Abstract: Global warming is one of the problems paid close attention extensively in the world today. Meanwhile, the development of the world economy demands more and more oil, coal and other energy, which results in an unceasing increase of greenhouse gas emissions and intensifies the climate change. The development of the low-carbon economy has become an important means to address climate change issues to a country, and the carbon tax is an important approach to achieve the development of the low-carbon economy. This paper is based on the perspective of the low-carbon economy, starting from the role of the tax on the economy to study the role of the tax on the low-carbon economy, and ultimately to design the implementation of the tax .

Abstract: To the question of high energy consumption and cost about coal-fired power plant CO2 emission,this paper from the coupling mechanism research of solar energy collection system,amidogen CO2 emission reduction system and coal-fired power plant thermal system ,as well as systematic integration and optimization ,and then based on equivalent heat drop method ,It analyses the thermal economy changes about this new type integration system at THA, 75% THA, 50% THA conditions corresponding to the different carbon capture rate of the four programs .Finally,it works out the unit thermal economy variation tendency at different rate of carbon capture,its thermal economy relative degree increase if capture rate increase .On this basis ,this paper optimizes the integration system in order to achieve low power consumption, low cost of CO2 emissions for reference.

Abstract: Coming from policies and laws, carbon market, should be legally regulated. Because its transactional objects, definition of property rights and rules setting and supervision are special. This paper describes the development of carbon market, analyzes the theoretical basis of legal regulation of carbon market, discusses the path of legal regulation of carbon market, and finally points out the key problems which should be solved in the construction of carbon market legal system.

Abstract: Low carbon development mode meet requirements of urban green landscape and green landscape properties. According to green landscape, plant settlement, design implementation and low carbon development, we proposed three pieces of advice, which including ecological network construction of public green system, plant community carbon layers, seamless docking between plant landscape and grounding interface. Then we establish low carbon evaluation system for landscape through balancing low carbon ecological effect, aesthetic value, social value, so as to providing means for the construction of urban landscape planning low carbon development.

Abstract: It proposes that the environmental, ethics on sustainable development of sports industry and explore the path of sustainable development of sports industry through elaborating the environmental crisis caused from development of sports industry, expounding the connotation of low carbon economy and analyzing the immanent correlation, between low carbon economy and sports industry based on the perspective of environmental ethics. This paper suggest that development of sports industry need rely on low carbon economy, low carbon economy is the fundamental security to realize the sustainable development of sports industry, the sustainable development of sports industry will be achieved only complying with environmental ethics standard, reasonable using social resources and natural resources, by establishing the idea of green environmental protection, improving both morality and law regulate the market, strengthening the industry self-regulation and supervision, promoting economical consumption idea and other means to develop low carbon economic.

Abstract: After the UN climate conference in Copenhagen and the Cancun conference in Mexico, the world pays more attention to low-carbon development. Low-carbon city is an important path to develop the low-carbon economy. Countries all over the world have take action now: Britain’s climate change action plan; Danish’s low-carbon communities; Japan’s low-carbon society action plan. In the sixth nationwide population census, urban population closes to the rural population. Urban create 70 percent GDP, it is also a major source of carbon emissions. How economic development decouple from carbon emissions in the process of industrialization, it is a major problem encountered in China. In this paper, it describes the process of the low-carbon city evolution and the concept of the low-carbon city firstly, then it analyses the status of low-carbon city construction in our country secondly, finally the paper puts forward countermeasures. The countermeasure will has important meaning to develop low-carbon economy in our country.

Abstract: The phenomenon of climate change is becoming a global problem. One of the most important reasons of climate change is the increase in CO2 levels due to emissions from fossil fuel energy use in daily human activities. This research will use the data of the annual average temperature and energy consumption in the past 41 years of Shanghai, the largest city in China, to establish the statistical relationship between climate change and energy consumption. It is found that there is a strong positive relationship between climate change and energy consumption in Shanghai. The phenomenon of climate change could be controlled by reducing excessive energy consumption in people’s daily life. Furthermore, this paper will also discuss the reason of such relationship, and provide suggesstions of saving energy and protecting our environment.

Abstract: This article studies on energy saving experience of the traditional houses of farmhouse forest in Western Sichuan, sums up farmhouse forest in Western Sichuan and its traditional residential building energy saving experience, and recommends appropriate energy-saving improvements. To using experience and measures that can be referenced in the construction of new countryside in Sichuan, create traditional characteristics of low carbon and energy-saving new rural houses.

Abstract: Energy consumption and greenhouse gas emission (GHG emission) from household consumption became increasingly important under the background of global urbanization. Taking Xiamen Island, a rapidly urbanizing area, as the case study area, this article categorized the settlement morphology of Xiamen Island into three types according to the key factors influencing the GHG emission of urban household consumption. The feedback loops intra- and inter-subsystems (settlement morphology, population, and carbon footprint) were induced by clarifying the causal relationship and feedback loops among variables. Then, the three subsystems were coupled based on feedback loops into the system dynamic model of carbon footprint of residential area in Xiamen Island and the validity of the model was verified. At last, the dynamic mechanism between the transition of settlement morphology and household consumption was characterized through the system dynamic simulation. The result proved that the model can dynamically characterized the effect of social and economic factors upon the household consumption carbon footprint, and is beneficial to the urban land planning of Xiamen Island and design and construction of residential settlement morphology.
