Depend on Factor Analysis, three factors were extracted from The index of Chinese Construction .Then the factors were explained that it can describe Chinese construction industry .Using these factors, the region scores were calculated. As those scores, the regional differences were dissected.

The Improvement of Newton Method and the Validation of Optimization Idea of Blind Walking Repeatedly
Abstract: The existence of maximum point, oddity point and saddle point often leads to computation failure. The optimization idea is based on the reality that the optimum towards the local minimum related the initial point. After getting several optimal results with different initial point, the best result is taken as the final optimal result. The arithmetic improvement of multi-dimension Newton method is improved. The improvement is important for the optimization method with grads convergence rule or searching direction constructed by grads. A computational example with a saddle point, maximum point and oddity point is studied by multi-dimension Newton method, damped Newton method and Newton direction method. The importance of the idea of blind walking repeatedly is testified. Owing to the parallel arithmetic of modernistic optimization method, it does not need to study optimization problem with seriate feasible domain by modernistic optimization method.

Abstract: In order to research the effect of explosive material on the formation of EFP, this paper studies the effect of five different explosive materials, PETN, SEP, TNT, PE4BOOSTER and 8701, on forming EFP, using ANSYS/LS-DYNA simulation software. It obtained the influence of the material character of the explosive on the formation parameters of EFP, such as velocity and length-diameter ratio. It can be found that, when the density of explosive increases from 1.26g/cm3 to 1.7g/cm3, the velocity of EFP increases by 50.8%, and the length-diameter ratio improves by 2.16 times. It is good to choose the explosive with high energy and speed in design charge warhead at the same condition. The simulation results were validated through X-ray imaging experimentation. Both results are in agreement well.

Abstract: In order to seek a simple follower part movement law of the cam mechanism, based on the discipline of defining inverse hour as the positive direction, the cosine, sine acceleration and 5-order polynomial law are analyzed and the characteristic of rigidity and flexibility attack are studied. The forming of movement law with 4-order polynomial is proposed. Cutting the raise course into two parts, the five undetermined coefficients can be defined by 5 boundary condition of the first part. The velocity drawing of the two parts is mirror symmetry around the cut point. The acceleration drawing of the two parts are center symmetry around the cut point. There is neither rigidity nor flexibility attack under the new movement law. Its velocity and acceleration drawing are smooth and its sensitive coefficient on the cam acceleration is more perfect. So the new movement law has a perfect dynamic property. Contrasting to the other law with the same characteristic, the new law is more simple and practical.

Abstract: Chinese tradition philosophy traces back to five thousands year ago. As a branch, Five Elements originally belonged to Chinese Natural Philosophy,but widely permeated into social system, culture, science, urban plan and linguistic literature during the development. Currently, public art establishes a brand new interaction relationship between human beings and objects by making use of rich material language and practicing the integration of art form and concept. It reflects the spirit value of culture opening, sharing and communicating in the space that has become increasingly recognized and accepted by people.[1] No matter the expression form or concept of artists, both reveal the close contact between Chinese tradition culture and philosophy. In order to promote the development of public art, this study explores the internal connection between Five Elements and Public Art through analyzing the connection of material language and application of artistic creation.
