Abstract: The solution is analyzed for periodic vibration of magnetostrictive actuator excited by harmonic alternating current. The total energy of kinetic, strain and magnetic energy stored in the rod is expressed as a functional of displacement variable. By using perturbation approach, the problem is changed into three perturbation problems. This paper presents the second perturbation solution to the periodic vibration problem for a magnetostrictive rod with the strong engineering background of the Terfenol-D actuator. The solution has very high accuracy.

Abstract: From the cost-effective viewpoint of low cost Bank-to-Turn (BTT) Unmanned Air Vehicles (UAV) and target drone, a low cost flight control system, with the fewest number of sensors, is studied in this paper for the fixed-wing UAV. The structure of the control system is described which is able to estimate necessary information to provide stabilization and guidance for a small fixed wing BTT UAV. The practical flight control system structure and control law for roll hold loop, altitude hold loop, trajectory tracking loop are designed based on the sensor configuration with only a MEMS rate gyro, a MEMS pressure sensor and global positioning system (GPS) receiver only. A prototype low cost autopilot is trial-produced to control a typical UAV. The Experimental results show the effectiveness of navigation and control methods of f the proposed methodology.

Abstract: In this paper, the effect of resident stress on surface flatness and aberration correction ability of spatial light modulator (SLM) is studied. An optical simulation model based on ZEMAX software is presented to calculate the Strehl ratio of SLM. The result shows that the decrease of curvature radius can result in the decrease of Strehl ratio and aberration correction ability. Moreover, resident tensile stress and resident compressive stress have the same effect on the change of Strehl ratio.

Abstract: Combining with the development of greenhouse industry, this article puts forward a design scheme of a control system of greenhouse based on the virtual instruments technology. The data measured by the sensors are sent to the computer through the data collecting card. It uses the LABVIEW which is virtual instrument software for programming. Through the graphical operation interface and display interface, the data of temperature, humidity, illumination intensity and co2 concentration can be acquitted, transmitted, analyzed and displayed timely. And it realizes the virtual intelligent control of greenhouse environment.

Abstract: In the process of dyeing, the temperature control of dyeing machine plays a decisive role on the stand or fall quality of fabric. The establishment of the traditional PID controller’s parameters needs a lot of test, which brings many inconvenience. Therefore, it is proposed to control dyeing machine temperature by fuzzy controller. Based on the principle of fuzzy logic control, the model of the temperature control system of dyeing machine is built. At the same time, through the fuzzy logic toolbox in matlab software, fuzzy controller of temperature is designed. Then a comparative simulation of the temperature control system of dyeing machine with matlab has been accomplished. Through the analysis of the results, it is concluded that the temperature system can achieve the higher steady precision.

Abstract: We don’t pay attention to this question that library hasn’t been used by the College students in the university. From the situation of the independent college students in using library, this article elaborated the necessity and practicability about the college students use library will be examined. The ultimate aim is to cultivate the habits and ability of independent college students in using the library. The overall quality of college students can be raised at the same time.

Abstract: In order to meet the limitation of density detection based on color mixing theory in traditional printing quality control, the study has established a relational model for colorimetric tri-stimulus value and ink feeding volume. It builds a colorimetric mathematical model from the offset printing proof, and uses the regression theory to correct the metring model and determine the dummy blackprint. So it can solve the problem of indeterminate solution in conversion process from tri-stimulus value to dot coverage. It fits the functional relationship through both dot area variation value and dot density variation value accessed via Yule - Nielsen formula so as to connect them. The experiment shows that it is available to get ink volume deviation with standard proof by chromaticity measurement, and there is a significant linear relationship between the corrected Neugebauer equation coefficient and tri-stimulus value. After normalizing the precision of Neugebauer equation which has been improved, the nonlinear relationship exists both in density variation value and area variation value, and the precision of the model is well and can be applied to the actual manufacture.

Abstract: This paper brings forward a novel heaving buoy wave energy converter, which can be installed in underwater robots to supply control and circuit energy consumption during their navigation and executing other tasks. This converter can absorb wave energy on the ocean surface and transform it into electric energy for a DC generator is driven by wave energy. Then the structure and basic principle of wave energy transform methodology is presented. Finally, theoretical model of the converter’s kinetic and dynamic principle is deduced and an factual example is calculated.

Abstract: A bond head with spring bearing has steady-state error problem in position loop control. To maintain high speed and high precision control, a spring force compensator is proposed in this paper. Firstly, the system is modeled and the problem is stated. Then, a close loop identification method for the spring force is advised. The compensator is also modeled and compared with the traditional controller. In the experiment part, the result shows the new control system with spring force compensator works well.
