Abstract: The development of sports and the hold of the sports events have promoted the construction of sports venues. However, the government's financial burden restricts the development of sports venues. How to seek a new financing pattern that not only can alleviate the government's pressure of the preparation, but also can build a batch of sports venues to meet people's increasing need, it is the emergency problems to be solved. The three patterns-BOT pattern, PPP pattern, PFI pattern are analyzed, they are suitable for different sports venues. The research not only can promote foreign investment and private capital into the sports facilities, but also can reduce government's financial burden.

Abstract: The paper aimed to compare removal effects in azo dyed wastewater by electrochemical method with different anode materials, and explored the impact of current density on the treatment effect with different electrode materials. Carbon felt, aluminum, iron were served as the anodes, graphite columns were served as cathodes of apparatus. The hydraulic retention time was 12 hours, current density is respectively 0.01, 0.024, 0.048, 0.071, 0.083 mA/cm² for the test. The results showed that the removal ratio of dye concentration had a rising trend as the current density increased. The removal ratio by the apparatus with iron anode was best, aluminum second. When the current density was 0.083 mA/㎝², the removal ratio of dye concentration was 97.63%, but the other two were only 62.01% and 29.05%. The removal of colority and COD with aluminum anode was best, when the current density was 0.048mA/㎝², the removal ratio of colority and COD was respectively 71.39% and 44.41%. Thus, the removal of dye concentration by electrochemical method with iron anode was best, while aluminium anode was good for colority and COD. The treatment of azo dye wastewater by carbon felt anode electrochemical didn’t get significant effect.

Abstract: The fractional financial market with Knightian uncertainty is studied. We get the dynamic robust pricing model of European call option. Using the important theories of the quasi conditional expectation and the quasi martingale, we get the explicit solution of the model. By making empirical research on the financial product of Chinese bank ahead 09004, we depict the important impacts of the Knightian uncertainty on the robust pricing of European call option.

Abstract: The interface of non-woven geotextile and HDPE geomembrane based on direct shear test has an obvious softening behavior. This paper adopts displacement-softening model that proposed by Esterhuizen and conducts secondary development by using ABAQUS and its embedded FRIC subroutine, making further efforts to conduct numerical simulation of interface of non-woven geotextile and HDPE geomembrane based on large-size direct shear tests. Results show that the developed interface friction model can simulate the characteristics of interface softening of certain materials better, thus providing a method when study the interface softening characteristic of materials.

Abstract: In this paper, water glass was chosen as activator to prepare Alkali-activated slag(AAS) cement. Effects of modulus and dosage of water glass, and admixture (fly ash, slag and silica fume) on the strength of AAS cement was investigated. It was found that the modulus of water glass had great effect on the strength of AAS cement when the mixing amount of water glass was less than 12%. With the incorporation of fly ash or slag, the strength of AAS cement decreased, however the incorporation of silica fume could promote the flexural and compressive strength of AAS cement slightly.

Abstract: Fenghuang Miao minority’s housings have been clearly divided into two types in the previous series of researches, and it is one of the main theoretical basis of this paper. Furthermore there are recess entrance porches and overhanging eave spaces between interior and exterior spaces in Miao minority’s housings, and it is the Miao minority housings’ regional characteristic. The important characteristic is analyzed in this paper basing on past researches. The recess porches are low and deep in Type 1, and high and shallow in Type2. The recess porches and overhanging eaves were changed relatively, the recess porches got shallow and the eaves got deeper from Type 1 to Type 2. Through the analysis of the changing from the linear pattern to curve pattern cantilever beams and their characteristics, it is defined that the curve pattern cantilever beams are the effective and native characteristic constructions, which made the eaves get expansion.

Abstract: Many neoteric public buildings in old urban communities are material carriers of the history of the due city; hence, when these building are preserved and renovated, they can always act as symbols of the city memory. It is necessary to remodel the space of these old public buildings, and to make sure that they continue to play important roles in the the development of the area. In this essay, through probing into the features and analysing the economic, cultural and historical values of these public constructions, the author put forward different remodeling methods and techniques. It is of practical and cultural significance.

Abstract: At present, China has entered a rapid developed stage of urban rail transit. As of the end of 2010, China approved the urban rail transit construction in 28 cities, of which 75% of the city is a state-level historic city. In this article, the author researches the Xi’an cultural resources and the experiences of historic city conservation planning of Xi'an, analyzes the Xi'an urban rail transit planning, and expresses the opinion that the historic city should be attached importance to the heritage impact assessment studies of urban rail transit network. Final the author summaries the evaluation principle of Xi'an urban rail transport planning from the perspective of historic city conservation, and hopes that all these experiences can be used by other historic city.

Abstract: Locating fire source position is a significant aspect of automatic fire detection since it plays an important role in extinguishing fire in large space building in a short time. On the basis of previous literatures of visible fire location detection through analyzing the features of fire images, binocular vision based fire source spatial location is proposed in accordance with the computer vision principle in this paper. The binocular vision location algorithm is employed to identify the fire source position. To reach this, three typical spatial positions of fire source are measured in terms of camera scanning firstly; Secondly, confidence coefficients are added into the measured data to obtain the accurate position of fire source. Finally, the amount of water in cannon is adjusted to the right direction to put out the fire.
