Abstract: The construction of the new urban fringe residential area is developing very fast during the urban process, but the construction and management of the public products and service in this area are relatively slow. Start with the supply classify, we hope to set up a new, perfect supplying mechanism of the public products and service from the planning, construction, and the management.

Abstract: In the passage, the indicators of supply and demand of real estate market in Xi'an are established, and such indicators are synthesized into a class of synthetic indicators using “principal component analysis”. After the spectral analysis of synthetic indicators, periodic change of supply and demand of real estate through spectral density could be determined. Through the analysis, great randomness existed in supply and demand of real estate in Xi’an. Furthermore, in the medium term, a 3.3 years’ secondary cycle still existed in synthetic indicators of demand, while randomness existed in synthetic indicators of supply. Such findings suggest a declined trend existed in real estate price in medium term of Xi’an.

Abstract: Cycle fluctuations have been identified which includes real estate investment, real estate consumption, real estate industry and national economy. Spectral analysis is applied in such research based on the statistical data from 1997 to 2010 of Xi’an. The mutual relation could be found between investment and price of Xi’an real estate referring that investment increases with the rise in house prices. Furthermore, a great deal of randomness has been shown in Xi'an real estate consumption which does little effect on the cycle of real estate price indicating real estate market in Xi'an is a seller's market. At the same time, due to the fluctuation cycle of national economy in Xi’an is more than 12 years; the periodic fluctuations of national economy cannot be deduced from the periodic fluctuations of real estate in Xi’an.

Abstract: Under field research in Shaanxi province, the rural infrastructure project evaluation index system based on sustainable development is proposed to promote the sustainability of the project during decision and regulate the construction of rural infrastructure. Corresponding to the structure entropy weight method defining the index weight, the system consists of 9 evaluation factors and 46 evaluation indexes from economic, social, environmental and technical is built up, and taking Shannan district and Guanzhong district in Shaanxi province as examples to do empirical analysis. The result exhibits the local development rational, which proves the validity of rural infrastructure project evaluation index system based on sustainable development.

Abstract: This paper starts the study by establishing evaluation indicator system of the real estate company’s performance. After the establishment of the indicator system, a TOPSIS evaluation method for comprehensive evaluation is introduced and also improved by "bucket theory". This new model for performance evaluation of real estate companies is used in this paper and thus will promote the evaluation method in order to become more scientific and rational theory.

Abstract: Based on the theory of enterprise project management maturity, this paper analyzes the influence factors of real estate enterprise project management maturity and put forward the evaluation index system considering the characteristics of real estate project management. AHP model for project management maturity of real estate enterprise is established, which gives the method and steps of project management maturity evaluation. The model provides a powerful tool of developing project management ability for real estate enterprise.

Abstract: A space beam element is derived for geometrically nonlinear analysis based on the principle of minimum potential energy principle. The impact of high-order nonlinear is considered by introducing the axial deformation into the stiffness matrix. The large displacement matrix is divided into four and the initial stress matrix into three submatrix

Abstract: The current public transportation guidance models are static and based on travel times, travel distance and travel costs. However latest survey shows that travel time has become the key factor for passenger travel route selection in big cities. Dynamic public transportation guidance model based on travel time and waiting time was proposed and the effectiveness of this model is proved in this paper. To solve this model efficiently, this paper proposed the application of A* algorithm in dealing with this models using straight line distance between two bus stops in electronic maps as Priori knowledge. Finally, the developed model and algorithm were implemented with 50 random OD pairs based on Guangzhou’s public transportation networks (containing 471 public transportation routes and 1040 stops) and Guangzhou’s electronic map. Their computational performance was analyzed experimentally. The result indicates that the models and algorithm proposed in this paper are very efficient. The average computation time of the algorithm proposed in this paper is 0.154s and the average number of nodes selected of this algorithm is 194.2.

Abstract: Based on the theory of virtual work and principle of thermal elasticity, exact solutions for in-plane displacements of curved beams with pinned-pinned ends are derived explicitly. In the case of infinite limit of radius, these equations coincide with that of the straight beams. Compared with the results of FEM, the analytical solutions by the proposed formulae are accurate. The stiffness matrix of statically indeterminate curved beams at three freedom direction is derived explicitly. The exact solutions of stiffness matrix obtained in this paper would provide a scientific base for further study and design of the curved bridges
