Abstract: If an incident occurs on the road, the normal flow of traffic stream is interrupted and the road capacity reduces. This thus leads to huge social, economical losses, such as traffic congestion, air pollution, etc. This study was conducted to examine an effect on an incident management system by carrying out an simulation analysis and an social cost analysis. For the simulation analysis, incidents in a normal situation were compared with those in an incidental situation and thus travel time, queue length, and accident duration were selected as an evaluation indicator. It was analyzed that after an incident situation occurs, the length of vehicle in waiting rapidly increases and thus travel time also largely increases. To make an social cost analysis, vehicle operation cost (VOC) and vehicle operation time (VOT) were used an index. The results showed that travel time cost per driver and vehicle in an incidental situation all increased, compared with that in a normal situation. It was also observed that the longer the lasting hours are, the higher the travel time increases.

Abstract: To develop the storage and display system of two-dimensional and three-dimensional images with vivid effect and fast browsing speed based on VRML and JSP technology, this system uses three-tier MVC architecture, and based on a virtual reality modeling language (VRML) and JSP technology as a development platform to realize program and page-design separation to easy too change page-design. The system uploads WRL file to save through the background platform and magnifies two-dimensional images by JQuery technology.

Abstract: SH wave propagation behavior in functionally graded materials plates with variant material components was studied by positive series method. The dispersion curves of phase velocity and group velocity of functionally graded materials plates with stress-free surfaces are obtained and compared with those of homogeneous plate. The conclusions show that variant material components have a great influence to the disperse curves of phase velocity and group velocity. There is great significance of these results for ultrasonic nondestructive testing technique and inversion method of material parameters.

Abstract: In order to solve decoupling problem of homogeneous multi-sensor information which couples with other sensor’s information, the paper proposed an interpolation decoupling method of multi-sensor information based on variance; based on multi-scale approximation principle, it used a interpolation decoupling method to calculate scale threshold under a prediction precision target, and realized information decoupling; in the decoupling process, it adjusted the scale threshold by actual change of decoupling variance. Emulation results shows the decoupling variance decreases 13.56% by using the online adjustment method of scale threshold, after decoupling and fusion of multi-sensor information, the measurement precision increases 2.02 times as much as a single sensor, the interpolation decoupling method based on variance has high precision and good real-time characteristic.

Abstract: The core enterprise plays a leading role in the supply chain. This thesis is based on a new concept “The Enterprise Core” establishes the mathematical model about quantificational income distribution situation of the core enterprise and the non-core enterprise's, and demonstrates the enterprise core to the income distribution function. The result shows that the enterprise core has the direct relation to the increased income after cooperation, distributive gene lies on many factors including expectant profits of manufacturer and the distributor, their enterprise core, and total supply chain profit after cooperation.

Abstract: This paper employs artificial neural network of data mining and decision tree algorithm to build financial crisis warning model. The research results show that, forecasting performance of artificial neural network is better than that of decision tree model, hence, “financial statement average warning model” established through artificial neural network based on the average revenue of the past three years before financial crisis has better forecasting performance than the “annual report forecast model”. Factor analysis is employed to select common factor in 1 year before financial crisis, and the critical variables of financial crisis are found to be: debt-to-equity ratio, quick ratio, borrowing dependence, inventory turnover ratio, and earnings per share. According to the decision tree rule, variables differentiable to financial crisis warning are debt-to-equity ratio, earnings per share, and borrowing dependence.

Abstract: Under the condition of competition and cooperation allying type between enterprises promotes the formation of supply chain. Due to a large quantity of uncertain factors the supply chain will be interrupted provided some risk appears, which shows the vulnerability of the whole supply chain, and all risks of supply chain occur hereby. Firstly, the paper makes the definition on supply chain risk and supply chain risk management and sums up the classification of the risks that the supply chain faces according to the risks source. At last, based on the above the paper discusses the protection measurement of supply chain risk.

Abstract: This paper tries to offer lessons about the very long run aspects of a future economy reliant predominantly on renewable energy sources. The evidence is based on past economies and civilizations and their experiences of economic expansion driven by renewable energy resources. The paper proposes that economies around the world, since antiquity, have managed to survive, and even develop and grow driven by renewable energy sources. Successful long run economic growth depended on sound management of demand, supply and trade of wood fuel. Where governments failed to develop appropriate policies, growth and development was severely constrained. Despite the uncertainty about the future, this paper proposes that researchers start to consider the nature of long run economic growth and appropriate policies within renewable energy systems.

Abstract: Asia-Pacific Optical Satellite Observation System (APOSOS) is based on members of Asia-Pacific Space Cooperation Organization (APSCO). Its aim is to develop a regional or even global satellite tracking system basically composed of optical trackers. The system will be used to track objects of interest or space-debris for the safety of spacecraft launch mission or the intactness of operational satellites. APOSOS is composed of Asia-Pacific optical satellite observation center, APSCO member state node, sub-node and observation telescope. Asia-Pacific optical satellite observation center manage the whole observation network. Every member state node answers for the organization of observation with their country’s facility according to the observation plan released by observation center. The sub-node transmits observational data to corresponding member state node first. Then the member state node transmits the data summarized to the observation center. This paper will briefly introduce the APOSOS project first and present the design of computer communication and network in APOSOS project in detail.
