Abstract: Because of defective manufacturing processes and systems, product harm crises are likely to occur more often recently. Product harm crisis is likely to affect specific attribute- or non-attribute-based brand associations. It has been confirmed that exposure of product harm crisis weakens consumers’ satisfaction, purchase intention, and evaluation of the corporation as well as brand equity. Response strategy is of key importance to alleviate damage caused by product harm crisis. To resolve product harm crisis, manger should select the appropriate response strategy according to seriousness of product harm crisis. This paper suggested that managers should use a combination of response strategies for product harm crisis, according to the empirical findings based on defective manufacturing processes and systems.

Abstract: Campus network security has become a growing challenge. All universities are beginning to look at these issues to improve the protection of information technology structure due to the increase of viruses, spam, hackers, and identity theft. Also, universities have the highest vulnerability to network security threats. So the campus network will face greater risks, whether campus network is truly safe or not, have an important sense for the entire campus normal work. It is believable that the network security model in the paper will play a very good reference for other networks to build a security system.

Abstract: This paper aims to analyze factors affect the continuous safety of the Yangtze River shipping, it studied the connotation and feature of continuous safety, and based on which selecting safety input, human behavior, safety management, safety state, safety culture as the main impact aspects, using the gray relational analysis to extract the key impact factors belong to the abovementioned five aspects. The result shows that safety management, safety input and safety state have bigger impact on sustainable safety state and continuous improvement of system safety standards.

Abstract: Construction of the regional industrial competitiveness coefficient model to measure and evaluate the dynamic trend of industrial transfer between the manufacturing industries of the eastern, central and western regions since its formal implementation of the western development strategy in 1999, China, the results show that from 2000 to 2010 the absolute superiority of the eastern part of the manufacturing sector is still obvious, even to expand, and the East Midwest gap has not narrowed, as well as the expansion of large-scale industrial transfer and did not happen.

Abstract: With the growth of the national economy, the early construction bridge after operation for many years arise diseases, make old bridge einforcement become a urgent problem to be resolved. This paper describes the performance and application of the structural adhesive, in the recent years in the old bridge reinforcement and the new bridge, and combined with typical examples puts forward the problem in the use process need to be paid attention to ,which can be applied to the bridge reinforcement engineering.

Abstract: All domestic and foreign literatures on influence factors of international trade of new energy materials are statistically analyzed by using Meta-analysis method, and fourteen main influence factors are identified and extracted from previous research results. After that, the paper analyzes the relative structure among the fourteen factors by using interpretive structural model. The results show that export subsidy for new energy materials, import subsidy for new energy materials, insure subsidy, export drawback, export exemption, decreasing tariff for import, discount loan, import & export surety and revenue growth are superficial and direct influence factors; support fund growth, export tariff growth and import tariff growth are intermediate and indirect influence factors; interest of payment for import goods and interest of payment for export goods are essential and basic influence factors. This analysis is helpful to open out effect system and mechanism for international trade of new energy materials.

Abstract: Process innovation can create new manufacturing technology or improve existing manufacturing technology by using a large number of process innovation knowledge. Hence, how to effectively organize process innovation knowledge and leverage it into practical application is crucial to process innovation from the holistic viewpoint. As of now there is a lack of a reasonable knowledge management framework and application mode for process innovation. To change this situation, a novel management framework of process innovation knowledge is proposed, according to the characteristics of process innovation and the role of knowledge in manufacturing problem-solving. Process innovation knowledge is composed of method knowledge and data knowledge so as to achieve knowledge’s rational application in the whole process of innovation. In this framework, four core knowledge activities are involved: knowledge acquisition, knowledge organization, knowledge application and knowledge accumulation. And a knowledge accumulating closed-loop containing new process knowledge could facilitate the implementation of subsequent process innovation. Finally, an application instance of welding process innovation is shown to illustrate the applicability of the proposed framework and the application processes of process innovation.

Abstract: The transformation efficiency of main raw materials in iron-making systems is influenced by many factors. Principal factor should be selected to describe the relationship between the transformation efficiency and the Influencing factors. A principal factor analysis model based on Grey Correlation Analysis (GCA) is proposed in this paper. The model is employed to process blast furnace production data and determining the principal factor which is the research base of mathematical model of the transformation efficiency of main raw materials.

Abstract: The passenger cars bogie maintenance overview is described of domestic and international; the maintenance process of the bogie is analyzed mainly. The characteristics and maintenance requirements are summarized. The influence of the fault of the wheels, the foundational brake system and the suspension system on the running security is calculated based on the simulation analysis. According to the simulation result, the recommendations for developing the maintenance process of the key components are proposed considering the engineering experience in the use of the common passenger cars.
