Abstract: Dynamic compaction method was widely used in various engineering foundation reinforcement, the research of influence to surrounding environment from dynamic compaction and the measures of reducing vibration was not complete. In this paper, the decay laws of dynamic compaction vibration acceleration in horizontal direction was got through the model test, the attenuation formula of horizontal vibration acceleration was fitted, which provides theory basis for determining the influence scope of dynamic compaction; And the depth and filling materials two influence factors of vibration isolation ditch were researched by model tests, which provide important basises for the application of vibration isolation ditch.

Abstract: In order to deal with the striking booming process of urbanization in the situation of urban housing demolition expanding and its major contradictions, the interactive fair game theory model is used to solve these contradictions and presented some suggestion. By analyzing the existing contradictions of demolition, the leads interactive justice theory establishes the model to analyze the game among the Government, the demolition, the developers and the demolition, which finally comes to the conclusion of the contradictory solutions and supplies suggestions for the government and developers demolition work. What’s more, it’s helpful to build a harmonious and stable society.

Abstract: According to the traffic load, road surface temperature, pavement structure parameters and the creep parameters of asphalt mixture of Jiqing highway, the freeway asphalt overlay rutting depth prediction model is constructed with ABAQUS finite element analysis software to simulate numerically on overlay rutting depth, and the relationship among the axial load times, overlay thickness and the rutting depth is studied at the same time. The results of the study show that, the theoretical calculation agrees well with measured results of rutting depth, the relationship among the overlay thickness, the axle load times and the rutting depth coincides with logarithmic function model, and in the same asphalt overlay height, anti-rutting ability on AC-20 is better than that of AC-25 ,AC-20 and AC-25 combinations.

Abstract: The mode of Finance-Construction on Consignment (FCC) for public projects is such one of the helpful ways to achieve the goal: (1) raising urgent requirements to infrastructure projects; (2) changing low efficiency and disorderly government management. It attracts funds from multi-channel non-government resources, and exerts to control over these projects. So the most urgent thing is to promote the good mode, but we need the supporting conditions, i.e. the innovation of system, mechanism, legislation.

Abstract: Owing to lack of geometric method for calculating frames without forces in one direction, the conversion method is used to resolve the slope of the frames in which no joint has lateral displacement as no force in this direction. It puts forward the twins equations of the displacement and the analysis steps of the solution of the frame. The concrete process of calculation belongs to primary computation of algebraic equation. It gets analytic solution. The calculation sequence of an example of a frame is advanced.

Abstract: In this paper, the research on properties of existing main structural lightweight aggregate (LWA) in the China Pearl River Delta as well as the application of corresponding structural lightweight aggregate concrete (LWAC) were introduced. In the application of structural LWAC, this paper emphasizes the design, manufacturing, construction and economic analysis for application of precast LWAC facade of Hong Kong. As the research deepens, structural LWAC has been gradually accepted by construction industry in Pearl River Delta. Experiment research and engineering practice has proved that the mechanical properties and durability of structural LWAC can completely meet the engineering requirements.

Abstract: This paper studies the historical data (1999-2009) of the real estate investment and development in Xi'an City and the relevant data of the national economy of China. The paper uses the production function (C-D function) for the analysis. It uses double logarithmic form of the linear model and statistical analysis software package Eviews3.1 for the quantitative analysis. The purpose of this research is to study the contribution of the real estate investment in Xi'an City to the regional economical development.

Abstract: As the most important architectural engineering mechanics in the processing of architectural construction, the progress of construction will be put off by the appearance of the fault of Tower Crane, so it is absolutely crucial to take the monitoring and diagnosis of the condition. BP Neural Network ,which is optimized by Genetic Algorithm, is constructed to have the prediction and identification of the fault of Tower Crane, and it proved that it is effectively and precisely to justify the fault of Tower Crane through using the structure of improving BP Neural Network.
