Abstract: The process of end-of-life vehicles (ELVs) recovery usually includes pre-treatment, dismantling, shredding, non-ferrous sorting and finally energy recovery or land-filling. Using enhanced IDEF0 method, various models corresponding to different stages of a vehicle’s life cycle were established in this work together with previous work. Based on these models some key issues are identified to help make a better strategy for ELVs recovery so as to meet the increasing rigors requirements by legislatives such as EU directives.

Abstract: The sapphire abrasive shock machining is studied on the basis of characteristic of hard and brittle material processing, the acoustic system of processing plant is designed and analysed in theory, the parameter design and computational process are given, the basic dimension parameter of components are calculated, and model analysis is made with CAE software. According to theoretical calculation and analysis result, the transducer, solid horn and tool that the resonant frequency is 20 kHz are manufactured. The resonant frequency of acoustic system is measured by HP4294A Impedance Analyzer, is less 0.019 452 kHz than ideal one and satisfied with design and application requirement. Manufacturing test specimen with assembled acoustic system, and test results show the developed acoustic system can enhance machining efficiency, increase machining accuracy and improve surface quality.

Abstract: By controlling the integrated error of standard mast section, achieve requirement interchangeability for assembling.Through calculating and controlling the target of error, determined,so that provide the basis for determining the target value of manufacturing error controlling. And through special welding fixture and gauge and measuring instruments for controlling and detecting.By analyzing the qualitatively and quantitatively, applying the special welding fixture, so that the error of the manufacturing for the standard mast section is controllable.

Abstract: In this paper, we mainly use the methods and techniques of graph theory and combinatorial mathematics to research the largest edge-balance index of the graph Cn2*P2n(n=0(mod2)), the edge-balance index sets of the graph are discussed, and finally getting the constructive proof about all the edge-balance index sets of Cn2*P2n(n=0(mod2))

Abstract: The purpose of this study is to find the hot deformation behavior of as-cast 42CrMo steel. The thermal simulation experiments of as-cast 42CrMo steel were done on the Gleeble-1500 thermo-mechanical simulation machine. The hot deformation behavior of as-cast 42CrMo steel was analyzed. The true stress-strain curves in hot deformation at different deformation temperature (850°C,950°C,1050°C,1150°C), different strain rate (0.05S-1, 0.5 S-1, 1 S-1,5 S-1) were obtained. The influence rules of the deformation temperature and strain rate on the curves were analyzed. The analysis shows that the true stress increases with increase of deformation temperature and decrease of stain rate. The hot deformation behavior of as-cast 42CrMo steel was compared with forged 42CrMo steel. The results show that the flow stress of as-cast 42CrMo steel during hot deformation was higher than that of the forged 42CrMo steel. Compared to the forged 42CrMo steel, the dynamic recrystallization in as-cast 42CrMo steel during hot deformation is more difficult to occur. The above conclusions have significant theoretical and practical meanings for the design of hot deformation process of as-cast 42CrMo steel.

Abstract: A mixed phosphate slurry is screened out first in terms of inhibition efficiency of the inhibitor by electrochemical static-corrosion test of copper for different concentrations of H3PO4 and BTA. Then ECMP experiments are carried out on a modified pin-on-disk type tribo-electrochemical tester for the candidate slurry under the potential range of applied voltage, with the anodic current and friction coefficient recorded and MRR measured. It is found that copper ECMP can achieve good surface quality with a high MRR under 0.75 V anodic potential in slurry of 10%KH2PO4 + 5%H3PO4+0.03M BTA. Down force is found to have little effect on MRR in the mixed slurry, this pressure-independent characteristics may help reduce the pattern effect during patterned wafer polishing.

Abstract: A novel interval analysis method of fault tree is proposed. Evidence theory is applied to calculate the interval probability of basic events. Convex model is applied to structure the interval operators for interval analysis, and Monte-Carlo simulation method is used to calculate conditional extreme. Simulation result demonstrates that the proposed method is coinciding with the practical applications very well, and can be applied when statistical data are incomplete.
