Abstract: Cultivation of innovation capabilities not only is the top priority in the training and education of graduate students, but also a fundamental objective of the teaching curriculum for graduate students. Based on the practice of graduate education and training as a starting point, and combined with the author’s own teaching experience and understanding, this paper conducts a preliminary analysis and exploration on the ways and means of cultivation of innovation capabilities for graduate students.

Abstract: A new model of university-enterprise cooperation is explored. As a case, the building energy saving test qualification is declared jointly by the university and enterprise. The key making the success of cooperation is fully guaranteeing the core benefit of both parties. Using the pattern of instrument and equipment and the teacher's professional technical knowledge as the shares and enterprise is responsible for business and market to develop. It can fully arouse the enthusiasm of both university and enterprise. In the process of cooperation, the discipline and team construction level of the university has been improved, and the efficiency of enterprises has been increased. This will become the outward service platform and the resources sharing are realized.

Abstract: This paper introduces the research and practice of the independent opening experiments on PHYWE platform, provides some idea and methods under taking into full account linking university physics experiment and independent opening experiments. It is not only improve students’ ability of practice, analyzing and solving problems but also develop students’ creative thinking and increase their experimental ability. Abstract: Firstly, this paper introduces the characteristics of the industrial engineering discipline, summaries the status of personnel training. Then, based on Indoctrination teaching situation, this paper proposes a new Three-Stage case-teaching mode, that is, Ask Questions-Analyze Problems- Solve Problems. Practice shows that Three-Stage case teaching mode can stimulate student interest, improve students' active thinking and problem-solving skills.

Abstract: Aiming at the problems existing in practice teaching of undergraduates in mechanical industrial design major in college, a series of countermeasures has been raised, like paying more attention to practice teaching, increasing the proportion of practice teaching, innovating the content of practice teaching, adjusting the major curriculum, building a scientific and reasonable team of teachers, and updating the equipments for practice teaching. And on this basis, a summary is given on the problems and countermeasures in practice teaching of undergraduates in mechanical industrial design major.

Abstract: The quality of machining and assembling parts significantly depends on the skills of the technician. To achieve high-precision machining, a skilled technician carefully considers various factors and applies suitable machining methods and conditions. Therefore, to correctly evaluate the machining cost-precision tradeoffs of their designs, mechanical engineers should have intimate knowledge of machining methods and techniques. Mechanical engineers should know how machining technicians analyze blueprints and compile machining procedures. In Japan, many skilled technicians have been retiring in recent years—known as the “Year 2007 Problem”—and the shortage of technicians and downfall in the education of practical engineers have become a serious issue. In this study, to develop effective educational methods for apprentice or low-skilled technicians and engineers, we experimentally investigated the decision-making processes of highly skilled turning technicians before and during machining. We found that highly skilled technicians focus on the function and tolerance of the parts, whereas apprentice technicians tend to focus on the ease of machining.

Abstract: This paper proposed the problem on how to improve professional degree graduate students’ engineering quality. Based on teaching practice, three kinds of reform measures are proposed. Firstly, change the curriculum system setting. And then establish interdisciplinary tutor team. Lastly, construct the practice base. In the engineering quality cultivation, highlight the practice ability training. By establishing variety practice platforms provided students practical engineering training environment. Through the above reform measures, enhanced students’ awareness of engineering and improved their engineering quality.

Abstract: An engineering case based three stages teaching mode is presented by issue bring forward, question analyzes and problem solve. From the perspectives of teaching through case, constructivism, cognition psychology, authors analyzed the function of teaching mode in cognition process mode and its control rules, emotion stimulating, and knowledge constructing as well. With the help of teacher in implementation of case design and class organization in Modern Quality Engineering(MQE) teaching, the three stages teaching mode has shown a significant effect on approaching to the objectives of education and teaching in inspiring students to learn and apply knowledge, as well as develop their ability initiatively. The three stages teaching methodology can be used as a helpful reference for young teachers in teaching effect improvement further.

Abstract: The article’s object is to analyze the content of one of the main nanoelectronics engeneer’s competence as an ability to conceive the scientific picture of the world, and provide conditions for students, future nanoelectronics engineers, to develop it. We discuss a content of the scientific picture of the world, its structure. We introduce a definition of the information picture of the world; suggest a method of structuring the physics course on the basis of distinguishing the object of research that does not break integrity of the physical picture of the world as a main part of the scientific picture of the world.
