distribution characteristics of the relevant section for the impeller, guide vane and return guide vane was obtained by calculation. The unsteady pressure fluctuation characteristic of each monitoring point was analyzed in the electric diving pump. The effective lift head by calculation fits the actual situation, which is greater than the measured lift head and has only 5% relative deviation.

Abstract: In practice, the large lever, connecting bolt, small lever pin, small lever and front support pin of the brake system of an electric locomotive often broken or fractured. According to the dynamic and static analysis, the maximum stress values of above-mentioned structures were close or exceeded their yield stress. It was consistent with the actual. Based on the result of finite element analysis, combined with the need of manufacturing process, the structure of those components was improved. Simulation and experiment results have indicated that the improved braking system has enough strength and stiffness.

Abstract: Magnetic separation is broadly applied to the recycling processing of industrial solid waste, conventional permanent magnetic roll can't separate various magnetic materials from waste residue at the same time. Through theoretical analysis and numerical simulation, this paper matched fan-shaped magnetic steel as disc and developed "Interval alternative process of false magnet", this solved the problem of the magnet assembly. On this basis, a multi-roll permanent magnetic separator was manufactured, by connecting multiple magnetic in series. This equipment can not only get different magnetic products, but also can complete roughing and cleaning assignments, and eased gradation requirements of repairing material significantly. An experiment of choose iron from zinc volatilization kiln furnace slag for a zinc smelter, iron recovery and grade is 76.33% and 62.31%, respectively. This separation roller can also be used in ore, nonmetalliferous ore sorting and powder materials purification, etc.

Abstract: Fast steering mirrors(FSM) and deformable reflective mirrors (DRM) of adaptive optical systems (AOS) can significantly deduce laser transmitting attenuations caused by atmosphere turbulence in space laser communication systems. In this paper, Strehl ratio (SR) as an important compensating evaluation parameter was used and the compensating errors were also analyzed. The compensating effects of optical wavefront for atmosphere disturbance were put forward when the refractive index structure constants and transverse wind speeds were uniform distributions.

Abstract: The effects of atmosphere turbulence on optical beams transmitting in space laser communication system were analyzed by using sixty-one units adaptive optical system in the paper. Laser communication systems from low earth orbit planet to ground station were imitated by way of optical design software. In addition, the compensating results, experimental phenomena and data based on adaptive optics were also analyzed.

Abstract: Through combine geometric modeling in SOLIDWORKS with dynamic simulation in ADAMS, a tilted-jaw crusher model was built. The content of simulation are horizontal and vertical displacement of discharging and feeding port, dynamic motion characteristics, speed and acceleration of movable jaw’s center of gravity, the pendulous moment that bracket suffered, and other important parameters .The results confirmed that the movement of the tilted-jaw crusher and dynamic features meet the crushing requirements. But bracket and bearing existed huge pendulous power and pendulous moment. The research and ideas about the tilted-jaw crusher value for the optimal design of the crusher, provide an effective method for improvement, there is a strong practical value.

Abstract: Basing on the traditional vibrating screen with double amplitudes and different frequency, a new type vibrating screen called combining vibrating screen is developed. It consists of two vibrating screen units. Each unit has an independent vibration exciter, realizing that one screen unit has a parameter of high-frequency with small-amplitude while the other screen unit has a parameter of low-frequency with large-amplitude. The two screen units are installed at different obliquities, so that the equal thickness screening principle can be realized. And comparing with the traditional vibrating screen, its screening efficiency and capacity are greatly improved. This new kind vibrating screen is especially suitable for the dry screening to moist particles.

Abstract: According to the data characteristics in the hoister operation process and the network requirements of fault diagnosis system, this paper proposes a XML-based apriori algorithm, and the algorithm is applied to hoist remote fault diagnosis system. The experiment result shows that applying the system can make the hoist fault diagnosis more scientific, reasonable and improve the efficiency and accuracy of diagnosis.
