Abstract: An investigation has been carried out on the CSP low carbon steel after cold-rolling and annealing of the same thin slab was investigated by chemical phase analysis and SAXS method that as well as high resolution TEM analysis. It was found that the amount of nano-scaled MC particles is less than that of nano-scaled M3C particles by 160 times after the annealing, reduces is 26 times under two conditions, its grain-size distribution frequency highest is the 10~18nm size. But in the annealing process, the particles accumulated to grow up. Further analysis also indicated that particles distribution uniformity of cold-rolling is better than that of annealing condition. This template explains and demonstrates how to prepare your camera-ready paper for Trans Tech Publications. The best is to read these instructions and follow the outline of this text.

Abstract: The diversified market demand and shorter production cycle, as well as other factors, have increasingly complicate the problems of mold during design and manufacturing. Considering both design and manufacturing to facilitate the production progress, the effective collaborative development becomes an important issue for mold factor. The realization of DFM (Design for Manufacturing) is attached with more importance by the industry. More manufacturing-related data and information are added in the design phase, so that the manufacturing phase may be easier and smoother to enhance the competitive advantage, thus reducing the product development time and improving the production quality. Therefore, this research aimed to develop a web-based mold design for manufacturing architecture with knowledge management, and realize the application of DFM in the field of mold design/manufacturing with CAD redevelopment tool and by navigating design process. This research established a knowledge-based navigating process by utilizing design parameters and features, in order to increase the mold design/manufacturing efficiency to 50%, and avoid unnecessary human errors to ensure the accumulation and inheritance of correct knowledge.

Abstract: The weight of evaluation objectives has not been given the corresponding consideration when solving the correlation degree by taking traditional grey relation analysis and it is with a lot of subjective factors, easily lead to mistakes in decision-making on program. To solve this problem, making decision by taking grey relational analysis based on distance analysis is proposed in this paper, and make the evaluation more fit reality, the result of decision-making more effective and scientific. Finally, the proposed method is indicated that is feasible and effective by case analysis.

Abstract: The method of SLP has been applied for new layout planning example of an automobile company. In this case, the related graphics have been used to illuminate the logistics and non-logistics relationships of every workshop to get the integrating relationships of workshops and preliminary plans. An improvement scheme is proposed after analyzing the two preliminary plans with logistics efficiency, space utilization, management conveniences, the cost, etc. Through this scheme, we can succeed with the reasonable layout.

Abstract: Firstly, model the evolutionary game dynamical system on the utility decision of the retailers’ marketing objectives in the duopoly situation, individuals in the same retailer group procure goods from the same supplier, and each individuals could select profit strategy or revenue strategy. Secondly, based on standard and spiteful replicator dynamic equation, use new replicator dynamical equation to study whether the equilibrium points are evolutionary stable strategies. Finally, simulate how the proportion of choosing profit strategy changes as time goes. The study shows that if the market scale meets certain constraints and the weight value of decision preference on the profit maximization marketing objective is more than 1/3, the retailer will choose profit as the marketing objective, and vice versa. The probability of the individuals competing with each other within the same group and the demand elastic coefficient don’t influence the result of the evolutionary stable strategies, but influence the evolutionary process of replicator dynamical systems.

Abstract: Today, many organizations have realized an important of pre-development process in order to compete with competitor through drastically introduce new product in the market. In view of that, understanding critical factors that contribute to successful pre-development process implementation is becoming the more important. However, most of past studies were conducted in large organization, very little has been done in small and medium enterprise (SMEs). SMEs have certain limitation in terms of their financial, human, technical, and resources that could hinder their progress towards implementing pre-development process. This paper reviews and analyses CSFs developed by previous authors in order to propose a set of CSFs which were thought to be critical for SMEs. After that the questionnaire developed in this study will be analysis using factors analysis and reliability test in order to examine construct validity and reliability. An initial draft of the questionnaire was developed based on the literature. The questionnaire was pre-tested by academicians and industry practitioners. After that the questionnaire was piloted at 55 food and beverage manufacturing SMEs to check its reliability by using Cronbach’s alpha value. In addition, principle component analysis was carried out to test the construct validity. All the factors in the survey instrument had a Cronbach’s alpha coefficient of more than 0.7 which may be considered satisfactory. Through factor analysis, all KMO values were found above acceptable value of 0.50. All Bartlett’s Test in this analysis was found to be significant. Therefore the instrument is valid and reliable and considered as satisfactory. Nine CSFs, which are believed suitable for SMEs have been proposed in this paper. Through systematic identification and validation, it is hope that the set of CSFs could be used as guides for SMEs to implement pre-development process successfully.

Abstract: With the continuously increasing ERP implementation, how to define master data, especially manufacturing leadtime is a difficult problem faced by all the manufacturers. Based on VMT (Virtual Manufacturing Technology), the article discusses how to integrate ERP and VMT to help solve it. By running simulation modeling, we can calculate manufacturing leadtime for each operation on the workcell, and thus get the whole routing manufacturing leadtime. This method not only calculates manufacturing leadtime, but also solves the capability planning problem. With the help of VMT, R&D engineers can then supply the exact solutions to prepare master data for ERP system.

Abstract: This paper presents the experimental characterization of droplet formation in accordance with different types of driving waveform. The objective of the experiments is to generate sound droplets with a minimal volume depending on the types of driving waveform. For it, two types of driving waveform are used to investigate the droplet formation of the M-Jet: one is bipolar and another W-shaped. In the case of the bipolar waveform, ti lead to fluid flows from the liquid reservoir into the chamber in the M-Jet and th is time to impose a pulse under the constant magnetic field, resulting in the formation of the droplets. The droplet volume decreases as ti increases, and increases with further increase of ti. The threshold ti is equal to 500 s. The droplet volume decreases as th decreases, but the droplet formation was not successful at less than 550 s. In the case of the W-shaped waveform, maintains ti and th where is set from bipolar waveform, control the tr, where retracted MM keeps to control droplet volume. The tail becomes longer as tr increases. The droplet volume remains nearly constant as tr increases, but rapidly increases with further increase of tr. When the two driving waveform, the W-shaped driving waveform seems to be effective in reducing the droplet volume, and achieves the reduction of volume by 30 percent.
